Every time I visit this store I get phenomenal customer service. After IRMA they were helpful after we had to completely set up new cables and lines. Even today just to stop in to see what was needed on an upgrade they treat you professionally and truly care for what they are helping you with. Great job William!

This is not a Review of this store but its a review of the 800 number that has not actual person and you have to wait Hour or more and was no help in finding out how long it takes to get a new install in Key Largo and still dont know????

Wasnt at the place, it was almost 1 1/2hrs. on the phone with Tech. Support. I have it all written down because they transferred me back and forth and I talked to 5 different people just to remedy my WiFi problem. After all said and done the young man said it will cost me $ 20.00 more a month. What ? When all I wanted was a Tech. to come to my house, cause thats when my problems started is when Tech. Support came out after I went to the Key Largo Fl. office first to let them know my service wasnt working right. Dealt with All of this for almost an entire month. Unreal is All I Really have to say. Then after All the unnessasary B. S., they want an additional $ 20.00 when I should get the Entire month for Free. Its sad how Comcast Tech. Support can treat their customers like this. Not to polite or helpful. Seems like staff really dont have much interest in serving customers. My invoice was incorrect, when I pointed out I had been overcharged I just got attitude then they corrected it. I hate coming here.

We had a live wire down I called at 730am when the electric company was here because they cant do anything with comcasts wires. Its now 9.5 hrs later 4 calls in I have not received a phone call from a technician. This is the most incompetent call center and dispatch team I have ever witnessed. One of the wires is partially blocking half the road, the other live wire is in the yard where it could catch fire or electrocute a curious child. If this is the way they handle an emergency safety hazard ticket Im not sure I need their service anymore. Being the monopoly they are theyre so quick to take my money every month, but lethargic to provide assistance when it is concerning the safety of their customers, that are not so valued.

The front personnel try to do what they can; However, they are stifled and desensitized. They exude a sort of carelessness, not because they may be careless; rather, they are blamed for things that are the supervisors fault; they are not motivated with an incentive to do well, and far worse, the low and middle management are not role models that embody and teach the employees how to interact with customers, develop solutions, quell crisis, and much more. The supposed leadership, responsibile for the keys region, is abysmal, ignorant, careless, pompous, full of lies, and lazy; moreover, they enjoy criminalizing customers and placing blame on them. Thus, remember...its not the employees fault; its the fault of the ignorant middle management who knew the right person. This sorry management got the job because they are the easy fall-guy that can be puppetered like Pinocchio; or had a moment of intimacy with the right people; sucked so much ass; and more. I will never use Comcast again

Comcast is full of idiots, asked for a 4k hd DVR box and they give me a 1080 box, had to deal with more idiots on the phone after 4 hours they said the service center had none ! So had to get one shipped
