As everywhere there are good and bad employees, unfortunately yesterday 6/28/2021 in the pharmacy I met a bad employee MELISSA I went to pick up a medicine for my daughter and she did not want to give it to me because supposedly there were two cans and only medical I covered the payment of one (which was already ready) I wondered in a bad way if I was going to pay $ 80 for the other, I said no, to which I answered that then I had to wait for me to speak with the doctor so that they approved and in a bad way he told me to step aside to wait for them to let me know if he approved! I went to my house, no one ever spoke to me, I came back in the afternoon and tried to have another employee attend me, who was very kind, I commented that Melisa did not want to give me the boat that was already ready, the young woman was surprised and He told me that he did not know why that happened, then with great kindness he explained to me that two identical medicines had been ordered and that is why it was thought that I had to pay. I dont know if Melisa thought that they were going to take her out of her bag so that she could pay for her and that is why she treated me in a bad way or maybe she had not taken her lunch time but whatever it was, it is not worth treating customers like that !Thank you very much for those who do their work with kindness and respect, but for those who dont, they better leave if they are not happy where they are!
