They never refunded me my 50 dollars back to my back account and they do not answer the phone at all worst place to get a phone

Barely even get any signal I reset my phone take out the SIM card and everything and still no service 😕

Why dont they ever answer i have called during different times and on different days and still no answer and when they do answer they hang up on you its totally ridiculous.

The Cricket store in Kerman always has the best customer service.

First let me start by saying they obviously dont close at 7 I got there at 6:40 and Victor had closed already he didnt want to open there was various customers trying to pay there phone . He was rude and told us to leave that he was closed . I hate his customer service hes a bs and let me tell you I used to like the store but they lost my buisness at this particular store . I bought a phone and it broke within one week after purchase! I think it was a refurbished phone that was brung back to them for some reason the speaker went bad I will never go back to that store especially since the guy was trying to sell me a screen cover that wasnt my favorite color it was his favorite color after a while it was becoming annoying.
