There is so much to look through that it can be overwhelming but in a good way. The workers were very nice and were open to negotiating on price since I was buying multiple items.I love all the selection and the pricing is very reasonable. I will make it a point to visit every time Im in town and would recommend it to my friends that come to the area.

What a really really neat hidden gem in Kettering, OH. I had been meaning to stop in for a while, but only just got the chance today, now that the pandemic is coming to an end. This store has so much variety, lots of cool stuff to look through! I could honestly sit and look around for hours. They are affordable w/ games among other things. The workers are very helpful and nice too! Will definitely come back! :)

When the owner is gone, the customer service is non-existent. Over priced and they make you feel like a burden for going in there. Go to GameSwap instead, it’s in Kettering and much much better than here.

Fairly sure these guys are just buying stuff off of Ebay and putting it in their store, which explains where they think charging so much is such a good idea. None of the guys I have talked to their seem to know much about what they are selling a good deal of the time. And you know what? I cant fault an opportunist! They saw a market and came in.Truth is stores like these are rare, and I am more surprised they are ven still around given how empty the lot looks most of the time.If you have an itch for Retro stuff, give em a look, but Id shop online if I were serious about buying something. These guys are about as poser as they get when it comes to the hobby.

My son was in awe when we walked in the door! The games. The movies. The figures and accessories. A little bit of everything. We will be back for Birthday and Christmas gifts.

Stopped in with my kids who are into Pokemon cards. We bought a booster pack of 10 cards for $15. They were disappointed by the cards inside, which happens, and isnt really the fault of the store, but we were even more disappointed to look up the pack online and see that we way overpaid. Its listed for $3.99 on PokemonCenter.com! $15 is highway robbery. We wont be back. Guess its my fault for not checking online before I bought it, but weve never had that problem before.

Cool little shop with a large selection of toys, games and horror memorabilia.

Unshoppable. Everything is crammed in. Hard to look at things, hard to find things. Not to mention everything is drastically overpriced. Almost stopped in here because I was in a jam and needed something quickly. Definitely without recommend this place to anyone.

Nice plays toys comics games dvds helpful staff

A cool place to find toys, models and collectibles of all kinds. They have a large selection of movies and comics as well. If you have an hour to take it all in youre bound to find some kind of treasure. Recommend it.

Its not a bad place as long as you know what youre looking for people there are really nice and helpful I bought an Xbox One from them a few days ago cheaper than GameStop the only problem Ive ever had buying the Xbox from them is I had to buy the sink button on the side for the controller original Xbox One console but for 225 I really wasnt too mad because I GameStop its 250 260

I’ve been to this place multiple times to buy VHS tapes. #1 Their prices are a rip off because they go by eBay prices. #2 The hospitality is horrible to their customers. All the workers do is just sit on their computer and phones and wait like 5 minutes to check you out. #3 The workers do not wear masks at all!!!!!!

This place is awesome. Total throwback to my childhood. They have a little bit of everything nerdy here. Came in to check if they had any older game systems or games. They had plenty to choose from. I ended up buying three Sega Genesis games at a good price.

They have a bunch of vintage video games, toys, and cards, and more. The staff is friendly.

They have no care for a global pandemic. No masks on workers or the selfish unkempt regulars who hang out in there and talk like second graders. Its overstuffed, dirty, smells like mold, and way overpriced. Half the toys they sell you can get at walmart for more that 50 percent cheaper and have more room to maneuver around unmasked selfish customers./

Dont go here they will low ball you. I had a Brand New Nintendo Switch Complete with dock HDMI Cord Original power cord and a Rare hard to find New 3DS XL Galaxy version in PERFECT CONDITION no dent or scratches with the box. He offered me 225 for both!!!!..... The Switch alone was worth much much more than that.... Heck the Brand New Joy Cons are valued at over 100 dollars because they are sold out every where on the Nintendo Branded Joy Cons and the switch by itself is worth over 300.... Again Switch is sold out all over local stores.... And my perfect condition Galaxy 3DS with box is worth over 300 because of condition and Box....... So 600 dollars for 225....... I was hard up for cash so I did the deal... Yea I could have said no.... But again I needed tge money and I could not wait to sell it on eBay or Offer up ok my choice my fault right?? True but check this out Called his store 2 days latter and asked if they had a Nintendo Switch and a Galaxy 3DS..And was told Nope... Come to find out he sold it for a combined total of 640 dollars!!!!!.... What a cheap offer he gave me.... Buy at crack prices.... Sell at triple the profit. He could have at least offered me 350-400 as he would still have made 250-350 cash profit. Thats bad business. I cant believe they would do this to me. I get it I get it I accepted the offer. But never again. Im not going to tell people not to shop here but I will say this...... SHAME ON YOU!!! GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF THOSE WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and the owner really cares about making sure customers are happy. Ive visited a good number of game shops in Kettering/Centerville area, but will definitely return to this one.

This store is one of the best kept secrets about this area, the staff are personable, friendly, and they dont vulture you to death by any means. Prices are the best on the block, and as far as selection.... A wide, thick spread baby.

First time visiting today, and believe they said the location had just recently opened a few months ago. We were instantly greeted with a kind and warm welcome, as well as in awe of the almost overwhelming inventory of awesome collectables and more on display throughout the store! Definitely one of the nicer and more impressive Collectable/Game shops weve been in, with a wide variety of interesting attention grabbers, that are already being mentioned as must haves by my kids (as well as myself) 😉 we will definitely be stopping back in and recommend any and everyone else with a soft spot for these type of interests to do the same. Good sized store full of everything retro. From video games to Star Wars collectables. Nice friendly staff. Some of the prices are more than I would pay. Particularly on anything that says Nintendo on it. But I still recommend this place to all my friends. Cool to just wonder around & look at stuff.

Really great stuff here. Ive never seen so many complete games for a good variety of systems in once place. The owner is a nice guy and will always hold a conversation if you want! Prices are pretty much on par with the other local game stores in the area. There is not much this shop doesnt have.

Good environment. Very nice and helpful staff. We have older game systems. It is nice to have a local place we can go to buy games at a fair price. The selection of toys and collectibles is nice too. My kids love this place.

I have now visited Game Runners a few times and I am always happy when I go. The staff is very friendly and knowledge. The inventory they carry is amazing! Do yourself a favor and check it out. They always seem to have things that I need for my collections. I look forward to stopping in again.

Maybe I am old but the board game selection was limited. If you are a Gamer ( RPG, Heroclix, video, etc.) you will enjoy. The amount of toys and collectables are uncanny. Excelsior!

Nice small business and friendly staff. Very helpful and willing to work with you. Got 5 used Marvel characters for my young son. He wanted these and they threw in a Pop figure for him. He has loved this store since I found it soon after they opened. They have a wide variety of games, figures, comic related items and accesories.

I found more than I expected in this shop. The owner is friendly and gave us a good deal. We will definitely be returning when we have time.

Games, collectibles, toys, figures, movies etc. Nicest staff around to boot, they take the time to answer all your questions & dont rush you, very knowledgeable. A real gem, an asset to Kettering.

I love this store. There is this kid in his early 20’s who’s sometimes is working there, and always manages to annoy me. And now I’ll just not stay if I see him in there. He just talks too much and is always trying to give me insight on things I didn’t ask for.

This place has everything!! A big kids heaven. Old toys, hard to find games, comics and outstanding horror section of figures and props. My new favorite place to kill a Saturday just looking at awesome collectables.

Lots of things for collectors, but plenty for casual lovers of novelty and nostalgia as well. They have pre-owned DVDs, all types of consoles and video games, action figures both very gently used and in box, horror fan items like masks and collectibles, comic books, and trading cards. Lots of stuff to look at.

Friendly staff, Vintage toys from 1980 something, great deals on DVDs and blue ray and VHS, legos, second hand nurf gear, comic books and more. Only problem I had was my wife had to take away my wallet and drag me out kicking and screaming. Lol kidding. Great store for nostalgia items and collectors.
