We stopped here for a quick bite to eat. For that, I probably wouldnt come back again as the service is quite slow. Also the smell of food and laundry isnt exactly a match made in heaven.However if I were getting some laundry done, it would be a good match. Where else can you enjoy good coffee and a bite to eat at a reasonable price while your laundry is getting done?

Very clean and very friendly staff. The chai latte was one of the best Ive had and the Alaskan crepe was delicious. I will be a returning customer. Thats for sure. They have so many machines for many different sizes of loads. There express wash actually cleaned my king size comforters better than other laundromats. The dryers do represent the word express too. Much quicker turn around than I expected. Other places: 1.5 hours plus. Here: approx 45 minutes minus mini tour. The card machine does make it easier for those who dont carry cash or coins. Pay via credit card, debit, or cash.

Today was my first visit to this combined coffee shop and laundromat combo. My daughter and I wanted to get some work done so we thought wed give this place a try.First off, the place is amazingly clean. The entire time we were there a lady was going around wiping everything down. The washing machines, tables, floors, ledges...she was on it.Second, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. In a genuine way. The young lady behind the coffee counter was so nice. I enjoyed our little conversation.Third, parking was easy peasy and access getting in and out of the parking lot was nice as well.Finally, the atmosphere is relaxing and it was easy to get some work done. If we had wanted to do laundry it wouldve been a great spot to multi-task. The machines were plenty and there were nice areas to fold.The coffee shop isnt fully stocked like a larger coffee house might be, but everything that had worked well enough. Their muffins looked great, too. I had a tea and a chicken salad for lunch...and it was fresh and yummy. My daughter had a basic coffee with a bagel and had no complaints.Id have no problem coming here again!

What I know is this Im a regular customer and have seen them fire my favorite worker based on a ridiculous reason. Shes told she can do laundry during her breaks and then fired for it. Now Im a paralegal and quite frankly management shouldve perhaps given her a warning not termination. Once again the man who I witnessed discriminating against blacks had now fired one. Bare in mind Im a white woman in her 50s. I know this to young black gal to be a hard worker and a single mom raising 4 kids on her own. It makes me sick to see her treated in this way. I will never enter those doors again. You shouldnt either.

Love the freshly made crepes. My kids and I will make a special trip just for the crepes. Love all the different fillings.

This place was horrible. I get that its in a laundromat, but it bills itself as a legitimate coffee shop, BUT its not. Cant make a decaf latte. Fresh made cookies...nope! Didnt want to put my hot cocoa in a ceramic mug. (Its a long story) Anyway, it was a terrible experience and I would NEVER go back!

This place is amazing! Its the only place in the Grand Rapids area where you can pick up your dry cleaning, do your laundry and grab a cup of coffee while you wait. Hi def cable,wifi and a play area for the kids! Great spot.

First time Ive seen a cafe and place to come and do your laundry combined but would definitely recommend to anyone in Grand Rapids

I would give 5 stars but I am in right now and they are closed already! Hours are listed to be open till 9! I can understand if some of the food gets shut down, but I cant even get a cup of coffee?! The cafe is half the reason I come across town to this laundromat!

Must have gone through a changing of staff and/or management here. Over the last 2 months this place has been filthy. The espresso machine has been broke so I have to go out and buy a mocha b4 coming to do laundry. It feels like there is no management here at all. I was friendly with last gal and she ran it well but whomever is doing it now just isnt doing it. They are short staffed ....I get it but thats when a manager should step in and cover shift, push a broom or whatever it takes.

Very good crêpes and its hard to find French food open late in the evening on Sunday in GR.

If you need to use a laundromat, this is easily the best out there.

Great meeting place.

The service at the cafe on weekend mornings has always just been ok. The stock and selection of their baked goods is hit and miss. Their Sunday hours are listed as opening at 8, however for the last month theyve been opening at 10, and no one seems to know why. They didnt even bother changing the info on the door or website, and finally after a month put a hand written sign at the cafe register. Not a great way to treat your costumers.
