I dont write many online reviews, but felt the outstanding customer service I received required the public thanks. I ordered a item from eBay that required me to arrange my own shipping. I called the UPS store to discuss shipping options and was immediately put at ease by Lauren that this world be an easy process. On the day my seller dropped the item of, Lauren was not available, but she had left detailed information with the other employees. Ashley ended up sitting with the packaging, shipping, and payment details and was fantastic. The item arrived on the predicted date and was packed perfectly. Ashley even called to follow up with the delivery and ensure everything had arrived as expected. I have nothing but positive things to say about this team and the service provided. Thank you Lauren and Ashley!!

I have been coming to this store for almost 2 years and never has and issue . This is the second time in the past month I’ve come to the store and the customer service is horrible. The new employees are not knowledgeable and extremely rude . It’s truly sad . I normally don’t leave reviews but this experience today has compelled me to write this review .I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Save your money and time .

We made an appointment to get something notarized at 9am. When we arrived we were told that notary would not be in until later in the day. UPS if you are going to have appointments for a Notary then one should be available at that appointment time. We will not be back.

My amazon account was messing up a lot when I was going in to return a package that broke. I was embarrassed because there was a line behind me, but this lady named Ashley told me its fine and she helped me sort everything out she was so patient with me because normally customer service rushes everyone and have a nasty attitude, but she didnt. I highly recommend this place which normally dont do.

This UPS store is very inconsistent. Sometimes the customer service experience is good and at other times, it is considerably lacking. Today, I went in for a Notary service at 6:00 p.m. The store closes at 6:30 p.m. I was told the Notary had left at 5:00 p.m. This is the third time Ive visited this store and have not been able to get Notary services completed. Why advertise Notary services but not have the staff on hand to provide them on a consistent basis?! In addition, this store has difficulty with assessing accurate pricing for its shipping services. I inquired about the cost of shipping a letter overnight and one of the clerks told me it would cost close to $70! Ridiculous! I told him that I shipped a letter to the same exact address for $25 at another store and he said they have no control over what other UPS stores do. Its the same company, correct?! The prices should not so widely differ. I pressed the issue and asked someone else for help. The other clerk reviewed the order and priced the package at $32! If I had not pressed, I would have been overcharged by almost $40! This is unacceptable! Please re-check your pricing if you go to this store for shipping services. I gave two stars because Andrew has been friendly and helpful on a few occasions.Note to the Manager or Corporate leaders of this store: Are you paying attention??!! Read these reviews! This level of inconsistent and unacceptable service needs to be addressed!

I was at the store twice last week, the employees are so helpful, and polite, it is really a joy to be there. There are very busy this time of year, but they get you in and out very fast. Good place to help Santa move things along.

It’s been a few weeks and I’ve contemplated even sending this email however, it still bothers me how bad my experience was at this store.The gentleman helping me was the assistant manager Andrew. He was the most unhelpful person in customer service I have dealt with in awhile.I brought in an item to be shipped and he asked if I wanted a box or bag for it... I said I wasn’t sure- and he told me the bag would be the cheaper option and so I said alright. I had a baby in my arms and he pointed to the back wall where the bags were- I went and grabbed one to the front and tried to struggle holding my baby and put the item in the bag. It tore the bag a little.... and he said you might need the bigger bag and I said okay and again went to the back wall again for the larger bag. I came back to the counter trying again to put my item in the bag with one arm while I held my baby in the other arm. He offered no help, just watched. THEN once I finally got the item in the bag he rung me up and says “well do you wanna pay for this ripped bag since I can’t sell it now?” ..... I shrugged and said that’s fine. So I paid for the ripped bag as well as the bigger bag that was used to ship my item. If he had helped me in the FIRST place I don’t think I would of ended up ripping a bag or if I knew I was going to be charged for it you better believe I would of just taped that bag and made it work. It was just a very bad experience and extremely poor customer service.I will absolutely use a different location from here on out for all shipping needs.

Ok, Im not one to review random places, but the guys that helped me this morning were awesome. They had such a friendly, casual tone with me and didnt make me feel dumb like most places. I returned a confusing grouping of Amazon packages and they were so patient. Awesome place!

I came into the store on Monday and I must say, I was impressed. Melissa, the manager, greeted with enthusiasm even when my packages were a complete mess. She offered to repack them into a more secure box and even offered me a discount for my AAA card. Although the store was busy, she managed to help me, while assisting others too. I have had previous bad experiences in this location and I have new hope for this. The management has been greatly improved upon. The store was clean and smelled fantastic. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a hand in getting a package to its destination fast and efficiently.

My wife brought me a coupon and said here, take this to the ups store. So, today I did. I did not have a clue on how to ship this stuff to be sure it would get there in time for Christmas. The young woman who helped me was full of smiles and laughter as we fought our way through my process. Melissa I think. She explained that packing my item for me would offer me a guarantee that if anything happened, I would be covered. I allowed her to do her job and I was and in and out in less than 10 minutes! That in itself is amazing. I will be more likely to use this location in the future. Lines are short and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I use the UPS Store regularly for business and personal shipping. Jennifer and her staff are very professional, efficient, and detail oriented. Jennifer established a house account for me several months ago which makes shipping even easier. This account allows me to simply drop off packages and receive a bill at months end. No waiting, no hassles.

I’ve been coming to this UPS store for some time and in the past, I’ve received mediocre to poor service. The last few times here, I’ve been assisted by Melissa and I have to say that her charisma and willingness to help has changed my view about UPS Store. It’s nice to be assisted by someone who is friendly, takes their job seriously, and most of all, is efficient! Kudos Melissa!

I have traveled this country and frequent the ups stores everywhere for printing needs. I am happy to say I have found one where the manager really cares about getting it right. I had a complicated situation and Malissa found a way to handle it with ease. I did notice she is an assistant manager but to me she is the manager. She is poised and professional. Quite a nice person too. I will be making Kernersville a stop on my list each time I pass through.Thank YouTom

After insuring my package of Christmas presents for $300, when my son received the package almost $255 worth of presents had been taken out of the package. When contacting the UPS store in Kernersville, they said corporate wouldnt pay the claim because the box had been thrown away.Very poor service (I had to continually call them) and they dont tell you anything up front about what to keep (think box) if you have to file a claim. The mgr had said this has been a particularly bad year for this kind of thing.(stolen merchandise)Use UPS at your own risk2 and 1/2 months later and being bounced back and forth between UPS corporate and UPS Store corporate(yes they are different companies folks) the store in Kernersville was no help...they will tell you they are your advocate...good luck with that.If you dont want to take a chance, either go to UPS (not store)or go to the nearby Staples in Kernersville. You will be glad you did

Not a very good ups store at all. They pretty much tell you that you dont matter to them in a polite way. I think theres a ups store close by in Greensboro thats much more professional and genuinely polite. I think off wendover ave? Skip this place folks unless you absolutely have to.

Calculating shipping for this laptop. Take whatever you need to ship to The UPS Store and they can help you pack plus calculate shipping charges. They are terrific to work with and much more reasonable than you think.

Very rude on every occasion. Sold me services such as second day air to send a package to Greensboro for $27.10 that weighed 1 lb. when ground was all that was required for less than half that amount. Didnt think about it at the time because I was frustrated. They knew there was no air involved, just ripping me off.

Went there this Past Friday to deliver a envelope to my Brother in Florida. I told the person behind the counter that I wanted the envelope to go 2-3 days . He told me that it would cost around 9 dollars, after entering the information he comes up with a 17 dollar charge for this service and it will be delivered on Wednesday July 5. If that was not bad enough after I get home I find out it is going ground to Florida . The package weighs .10 of a lb. UPS is a worthless shipping company and evidently its UPS stores are even worse.

These people charge outrageous fees. I had a box from Amazon I wanted to forward to my daughter, going from Kernersville, NC to Hillsborough, NC. It had not been opened or anything. All it needed was a forwarding address and they charged more than $25. I will never go to that store again. Walkertown store was much more honest but they shut down. Sad.

I saw online that the store closed at 6:30. No problem, I rushed across town with a package already labeled ready to be sent out. I arrived at the store at 6:29 according to my phone only to find the door locked and the lady inside clearly ignoring my presence. I couldnt believe it. All I needed to do was give the package over to them thats it. I know we all have lives and want to get off work to go do our own personal things but locking the door prior to 6:30 should not be permissable. I visited the store on September 13th 2016 for whom it may concern.

I sent a package to my son while he was in Afghanistan, via an APO address in Washington DC. They told me a customs form was not needed since the address was Washington DC, but they were wrong. $300 worth of goods NEVER made it to my son and they offered me absolutely ZERO compensation. Horrible customer service.

The guy I delt with was the biggest A**hole. Not just to me but to everybody while I was standing in line. I had a decent sized box and he told me it would be 60$ and usps would cost 75$ I told him he was nuts and took my business to usps up the road. Shipped what I needed for 33$. Will never give them my business again. Dont waste your time coming to this one. Way over priced and poor customer service

Charged $60 GROUND for a 14x14 package that could not be more than 5 lbs to Boise Idaho. I have never paid more than $15 in my life to ship packages that weighed much more than that.
