I go to Kerrville once a year during the summer time. I always stop here but today might have been the last time. The man helping me was quite mean to me. He did not like that I was wearing a mask. He asked if I was a democrat…..and then said he didn’t have coronavirus and knew I didn’t have it either. I did not like my experience there this time around.

Quite literally the worst experience of my life. I had three kids in the car and we sat in line for 45 minutes. The man proceeded to call me a dumb democrat for wearing a mask (I’m high risk) and repeatedly ridiculed me in front of the kiddos for “believing that BS”. He shook his head and rolled his eyes angrily as I left because I didn’t take off my mask. On top of all that he got all of the orders wrong and the snow cones had dirt in them…😀

Service was fine but this was the worst snow cone Ive ever had. It is not shaved ice, just crushed. The ice dispenser on my refrigerator door crushes ice smoother. Seriously, a slushy from sonic is smoother. We only had snow cones so maybe the ice cream is good.

It was nice but it took him a while to get the snow cones because he would talk a lot but he was nice and was doing the best he could

Very good selection of sugar free flavors! We enjoyed our snow cones very much. They did not skimp on flavored syrup. Of course, expect a short wait. Word is out that they are good...yummy! Worth the wait!

My husband and I were fans before the pandemic, but yesterday I went to get a snowcone, and Joe, the owner, told me to “Take that mask off. I don’t have the coronavirus.” He was not wearing a mask himself. Clearly, he does not have regard for the health and safety of his customers, or respect for personal decisions, and I will not be going back.

He will give you a sample if you’re not sure what you want. Very nice. Tasted great.

The lady that runs this is just a slice of heaven. Shes super sweet and even had Stevia for those of us that want that type of sweetener.

Yummy snow cones and nice staff members

This is a snowcone shop that also serves espresso & coffee drinks. I got a cappuccino and it had no foam, so maybe stick to the snow cones. Go elsewhere for espresso.
