I have been here since 6:45am waiting for these people to open at 7am. I was the first person in line here, yet I am the third person to get my tires rotated. They barely started on my car, and its 8:30am. The two vehicles that they jumped ahead of me were one, a oil change and tire rotation. Two, an oil change. They still have the oil change in the other bay too. Seriously, these two types of vehicle maintenance jobs are some of the simplest, easiest and quickest jobs that there are.BTW, when you buy a new set of tires here, they tell you that its free tire rotation for the life of the tires. Well, its not. Its $2 per tire or $12 per tire if you want them balanced as well. Then, and only then, after paying the $12 per tire, do you get the lifetime rotation and balancing. Thanks Walmart.P.S. Im finally done getting my tires rotated at 9am.

Arrived 0730 to have new tires put on and oil change. Oil change completed 0815, Walmart said I was finished tried charging me $20 more than what I was put in computer. Then noticed I purchased new tire to put on. Im still waiting 2 hours later for the tires to be completed. Experienced help is in need. Poorly ran department. Will go-to different Walmart to have tires rotated and oil change in future.

Walmart is a good store but the auto care department is a joke

I would give it zero stars if I could. They tried to charge for things u didnt request and when my car wouldnt start AFTER they serviced it pretended they couldnt be the reason. Tyler, a supervisor had the answer Calm down sure Tyler when my car wont start and you people dont accept responsibility. A three year old car with very good maintenance, like others I rely on my car, it must start when needed. I have tried this place twice but no more, the damage to my car is not worth it. Perhaps Walmart should stick to cheap shoes and bad produce.

Good service but slow because of lack of employees. I showed up this morning and there was already 3 or 4 cars in line yet only ONE guy out there working. Seems to be a reoccurring problem.
