The customer service representative, Jessie, was so helpful and friendly, it was like talking with a friend which is so nice to experience on a business call. She explained everything about Ferrellgas programs and was a real help with my decision as to which was best for me. Jessie is an asset to the company! Employees like her make customers come back to Ferrellgas!

Stacey in customer service was great to work with. She got us set up quickly and effectively.Dillion was awesome and informative. He made sure the tank was set where we needed it and answered all our questions. Great company 5 stars all around!!

I would give this team 10 stars if I could. We are first time RVers and did not know where to get propane in Iowa. We called Stacy at Ferrelgas. She and the driver, Dillon, told us they would wait for us (we were 30 minutes away) and refuel us from their truck. Dillon was very busy but was able to continue to do his job and still be back to help us when we arrived. Stacy and Dillon both acted like this was just what they do every day. Their kind, friendly and helpful gesture helped us through our problem and made us feel like friends.
