I simply love this store they have the best scents. Plus, the have car fresheners which over plus there Aromatherapy line it really calming and I feel like dealing with the stuff I deal with on the daily I NEED so calming.

Awesome place! Is pleased to see the employees take Covid seriously, they have sanitizer out for customers to use before touching the products and theyre friendly too. They make sure masks are on right and provide relaxing atmosphere.

I needed one more item for a gift basket. A knowledgeable clerk helped me and escorted me to check out. Good experience, and best Bath & Body in Dayton area.

Bath and Body is located on the western side of the the Town and County Shopping Center near Stein Mart. Whenever we visit I am particularly impressed by how helpful the employees are. They will help you choose from the vast array of products that are available here. The selection is quite impressive.

I was told I couldnt use my rewards coupon for 2 free gifts. They said they didnt accept them at that store. Recommended I go to Columbus or Springfield to use them. I had to call customer service to complete my order over the phone. With no help from the store manager.

I am so hooked on Bath & Body Works I am somewhat embarrassed to even say that I have probably a bigger collection than some of the women LOL as I have begun to work on my weight loss I have been introduced to Bath & Body Works and I love the results and how it turns the womans head when I go into the gym in this review wouldnt be worthy unless I mention the managers name that is always very very pleasant and welcoming when I come into the store at Town & Country her name is Paige and she gives me her honest opinions on any and every mens cologne or lotion or body wash that I am inquiring about although I have everything that you sell so to Paige I say keep up the good work and I guess I will see you on my next purchase

Wide variety of options (body, bath, home) Wonderful, helpful staff. My favorite smells are White Citrus, Magic in the Air, Winter Candy Apple, and A Thousand Wishes. Always some cool deal/special to check out too.

A very busy and bustling time of year, but I was approached several times by very cheerful and smiling associates to see if I needed assistance which was helpful. Very clean, stocked and organized and the speed of check out was amazing as I noticed some customers had multiple shopping totes and most had at least one filled to the brim. This was around 2pm and the cashiers were smiling and being very pleasant and helpful.

This store has gotten better in time, the employees are much nicer and I can always find something I am wanting ...thank you and good job keeping the place nice, clean and friendly 👍

1st time at this location. Employees were ok. They had the 6/$18 hand soap sale, yet they had no sample bottles of any of the hand soaps next to the sink. Every other BBW Ive ever been in has always had most of their hand soaps at the sink to try. When I started to carry some over to the sink myself, both employees stood and looked at me. There was only one other shopper in the store besides me. Not impressed with this location.

Bath and Body Works is my absolute favorite place to shop for body fragrances! I love it, it is very fun, colorful environment and the customer service is phenomenal. I will always be a customer here!

Today (April 4, 2018), I took in a 3/4 empty bottle of Aromatherapy bath and body wash because it had formed a large globule and was difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. It came out like rope. I have been purchasing this body wash for years, and this never happened before. I inquired if they might send it back to the company to see what was wrong with it, but the manager on duty, (Bri) told me they would just throw it out. I inquired a second time if the company might not want to know if there was something wrong with it. Instead of being concerned with the actual problem, she was more concerned with the fact that the company no longer sells that aroma, Spearmint/Basil, as if that were the problem. I had purchased it in January of this year. So I had 1/4 of the bottle left and asked if I could have a replacement bottle, to which she replied that I had used more than half of it. Twice I asked, and twice I was told the same thing. I was so angry I left the store. Evidently, she believes that not being able to use all of product is quite okay when there is a problem with it. If I had just wanted it replace because I didnt like the aroma, I could have understood, but not when there was a problem. No point in complaining to the manager when the manager is the one who mistreated you. I called corporate when I got home, and they kindly offered to send me a coupon for a replacement. So far, no coupon. Ill wait to see if I get it in the next couple of days before I pass judgment. On the other hand, I will never shop at this particular store again.

My experience at the store was awful yesterday. The clerk gave me the hardest time about my purchase of the Mothers Day bag. I asked her if they had them in stock and she asked me for a coupon and told me I only could get it with a coupon that was mailed to me. I told her I received an email only about the bags and that I only needed to spend $30 to get the bag for $30. She badgered me about not having the coupon,but then says well I have one you can use the one I have! I was on my lunch break and didnt have a lot of time, but I have NEVER had that happen to me at any store. I have bought the bag many times before with NO coupon

Nice store but they were out of stock on what i what looking for.

Went into bath and body works on September 9th, window shopping basically, my little 4 year old girl was asking about a hand sanitizer holder, and hand sanitizer. They were too expensive for what I could afford, and A lady working named Dee, noticed my daughter was upset, and gave her one that was hers personally, I cant say enough good things about this lady and my daughter is extremely excited. I will be back and this lady deserves a raise! You dont find good in the world like this often!
