Decent place to run in and out for your grocery needs. The aisles arent set up like a conventional Walmart. Meat is in the very back and not on the side like usual. Parking lot is rarely ever packed and kept pretty clean. Only reason for 4 stars is there arent ever enough cashiers so the lines tend to be longer. Thanks !

Really nice grocery store. I was pleasantly surprised at what was available and economical priced. Understandable busy but nothing that cant be handled.

The store was fine, but when we were ready to leave no registers were open. We had to self check out. They had people to help you check out but no one to check you out. When are they going to lower the prices if you have to work.

Very good customer service almost at every isle this was my first time there and didnt know where anything was and was in and out about 15 20 mins no wait at self check out and not to mention its the 4th of July!! Anyways place was very clean Deff glad to have it as my local neighborhood grocery store. 😎

Today was the first time ever going to this store, didn’t really know where anything was.. I was trying to rush because the store was closing, I asked the gentleman on the isle for some assistance, he stopped what he was doing to help me get the last few things I needed! I asked him his name because there was no name on his badge(which should be fixed) anyways.. his name was Chris, he said he’s only been there a few months but he was the most helpful person I’ve ever seen while grocery shopping! He actually seemed like he wanted to help, usually people act like you’re bothering them.. WAY TO GO CHRIS! If you ever see this I just want to say thanks! We need more customer service people like you!

As usual, Walmart expects people to check themselves out. Stood in line 4 deep with only two registers running. Last I checked, I dont work for Walmart. Hire some cashiers!

For the 3rd time I was not able to use Scan and Go. The first 2 times the assistant had no clue. This time their hand held to complete transaction wasnt working. At this time I wouldnt suggest this service to my friends. More training for associates???

The store is organized in a very odd way. It is very hard to find the things that you are looking to buy. Prices seem to be higher than regular Walmart and even Food Lion.

Filled my cart with groceries and when I go to check out, there were NO cashiers. Only self checkout. I left my groceries in the store. May not be back.

When this store opened, it was a breath of fresh air. Clean, friendly, respectful and helpful staff. Products always stocked and not being done by associates during busiest store hours. All that has changed. Went out of my way to go there last week to shop around 6 pm. All the aisles were full of boxes and employees restocking...at least that is what they were supposed to be doing. They stood around talking to one another blocking customers from getting to what they needed, rolling their eyes and ignoring customers asking to get to products, saying excuse me. That happened to me twice. Had intended to do more shopping that day but after being treated so rudely and the inconvenience and inability to get to products, I used self checkout and headed to my car. They have 2 parking spaces for emergency / law enforcement to park and a civilian car had been parked there the entire time I was there. I noticed a girl walking to the car as I was leaving and I asked her if she was a cop or first responder. She laughed and said no. I pointed to the sign and asked why she parked there and she laughed again and said she worked there (at walmart) and could park wherever she wanted. I asked her name and went inside to talk to the manager. She said go ahead, they dont care. Tried to talk to store manager but he refused to talk to me. Left a message for the other store manager and she never called. What makes it worse is the girl illegally parked was a manager there too! Had to contact corporate and was told it would be looked into, seriously doubt they will do anything. Wont be going back.Sad how customer service and respect is a thing of the past at most stores like this.

The wait time for grocery pick up is the absolute worst. No one should have to wait 35 minutes to receive their groceries when the food has been ready for almost two hours. Also, it should be first come first serve. If I’ve been waiting for 30+ minutes, I shouldn’t see other cars coming in and out receiving their food before mine. Absolutely ridiculous.

This Wal-Mart is located off Union Cross Rd @ the edge of Kernersville in-between Greensboro & Winston-Salem, NC. They r open daily 7AM-11PM. Senior hours r Tues mornings from 6AM-7AM. They have handicapped parking & handicapped accessible entrances. They also provide motorized riding carts 4 those that need them. Curbside pick-up & delivery r available. This location has a pharmacy, a coinstar, an ATM, & a Redbox available on location. They have a customer service dept where they accept returns or exchanges, cash checks & provide MoneyGram services. This store is packed full of a variety of well known name brand grocery items as well as the store brand. They sell canned items, fresh produce, meat, dairy products, snacks, drinks, frozen foods + they have a bakery. They also sell pet supplies, baby supplies & cleaning supplies. U will find that everything they sell is most likely cheaper here or @ another Wal-Mart than u will find @ another store. They always have good deals 4 u any & every day!

I ordered groceries for pickup last week. Walmart canceled 1 order, not sure why. Anyway, the shopper chose a bag of eye-sprouting white potatoes and wrinkled, old golden kiwis. I immediately filed a complaint and was issued an instant refund. However, I have not received the refund on the order Walmart canceled and probably will have to involve my bank as its been more than a week. I will never shop for groceries at Walmart again, especially not at this location.

There was a slight disturbance because a customer didnt want to wear a mask. The Walmart employee handled the situation very well and I give that a 5 star. There was an employee that was stocking shelves and his pants were sagging to the point that when he bent over to put items on the lower shelves, his entire backside was showing his bright orange underwear.

I dont work at Walmart, Im not a cashier, why couldnt you have 1 regular register open, only self checkout..

I would rather visit a neighborhood Walmart over the supercenter but at this neighborhood Walmart the staff doesnt want to help customers. It seems like they purposely turn their heads when you need help and want to ask a question.

For a store that has only been established a few years, its starting to look run down. Could be cleaner and maintained better. The staff doesnt seem like they have a good work ethic. Many items are out of stock, or when the products come in, theyre not stocked in an efficient and timely manner. Will be reporting them to Wal-Mart headquarters.

They have the best curbside pickup. Timely and accurate.

Place has a dingy look to it. Boxes in aisles better lighting would improve look. It has more of a warehouse feel, than grocery store

Very few of the employees are properly masked, even though they are required to wear face coverings. Most are wearing them with their nose uncovered, which totally defeats the purpose or under their chin. Why bother wasting the mask? Some of the staff are friendly enough but several act like the customers are in the way because they are constantly stocking all day long. The only real upside to this place is its convenient.

This is a nice compromise from Walmart megastores. Its big but not overwhelming. Probably the best prices in town. Good selection. Not many cashiers though. Self checkout is the main option with max one or two cashier lines open.

I went to Walmart at 9:05 am today, I have counted at least 8 associates walking around with only 1 register open where an associate is willing to help ring up. That 1 register of course was filled with people who had many items, like myself leading to long wait times. I politely asked if someone was going to open another register and whom ever the associate with the yellow vest on shrugged and said she had to stay upfront and watch self checkout. The checkout attendant Jean was very kind and apologetic however the entire experience could have been roughly 10-12minutes quicker if associates were actually willing to help customers and maybe ring up customers instead of practically forcing them to self checkout. Next time I will drive a little further down the street to Harris teeter.

I am giving this store a 5 star rating simply because they were smart enough to hire people like Marsha, a customer service manager. I simply stopped for a phone card and was in and out in less than 2 minutes with the store very busy. How this happened was because Marsha did her job more efficiently than any store I have visited. She organized employees at such a pace so that no customer had to wait. As a customer I was very impressed and thankful because I was in a hurry. You just dont see managers this proactive and efficient anymore and it was a breathe of fresh air to meet Martha and tell her that personally. Martha thank you and pat yourself on the back.

Very clean, well organized, friendly workers. Has all the groceries of a Supercenter without the headache of so many people. Everything is easy to find. Some hot food in deli, slice meat and cheese for you and has a bakery. Also has pharmacy and pet section.

Now, this is one of the nicest Walmarts Ive been in. It doesnt have a lot of items that are scattered in the wrong places. I would rather go out of my way to visit this Walmart than ones closer to me.

Casey is the owner and she knows her books. Her store is very organized and she is very knowledgeable. She knows her inventory and recommends books based on the type of genre you like. SO MUCH BETTER than the other guys.

My mother orders groceries twice a month and has been since the year started. She just ordered groceries just 2 days ago which was may 7th and we received old milk that was spoiled on the 3rd. Obviously they dont care what they are giving us right now or they need some new people to go pick it up because this is unacceptable. I advise that you go in and get what you really need because in this case if you want something done right you have to do it yourself even though this is their job.Sincerely an unsatisfied customer.

Not keeping safe during Covid, no cashiers wiped down any areas in check out before next customer and they have mostly self checkout which makes it worst, I questioned one of the cashiers and he gave me strange look
