Its very frustrating to be put on hold for 20 minutes when you have a simple question to ask about if they provide a specific service or not. I called 3 times and was continuously put on hold everytime. Not very good customer service.

Good pricing, fast service. But...bring your own chair as there are no chairs in the waiting area. Not fun when youre 75...

Just to install a battery, waiting time 1 1/2 hrs. Because short in staff. A few months ago, I brought my car in for a oil change and had to wait like 2hrs, I couldn’t take my car because it was still in the q . Such bad business! Pay your employees more and maybe they would stay.

Let me please preface this complaint with the acknowledgement that I do not blame the hourly employees or lower-level management at this store,or so many more like them. This is systemic cancer created at the executive level, and which consumes those at the bottom of Walmarts food chain. THE STORE EMPLOYEES ARE GENERALLY GREAT!5PM arrival Wednesday, 10/30/19. Hours are until 7pm. Very few cars, but manager states that there are no more oil changes, only tires and batteries, as he let all the oil techs go home, whom are filing past me to their vehicles. I drove 20 miles to get here solely for an oil change due to the lower price than competitors, but CONGRATULATIONS, YOU JUST LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER! Not only for oil changes either, for all around shopping as well. Ive been coming here for over 15 years, primarily to save money for my low-income family, but enough is enough, and this store has continually gone downhill in every department, consistently year after year. Word of mouth still matters in smaller towns like ours, and the many surrounding towns as well. Your automotive department has been a joke for over a decade, so I guess its time you heard the truth, although Im sure you have by now.I doubt this or any negative review will be met with any sincerity in corrective measures, especially with a corporate monopoly like Walmart, whose primary concern is Capitalistic greed and keeping upper and middle-management happy at the expense of your REAL workers, whom cannot even come close to making a LIVING WAGE (look it up for Kerr County...MIT did a fantastic algorithmic analysis for counties all over the country). However, I feel much better now that Ive been able to vent, and if anything positive results from this review, all the better. Good day!

Talk to Margret about tires for your truck if you drag a RV around.. I learned a lot talking to her... and yes I did buy the tires she recommended and I could not be happier..My truck has found its second wind.. WHO KNEW!

If you enjoy having you’re care broken, TWICE I recommend it oh but don’t worry they will reimburse you after you fall and have a fit even tho they never informed you they broke it 🙄

Terrible place for an oil change. Called ahead and asked if there were any openings, they said its first come first serve but they arent busy. Dropped it off around noon, got a call at 12:14 saying I needed to sign a waiver before they could work on it. Okay fine, I signed the waiver and was told they would get right on it around 12:45. Here i am at 2:50 learning they cancelled the order and neglected to me. So after bringing that to their attention I now have to wait the additional 15-20 minutes the oil change should have taken.

Waited an hour just for them to tell me they couldn’t do it after all, gave no heads up or notice. Waste of my time.

I always go here the staff is friendly & never had any issues.

Was there bright and early about 10mins after they opened at 7am and still they didnt finish my car till 930-10am and all I got was an oil change a new tire...they put others first before me...it should have been done on who got there first

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and got an oil change for 20 buckaroos, thanks guys! (And ladies)!

The worst. Left the drain plug loose on my dads truck and had a significant leak and risked it falling out. Then tried to upsell my elderly mom, telling her she had to use full synthetic if she was going to go all the way to 5,000 miles on an oil change, which is complete BS, even according to the owners manual. If you want to get ripped off or have your vehicle destroyed, go here immediately. Otherwise, stay away!

I will never be seen at this location again. I bought all the available warranties on top of my manufacturer warranty. I drop a tire off for repair and get a call the tred is to low to repair and they need to see the milage on my truck to determine if it can be replaced free of charges. 3hours later I lose patience and ask whats taking so long to read my milage only to find out the unintelligible weezing the counter employee ded 30 minutes ago was supposed to be my name and they decided to go ahead and replace tires and want me to pay for them. Another 20 minutes later they got thier tire off my truck so I can leave. Awful customer service non exusexis communications with the customer

We were purchasing two new tires and wanted them put on the back and the back tires put on the front. They put the new ones on the front and would not change it when I asked. Very upsetting for the almost two hour wait. I think I will stick with Discount Tire.

Do not take your car there. Pathetic customer service. They couldnt find my car sitting right outside the bay doors. Unreal.

Below average customer service and technicians in Automotive Department. Oil changed with the type they wanted to put in not what Ive requested. 3.5 hour wait. Never again.

The wait time for just to drop off and your vehicle was ridiculous. So of the staff were not professional towards each other. One customer had to tell them her tires were not rotated and when told there was attitude from the staff.

The old woman that works in the tire sept is so rude.
