Came in last week to download some baby shower games, the man that helped me out showed me how to download games to my files and was very helpful and happy to help. today I came in hoping for the same help with different downloads and the lady wasn’t helpful once so ever and had me figure it out myself out of frustration I just decided to go to ups and have them help me. Would not suggest going here if you have questions about downloading stuff
Super helpful and nice people at this location! I had to use the copiers to make a lot of copies of all levels of quality. The staff helped me out to make the best quality prints from my USB drive on the best paper. Its nice not to have to use a computer and only plug in a USB drive to select files.
I have used this Fed Ex location for many many years to mail boxes and make various sized copies. Though it has downsized quite a bit in work area; the service, available products and tech help has only improved. I live 30 min from this store and pass several other print/mail shops but this is my go to store because it is so easy to navigate and the techs are so very helpful.
Seems like you can never tell anyone what service or lack of it you can expect here. I get the impression that the staff is stressed and overwhelmed at times. That is passed on to you the customer at times. Patience is a virtue you need more of these days. Help can be generous and prompt,. Today I was treated like a leper. No, I dont know any lepers but I imagine it is similar to my experience today.

Very helpful. I inquired whether they could print manuals from a pdf source file emailed to them, then mail the booklet back to me. Sure!
This location has great customer service and the store is very clean. Always greeted with a welcomed hello. I have used this location many times to have items packaged and shipped and they always do a great job. Fast and convenient location.
Not once but twice in the period of a few days ....we went in to get somethings printed and each time we were greeted with a welcome to fed ex and welcoming smiles from staff members, even if they were busy and we walked up with any quick questions...... NEVER did we get the stink eye instead theyd direct us towards whatever we were looking for. Without any hesitation DIERDRE made helped us tremendously and was patient and kind and attentive to help us with whatever printing or shipping needs we had. We will be going back time and time again even though we live in the outskirts of pasco this store had our 5 star rating and i recommend it to anyone with printing or shipping needs !
Worst customer service ever I would not recommend using Fedex ever again, also filed a complaint with the BBB.
Terrible service multiple times I’ve had to go here. They are not rude, but trying to get information or help out of them is like pulling teeth. The worst part is they don’t care at all about getting your business or not, including the management there. Ive never used their printing services, because I’ve had so many issues shipping & I’ll continue to go elsewhere.
Good place to pack and ship things. They are friendly and courteous. They are mostly knowledgeable, but what they dont know they will find out for you promptly. The manager has always been nice to me. They dont charge any more than any other place does. You will be in and out of here in no time. I highly recommend this place.

Went in to print one document on one page of paper from my email. In the minute it took me I went from one dollar to five cents and I never even printed my document. So I put it on pause to get more change, came back in to refill the card and print my paper. Then an associate told me I could pay with my debit card. Didnt work. Then I walked up to get the card which he had already refunded and gotten rid of the prepaid card I needed. So I left. A dollar short, no paper, less gas, and my life wasted. I discourage anyone from going there. Useless staff, and an even more useless system. I was robbed by this store, absolute bulls**t.

Yall might want to make sure your drivers can actually drive. One of your drivers drove me into a curb today to avoid them side swiping me since they failed to check their blind spot. They made it half way into my lane before realizing my horn was going off and that I was there.

Awful customer service. Rarely is my order correct. When it isn’t correct, it takes forever for them to fix the mistake. Don’t recommend.
Super expensive and not high quality printing! Went in to get copies of an invitation, 2 on 16 pieces of card stock and it came out to over 30.00! For that price I could of gotten custom ones done. Also beware if they ask you if you want them cut thats an additional 10.00. I Wish I had known. If you need copies done I would suggest some where cheaper like Office Depot or anywhere for that matter. Will not make the same mistake twice!
Since the remodel they are so much better, you can now enter the front or the rear of the store, i like the rear its the easiest way to wheel in if your disabled . I received great customer service and i rate them 4 stars

Disappointed in the atmosphere created by the staff that were loudly telling stories to each other instead of helping customers that were coming into the store. Extremely dissatisfied that a scan to PDF cost $35+ and was a small stack of documents. Opened the file to find them to be of extremely poor quality, many sheets are not legible. I will certainly take advantage of public library scanning in the future (free!!) and will not return. Customer service was terrible, though there did seem to be a handful of friendly and competent staff.
Photo computers are the worst. The lag is outrageous, took me over 30 mins to select my pictures, just to pick them out from the computer. The screen sensitivy was awful. Push once, get three pictures. None of the employees walked by to check in, and it was an absolute terror trying to get my stuff completed due to the lag. Not to mention, a mother of 4 children let her children run and scream through the entire place. This isn’t my first experience here, the first time was just as bad. One employee refused to help me and when i said it is just one picture she acted like she didn’t know how to print it. EVERYTIME I come here it’s an awful experience. I feel like I should walk out of here with a Xanax prescription. I expect much more than this, I’ll take my business else where.

Kinkos has THE WORST customer service! The employees obviously hate their jobs. They barely acknowledge you and heaven forbid you have a question. I have been to other kinkos and their customer service is fabulous. Kennewick needs new management with an education on customer service. It wasnt just one incident I have been in three times recently and every situation has been the same. If I wasnt so irritated it would be comical how bad it is! Please make some changes!!

I will cut to the chase if you are looking for a better option than this store. I now have had a number of experiences from Bettendorfs Printing in Kennewick, and find that for every product or service that they provide, you will be more happy with them than with FedEx.Now, as for FedEx, here is why I rated them as I did. First, it seems that as a regular old consumer, I have taken things to FedEx/Kinkos, such as programs for church activities, and they seem to want to rush you through the process. Granted, they may have so much experience, that they know what I want before I tell them, but it doesnt give me a warm fuzzy feeling to try to explain what I need, only to be cut off or have them try to finish my sentences for me. Actually, they dont even finish the sentence, they just say, OK, got it. and then they try to tell you when to pick it up, or how much its going to cost.My worst experience, was trying to ship a computer in the original boxes for an eBay sale that I had made. It was almost like the representative there was trying to find reasons to not accept my package. She wanted to charge me extra to completely rebox my computer, saying that the original box, which is what my computer WAS SHIPPED IN was now considered to be too thin. The cost to rebox was outrageous, and they would not even accept my box if I didnt pay for the reboxing. So I took to UPS. They accepted my box without blinking an eye, it arrived quickly to the buyer, who said that it arrived in perfect shape.My most recent experience was in the last couple of weeks, when my wife needed a new passport photo. I remembered that they did passport photos, and recall that usually a passport photo is $5-10. So when she asked me where she should go to get her photo taken, I sent my wife to FedEx. She came back with a pretty poor looking picture, the standard 2x2 passport picture, but with just two copies. That part was fine, since you really only need one copy for the passport. But the bill came to $15.95, so with tax it was about $17! Even the person at the post office who helped us thought it was pretty expensive. They only charge $15, and you know how the government is--you wont find a more expensive place then a government counter, until now!We then found that at Costco, they will give you FOUR copies of your passport picture, they were very personable, friendly, and it cost $4.99 for four copies, which is where we took the other eight members our family to get the remaining passports that we had to have done.Why did I give FedEx two stars rather than just one? I dont know. Generosity maybe. My understanding of the 5-star system is that 5=you love it, 4=you liked it, 3=it was ok, 2=you didnt like it, and 1=you hate it. My more accurate rating is probably between 1 and 1.5 starts, so I gave them the benefit of a doubt. I guess I couldnt say that I hated it, because each time I have used FedEx I actually received a product, it was not bad quality, excepting the passport photo that my wife received. She is quite an attractive lady, and they managed to make her look like a drivers license photo. Also, she is a person that rarely ever complains about anything at all, has a very thick skin, and is really a pretty humble person. She commented when she came home that the help she received made her feel very much like she was being a bother to them. For her to make a comment like that, she must have been truly disrespected.If this was of value to you, please give a “thumbs up” below.
I am currently standing outside at almost 7:45am. This location was supposed to open 15 minutes ago. I have somewhere I need to be in the next 10 minutes and I have paperwork that needs to be copied. This is no way to run a business!

The staff was not very helpful and did not seem to know what I needed. They sent me to the self service area and it was a waste of time. Ended up going to Office Depot and saved about $20.

Ill never ship here again, I ship frequently and use the best of boxes, last 3 visits Ive had them argue with me that my box isnt a shipping box....all 3 times Ive used reinforced cardboard boxes, I guess this is some type of gimmick to sell boxes and packaging services?
