Cashier was a jersey that acted as though you shouldnt be there. Their prices are ridiculous! 6 dollars for a single marker that youcan get a full set of 12 at Walmart of the exact same type.
Great selection of mat board colors. I didnt get the name of the guy who helped us, but he was knowledgeable and pleasant. I purchased several pieces of mat board.
As a fashion design student at Kent State University, Im always in need of art supplies and weird odds and ends that I need urgently to complete projects. This little shop has always been my favorite place to go for art supplies - there are always free swedish fish and buttons and its full of quirky art pieces. The owner is amazing - he always manages to remember all of his customers and there majors and you cant help but smile when talking to him - hes so very helpful. Not everything here is super cheap, but its very good quality and its local so I never feel cheated on when I shop here.
Nice service and a wide range of different supplies. A decent price range for the different art materials and helpful staff to help you find things.
Super fast and super easy way to get art supplies
Its a good local shop for art supplies. Could stand to expand their inventory for my specific niche (small scale miniatures), but otherwise a great place. Polite staff.
Great service! Had everything I needed!
The owner of this place is amazing! He will go out of his way to give you the best customer service. Support him - not Amazon. He will work with you for a considerable amount of time, making sure you are pleased with your printing. He wont make you pay for prints you dont like and he helps you with Adobe software to make sure things are printed correctly. Very thankful for this place as a vcd student at KSU.
All medias owner and employees know what they are talking about and they are quite friendly. You can even test out supplies so you have a better understanding of how it applies. They also treat kids and local university student very well, along with the occasional discount. Its well stocked and neatly organized. Not only that but, contrary to what many people who have used cheaper supplies say, even the generally expensive supplies are well priced. I suggest this place to everyone who takes art more seriously.
Everything ya need, and the guy working there was pretty chill and actually helped me decide what I would have needed then. Guy has to be an artist himself, it would only make sense. Great customer service
This place has everything I need when Im in a hurry to complete an art project. The staff are all kind and helpful. Buy local!
Overpriced...If youre a Kent Art Student, please please please make the extra drive to a Michaels or Blick store. The selection at All Media is good and I like the magazines, but the prices are jacked up. I only go there if I absolutely need something.I was about to buy a regular sized tube of paint I usually get at Blick (Costs $10). At All Media, it costs $20 for that same tube of paint! I just bought some artist tape and left.
Great place to get supplies very conveniently, but slightly more expensive than other retailers
Great local art supply shop!
You can find everything you need here for your art projects, and school projects. They do run a bit high price wise but the people are friendly and helpful.
All employees are always very welcoming and are more than willing to help you out, especially if you are a Kent State student because the company is in close contact with all the professors and they know exactly what you need for what class. Great people, great service, great products. Make sure to go early or they might be sold out on what youre looking for though, because youre competing against a ton of other students.
Pricey, yes, but art isnt cheap unless youre a sculptor working with items pulled from dumpsters. But All-Media is likely going to stock what you need, will definitely give you good advice about products, use, and where to get stuff they do not have (needed a piece of glass - they sent me to a fantastic source). So the service you receive is outstanding (they bag your paper, wrap things, etc.), students always receive a discount, and if youre in Kent, theyre in Kent, and they are open pretty late. When you run out of something (and you will - it is inevitable), guess who is open? All-Media.The net may be open all the time, but its not delivering to you in the same day. (And theres the worlds best pizza in the same plaza too, so how much better can life get?)
Stopped in recently and had a good experience. The young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and kind. The store was neat and well stocked. They had open stock on a particular colored pencil I use which was great as many other places either do not carry this particular pencil at all or only have them available in sets. The prices were about .75- $5.00 higher on average than most well known online art stores, but comparable to local art/craft stores within the Summit Co area. I did not find them to be outrageously priced as some others have suggested. I will definitley come back to shop again.
Friendly and nice local business
Always a good time! Theyre knowledgeable and helpful. The owner spent almost 3 hours with me once, helping me get a project together correctly. He even reprinted things for me at no additional cost. Go here if you want an authentic art store experience.
Ive always liked it but I kinda regret my most recent purchase. Im a watercolor noob but I wanted to try a watercolor block. I bought a brand Ive heard of but never looked up.(Arches) When I went home and did more research I realised theyve upcharged it by $20!! Twenty! Insane! Yes, there is convenience to not having to wait for it in the mail but its not $20 worth of convenience. Id shop VERY CAREFULLY there if I were you. 😅😅
Great local art supply store! love the selection
Always worth the time and money to help out your local art store and the owner is the coolest guy ever. Ive come on more than one occasion just to pick up some Copic markers, which are VERY low in price compared to somewhere like Hobby Loby or Michaels. Its always a joy to stop by =3
Brian the owner really helped me out of a jam. If you need anything related to art supplies, this should be your 1st and last stop! Im always amazed at the selection and knowledge of the Brian and his staff.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service. I went in and bought two markers which were light and didnt show up on my trace paper and tried to exchange them for darker colors literally not even 20 minutes after my purchase and they refused to let me exchange them. Not happy at all, $11 wasted on TWO markers. Never shopping in there again.
Great selection of items. Really helpful and friendly too
Prices are much more affordable than other art stores, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will be coming here much more often.
Everytime I go in there Im treated as if I dont know what Im talking about when it comes to art supplies. Im not saying I know everything but I am treated like a child by a specific person. I have watched and heard how other costumers are treated by him when they have questions and its not the same. My receipt and the pen to sign it was tossed at me this last time. I know its because I am a Black artist in a predominantly white field.
I love this place. Knowledgeable people with great hearts!!
Great selection of art supplies.
The owner and the people who work here are great, so nice. The prices are too high, they virtually have no competitors so they can charge w/e they want.
The employees are helpful but the supplies are pricey.
High prices established by some weird dude for the purpose of draining the already depleted funds of depressed, overworked architecture students. Good day sir.
My very favorite art supply store in Kent. They usually have everything I need, and the All Media Guy is like some sort if Art Guru
Best art supply store around.
Love the atmosphere, great help and customer service
Friendly atmosphere, Reasonable prices
Wide selection of art supplies, the service is helpful, but somewhat unfriendly
They dont support mobile pay
Very expensive but nice people.
Amazing
Overpriced.
