I am visiting as a camp nurse from New Orleans. One of my hearing aids went out. Not knowing much about the town I stopped at the first hearing aid establishment I saw. Did not have a good experience. At this point both of my hearing aides were not functioning. Wanted to send them off to company for $700 plus. I declined n glad I did.I googled n found Miracle Ear of Kerville n so happy I did. Friendly knowledgeable and professional. They fixed both hearing aids while I waited. And then offered to charge me only what I could afford. I went with my boyfriend on a promotional flyer. Carrisa Martinez was on the front desk and made us feel welcome and Karla Müller, the hearing instrument specialist who conducted the tests was great. Very personable and the whole experience was easy and interesting. There was never any pressure to purchase, but she let me try a high quality set of aids and though my hearing loss isnt bad the difference was immediately evident. I have trouble distinguishing words in a noisy setting and the aids reminded me not just how things used to sound, but how that clarity of sound used to feel. Its similar to the way oxygen rich fresh air feels in the lungs after being in a stale environment. Amazing. I am retired and unfortunately my Soc. Sec. income cant afford the top of the line or even the bottom brand new and my Aetna Medicare doesnt cover hearing issues. But Ms. Müeller showed me some pay plans and some other options like refurbished products that might fit my budget. She put no pressure on me and I feel encouraged that I now know what is possible and can plan forward. I have an appointment in six months to see if my hearing levels have worsened and I will eventually find a means to make a purchase and will plan on taking my business here. She couldnt help my boyfriend directly because she checks a clients eardrums before the audio tests and found he has a problem that needs to be addressed by an ENT specialist, but she gave him a referral for a nearby doctor. And she went above and beyond by supplying us, gratis, with something to help balance our TV volume. One if us gets to wear a wireless headset so the other can set TV volume to a comfortable level. We really felt welcomed and cared for here. Thank you Ms. Martinez and Ms. Müeller.

I Want to Share what an amazing Experience I had at Miracle Ear, I was very hesitant about getting hearing aids a few friends they got hearing aids and never used them, Karla Müller the Hearing Specialist gave me a very thorough explanation about the hearing process, I have been tested in other places like Cotsco and Beltone and never got a test so complete like here at Miracle Ear, She did a DEMO with hearing aids and the sound and clarity was amazing!! I was able to hear Karla from the other room and with background noise, a thing that I struggle a lot with with, I was also AMAZED to be able to see on the screen how I was hearing with tinny tubes that are microphones she inserted in my ears and see the waves move when I was talking or different noises, to verify I was hearing ok. I purchase my hearing aids and Karla is so attentive calling me to see how I was doing or if I had any questions, I felt that she really cares about her patients, on my 3rd follow up I had to cancel because I fell and broke my arm and had to had surgery Karla went above and beyond and sent me a flower Bouquet and a get well card that made my day! she didnt stop there she kept calling and checking on me to see how I was doing, This is what I called customer service! Also Carissa The office manager is so sweet and she is always smiling, and does a great Job cleaning my hearing aids, I RECOMEND TO ANY ONE THAT IS THINKING ON GETTING HEARING AIDS TO GO TO MIRACLE EAR HIGLY RECOMENDED!!!

Im very please with the service at Miracle Ear at Kerrvilles office because It was my first to get a hearing test and I was impressed with the level of service and willingness to work with their patients, I needed a late afternoon appointment and Miss Muller arranged for a 6:00 pm appointment even though the office was already closed. Miss Muller professionalism and knowledge about her field is impressive and I learned a good amount about hearing loos and what I need to do in order to take the proper care and prevent more loss. She explained to me about my options in order to get hearing aids and have a much better life in a daily basis. My annual audio/hearing aid checkup, given by Karla on May 25, 2021, went extremely well. My hearing aids were taken to be cleaned and checked . Next came a full audio test in the well-equipped audio booth. (This consisted of ‘beeps’ at different frequencies and sound levels sent to headphones and was followed by a series of spoken words that contain syllables of types that can prove confusing – with me doing my best to tell Karla what word I had heard.) From all this information Karla produced a plot of my hearing loss in each ear, along with a list (presumably) of syllables that caused me trouble. This she subsequently used when updating the settings in the hearing aids.The updating process started with the insertion of an exceedingly small sensor in each ear, followed by my hearing add receivers. The computer caused synthesized speech (seemingly a series of random words in different languages) to be sent to the hearing aids. The recorded sound levels were displayed as a function of frequency on a monitor alongside the hearing loss plots that Karla had first manually plotted (and then transferred to the computer). This enabled Karla to fine tune the responses of the left and right hearing aids. I was impressed by the remarkably high level of the technology and was delighted with the results.This was followed (no surprise!) by Karla fitting me with the latest hearing aids (set according to my needs). The range of possible levels of refinement for that hearing aid model was shown to me by reference to a catalogue .(I would like to have seen more information of a technical/numerical nature: perhaps such information is available from the Miracle Ear main office.) A free trial was offered.

Karla and her team are wonderful, I was at a point where I could not understand a conversation, hear cars coming from behind me when walking and most important the voice of my wife. When Karla turned on my hearing aids and I heard my sweet wifes voice clearly for the first time in 10 years it brought tears to my eyes. I cannot thank Kara and her team enough, this has changed my life so much and I am enjoying just listening to the birds singing again.

I had a scheduled an appointment for cleaning/check up my device 3 months prior. Upon arrival, I was not able to be seen because there was new patients on my slot. Saying that they left a voice mail or email---which I didnt receive. If it was an emergency for the new patients then I would understand. However my device was cleaned but rescheduled at a later time.

My experience with Miracle-Ear is beyond what I had ever expected. The atmosphere of the office and the service is outstanding and friendly and Karla and Amie are always there and willing to help anytime. The hearing test is full and complete, you can tell that Karla is truly concerned about my hearing and cares. Since I have bought my hearing aids, my hearing has improved. I have been so happy and pleased with the service and my experience I even upgraded to the new technology. Impressed with Miracle-Ear in KerrvilleI was dropping my mother off at the hair salon in Fredericksburg when I saw a young lady in a lab coat and mask carrying a basket full of supplies with gloves on. I over heard her ask for a women here getting her hair done for her hearings so she could clean them up. The woman proceeded to tell everyone the Office Manager from Kerrville offered to come to Fredericksburg for her to do a Clean and Check on her hearings, since she no longer drives and hasnt been able to make it to Kerrville. I was so impressed by this because it shows how much they care for their patients. She drove 30 miles to take care of her patient so she wouldnt have to go out further than she needed to with everything going on. It is wonderful knowing there are still good people going above and beyond for others.

Both Karla and Melanie have provided prompt, courteous service when I call or come in for an appointment. Karla has made every effort to adjust my hearing aids to my preferences and I am very pleased with the result. I am glad I chose Miracle Ear to purchase my hearing aids!

I was amazed at how well I could hear with my new Miracle Ear hearing aids. I had been using Beltone aids that really couldn’t compare with these. I’m very happy with them and the service I get from Karla and Melanie is outstanding. They are always happy to answer my questions and make any adjustments I need. And the adjustments and cleanings are free. Beltone always charged me $45 each time for cleaning them.

My dad was in the Kerrville office to purchase new hearing aids, he became ill and Karla & Melanie went out of their way to get him medical help. They even spent hours with my dad in the ER before any family could be reached. Above and beyond caring, not even related to hearing aids! My dad is 88 years old and has been in the Miracle Ear office many times to perfect his hearing and he is very satisfied and happy with his hearing aids!! I tried Miracle Ear hearing aids first about 3 years ago and did not really have full satisfaction with them. I returned them for a full refund of cost. After trying 5 more brands and finding none of them to be as good as Miracle Ear, I returned to Miracle Ear in Kerrville, Texas. After many exams Karla Muller, the office manager (specialist) found solutions to problems in both ears and they never charge for tune- upsOffice manager Melanie Courvelle is always courteous and professional. Her first comment is always “Can I get you some coffee and a sweet treat?’ Her next comment is about cleaning my hearing aids.I highly recommend Miracle Ear technology and if you live anywhere close to Kerrville.
