They employees are great and listen to customers who want requests on how they want their Blizzards packed up. Love the drive through!

I would recommend this store to anyone they are all nice and they caring for the customers we go there all the time during the summer my daughter is autistic she gets the same thing all the time one day she went there by herself the lady that wait on her remembered her from all the past visits and remembered what she gets she help my daughter and watched as she rode her bike back home a little bit as the worker was concerned as my daughter never goes there alone

Stopped to get a cone with crunch coat. Employee stuck her UNWASHED dirty hand into the container of crunch coat, grabbed a handful & proceeded to pat it on the cone. Employee oblivious to why I refused cone. Manager had absolutely NO managerial skills. Offered excuses, NO APOLOGY or offer to make a different product. DISGUSTING & FILTHY

So I was waiting at home for my girlfriend to deliver me a medium cookie doe blizzard. When I arrived about 1/2 the way through there was no cookie doe at all. So I went back to see if I could get it redone or a refund. When I arrive I told they lady there was no cookie doe halfway through the cup. She replied with I added the two cups it says to do. And I was skeptical, my girlfriend told me she wasnt even the one who made the cookie doe blizzard. So starting off with she lies saying she had made the blizzard herself. After words I just asked if I could get a refund and she rudely grabbed the money and threw it towards me. Answering with have a nice day. As disrespectful as she could. Would not recommend coming here to get your ice cream unless some changes are done with the staff.
