Bought a pair of pants and after I washed them and hung them to dry, they still lost their shape. They were not cheap either. I went to return them then saw on the receipt that its only a 10 day after return policy and the clothes must have the tags on. You cant wear and wash something with the tags on. ASK ABOUT THE RETURN POLICY BEFORE YOU BUY.

Love this store. Lots of unique home furnishings and decor pieces. Some more affordable than others. I just wish the regular hours were extended so that I could visit more often.

If you are a guy and need to buy your girlfriend and/or wife a gift, just buy anything in the store and they will love it, it’s that easy...and they wrap it up perfectly as well....what more can you ask for?Also, the owners are awesome people too!

Cheri and Justin, the owners are two of the hardest working people! Always friendly and welcoming when you shop with them. They have great suggestions on designing spaces and have amazing pieces that we normally would not have access to. Honest and local! I will always shop with them! Go check them out for all things home and boutique clothing and gifts!

My husband and two children were greeted coming in but the lady at counter seemed irritated. We were followed the whole time and asked if we had any questions several times as the staff followed us around. This was our first time in the store and stated no we are just looking around when she first asked. I had a shirt in my had to purchase, even tried it on, I then again was asked did I have any questions about that. Well its a shirt. Not many questions to ask. I politely said no. I decided to put the shirt back and we left. As we put our kids in the car we were starred at by the same lady the followed us around. I dont know if its because of how we looked or she genuinely thought we were taking something from her store. The items were pretty. Several things would have looked great in our newly purchased home or would have been a great gift for my birthday. The reason we came into the store. I did not feel welcome. I felt like they wanted us out as soon as we entered the store. Our kids were were well behaved. Too young to be interested in the items in the store. We were polite not sure why we were treated like criminals. Maybe shouldnt have came in leggings? Maybe because we are a interracial couple with biracial kids? Maybe should have took out all our cash, debt and credit cards to prove we had money to shop there? We wont be returning and will encourage our family and friends to do the same.

Friendly, family like atmosphere, great selection and price points. A go to for unique gifts and accents. Love the owners, Justin and Sherry!

This was my first time visiting this store. I walked in and started looking when I noticed that everyone that came in after me received a warm greeting. As I continued to walk around people were being asked if they needed help. I even made I contact with 2 employees and they didn’t open their mouths. Fortunately, when I went to the jewelry section a young lady did greet me. The 3 employees in the front of the store could use additional training on customer service for ALL customers. First impressions can make or break your business as well.

This is my favorite store! Everyone is so kind and willing to help. There are so many great items to fit all clothing, jewelry, accessory and furniture needs! You will not regret checking Accent Prone out!!

I LOVE this place! Amazing furniture, jewelry, and accents at fantastic prices. The owners and employees are so welcoming and have great vision when helping with recommendations. Ive been shopping here for years and always go to Accent Prone before looking at any other store or online shop. Also, I love that its a small business and prefer to support them over a large corporation.

Did not know you can not return an item for a refund. Only a store credit. Once Im able to find another item I need to use my store credit on I may not be as likely to shop here. They have a very lovely shop but not a customer friendly return policy.

Nice store but they shouldn’t block Paws of Royalty customers from getting to the shop. If they want to unload furniture, they need to keep from blocking the street or leaving little room to pass!

I don’t appreciate the look and way a certain worker acted while my mom and I shopped in this store. She gave us a dirty look as soon as we walked in the door then asked if we needed help. We said no thank you we are just looking. she then replied “okay...okay.” Less than 5 minutes later she moved to where we were moving around the store looking and again asked if we needed help. We said no just looking and she replied “alright..alright”. Clearly she didn’t think we were good enough to be shopping in her store. We decided to leave. First visit and will be my last.
