Rude, disrespectful condescending employees who use vulgar language in front of customers. Unprofessionalism seems to be the modus operandi at this particular store. Will allow you to continue to pay monthly on your products even if they are close to being, or already paid off. I wouldnt recommend Rent-A-Center under any circumstances.
