Car was brought by AAA to this establishment. The car sat for 4 days, I had to drive to the location and leave a note on it . The partners apparently work with children instead of the registered owner of the vehicle. Then after numerous calls which went unanswered, we get the runaround from one of the partners that doesnt know anything about the vehicle. Then the other partner calls back and is absolutely rude with my wife. I wouldnt take my lawn mower here.

Ive been taking my cars here since they opened and I wont take them anywhere else first. Im ok with the fact that I have to schedule appointments a ways out (even for oil changes) because I know they arent going to call me and quote me some huge repair I dont need, unlike most of the mechanics in Kettering.

Soooo, after taking my Miata into the repair shop I was notified that I could be facing a rapair bill of $1200. I requested that I receive a written estimate with a break down of what the parts costs and labor costs would be. I said I would be in this week to go over the estimate. Today, I went to the shop and asked for the written estimate I requested. I was shown an adding machine tape with numbers wriiten down. My reply, why was I not being provided with the written estimate I requested? At this point, I stated that we could not do business and on this basis. The owner handed me my keys and I left the shop. Shop time is $80 an hour at this location but the treatment of this consumer was anything but ethical.
