If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Im week behind and they never work with me on my payments i just got a new job and they keep harassing me. People that doe business with rac claim that the work with you on payments but they dont. they need to learn to actually help people and learn to be nice

Done business here in the past and never had a bad experience. Its pretty simple process and cheap weekly payments. would definitely recommend if you cant dish out a full buyout at Walmart, target etc.

Poor customer service. When you are making points to them they cut you off and dont let you talk. I have been with them for about 2 years now and I still dont get the respect I deserve. After my last thing is paid off Ill be taking my business somewhere else. I dont recommend them. They need to learn to respect their customers. Jeremy is the main one who is so disrespectful and wont let me even talk before he talked over me! I am done with this place

They do not deserve any stars! They are complete rip offs and scam you at this location. They keep saying we owe full amount for a TV we never even received!! They also keep upping our monthly payment and wont ever properly fix the fact THEY NEVER DELIVERED THE TV WE ORIGINALLY ASKED FOR, AND KEPT A CHEAPER TV INSTEAD. We had the payment date set up for the middle of the month and next thing we know they are calling us trying to find our house stating our payment is late from the beginning of the month. Currently trying to contact the home office to make a formal complaint. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!
