Cannot say enough good things about this shop. i was taking my two sons to college in Idaho from our home in Maryland when I hit a curb and bent the rim. We called this Goodyear shop and ask if they could help. An hour later, they got us fixed up and back on the road. When I asked them about the cost, they wouldn’t take my money. We made it to Idaho without further incident.It has been a rough year for everyone. It is nice to see there are still good people in the world. Thanks Guys. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated your kindness.

I noticed a tear in my sidewall tire and stopped in to have it looked at. They got me in immediately and got me up and going in no time. Very good customer service and quality work. Highly recommended

My family lives in Maryland and my dad was driving me out west for college in Idaho. We hit a curb in Illinois and bent the rim of the tire. We called so many auto repair shops and no one would even try to help us. We called this Goodyear and they had us come down to their shop so they could look at our tire and they fixed it for us. We called around 30 auto repair shops in both Iowa and Illinois and they were the only ones who would even attempt to help us. They seriously saved us and they were so unbelievably kind. I would recommend anyone who has car troubles to go to them. They are the most amazing mechanics we’ve ever been to

I got a flat tire on my van in the block right down from Goodyear. I pulled in to the other tire shop first and they told me they wouldn’t help me, to go to Goodyear. They were able to get my tire fixed in about 30 minutes! I had my two young sons with me, so it was really a blessing! They even let my little guys watch the process and have a pair of safety goggles!

Thanks so much for the great customer service provided by John Davis and Cinda Shipley. Had my new tires balanced and rotated yesterday (free service for the life of the tires). John warned me that the sleeves on the lug nuts were damaged and might be hard to remove if I had a flat tire. I actually had new nuts but when I tried to change them I couldn’t get the old ones loose. I called John and he told me to come down and he’d change them for me. He did so and didn’t charge me anything. I’ll definitely be getting all my new tires at Goodyear Auto Service in Keokuk, IA.

I had the most impressive experience today in Keokuk Goodyear. I pulled up with my flat tire and they rolled me right on in and took great professional care of me and my truck.

I had a very good experience at this Goodyear store in Keokuk, IA. I was visiting from out of state when one of my tires was punctured. They were very helpful and got me taken care of immediately. These guys were incredible!! We were heading out on our road trip home and had a bulge in our tire and couldn’t get the lug nuts off. They took us in right away and changed the tire in less than 20 minutes, the day after Christmas! We were so relieved and grateful. Highly recommend this tire shop.

Got me in same day for an emergency alignment after I replaced my front suspension

After RAGBRAI ended, I needed to leave Keokuk to head home, but when I got in my car, I saw one tire was completely flat. I pumped it up enough to drive over to this Goodyear, and they were able to fit me in on the spot (on a very busy day) and fix my flat tire to get me on the long trip back home! They were very nice and helpful in my time of need and I was glad to be back on the road so quickly!

Always fast, friendly service! Tires have good warranty, and are backed by the company-thats important, its easy to stick a warranty on a box, but its actually backed up. Knowledgeable staff, totally customer service first group!

I had an unusual but random problem with starting my vehicle while traveling out of town. The Goodyear staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They identified the issue and got me on my way again quickly. The service I received was some of the best automotive service I have ever received.

My wifes aunt ended up with a steering problem and needed a car repair done on a weekend to get back on the road. These guys diagnosed and found the problem, and even found a hidden tire issue that could have left them on the side of the road stranded in the middle of nowhere. They stayed late after they were supposed to close to take care of the car and did a bang up job getting the auntie back on the road.

Good year home of the 45 mins oil change. I was 15 mins early for my apointment at 1. I showed up at 12:45. No cars in the shop no other customers in the store. 3 guys working in the back. I came for a simple oil change nothing more. Here it is 1:46 n the guy is just now putting oil back in my truck. As a ase ford n bmw certified technician who went back to the oilfield i know no oil change should take this long. Honestly walmart is faster. 15 mins in n out at walmart where my wife takes her van. I doubt i come back to this good year. They are not in the market to get then in and out. Tech brad is very slow he must not be flat rate or part commission. I seriously watched. Tech brandon blow threw 2 jobs n now on a 3rd in the time it took this guy to change. Tech was a nice guy but just not motivated

I recently had an issue with a price quote for tires purchased here, these folks did the right thing and honored their quotation. The customer service is unsurpassed.

The guys working in the shop were very kind and professional. twenty minutes before closing, I pulled up with seven children. We were on our way to Nauvoo, IL. Home was three hours away. The shaking was bad & feared the worse. I had asked if they could please look at the tires. No visual signs on the tires. I knew something was wrong. They quickly said they would look at it. They drove it and came back to the shop. The right outer tirod was bad. got the part delivered and fixed quickly. Then they said the right front out & inner tirod was also bad. They spent almost an hour and a half after closing time to make sure my vehicle was safe. Thankyou Good Year! I recommend taking your vehicle there. Good honest & hard working people!!
