Friendly staff and great coffee and donuts

Walked through the door. Wasn’t closed. And told me I can’t buy anything at 9:55. It’s a gas station. Closing that early is crazy to begin with. Let alone not actually being closed and telling me I can’t purchase when I walked through. Unacceptable.

Small station good prices.

Skip this Speedway, go to Tom Thumb instead, Contacted Corp Customer service after store Clerk stated discounts would apply & did Not.2nd visit days after the store Manager rang me in & overcharged me; when she said Oops, she couldnt cancel the transaction & redo it.I use speedways always, but in South Florida, they dont train, or employees must not be paid enough even to care.Every time in this store, regardless of whos working, they have their cell phone in hand. I would love a job I could use my phone at & paid.Customer service was given a chance to remedy the easy issue, but they wanted unreasonable information when I had already provide exact transactions, Receipts & time stamps.Very disappointing

Pumps are functional 24 hours. However, inside store is closed from 10pm-6am.

The gas pump charged my card, without giving me gas.I walked to cashier and showed her the charge on my card. She claimed to bot find this charge on her screen. That was it for her. I asked for manager, and she said that he is off for the day. And did not want to call him. She refused. What type of business is that?!I would be careful seeking out this place. Bad customer service, no problem solving care, flash system and lack of professionalism and responsibility.Avoid this place if you don’t like to take the risk of a negative experience.

Horrible service from a man behind the counter. He harassed us continually since we walked in the door. I’d never go back especially if the man who we had is there. Worst service I’ve ever gotten in a gas station. And we were just only there 2 minutes

I used my debit card at the pump and now I have fraud on my account the next morning.

My husband and I stopped through on our way home and can honestly say that this positive experience has stayed with me. The attendant, Joseph, was super nice and was more than happy to get the fresh brewed coffee ready for me and to show me how to use the Dunkin Donuts system.At the checkout Joseph was just as nice and willing to help us and had the best attitude and customer service. The world needs more people like him!! The speedway location was also nice and convenient.

I usually love speedway, but this one is probably the worst one i’ve ever been to. We were going to get some freezes to cool down and we go to pay, but i accidentally spill one of the four drinks BARELY a drop. The cashier starts to throw a fit and gets all mad after i’ve apologized and said i didn’t intend to drop it. Then he starts cursing at us, using the f word and more. Very rude of him. Try never to go to this location.

Came in trying to load money on my chime card, which they do do there. But they have some people working now who dont even speak English or Spanish. Communication is impossible and they just shake their heads like they have no idea whats even going on around them.

Here’s a place when the price on the display on the pump is 30 cents higher than what’s on the big sign. A customer informs an employee of the discrepancy and instead of fixing it in the computer, the employee lies and tells me the price just increased by 30 cents. Don’t go there.

This is my Go To because theres a Duncan Donut depot there. Otherwise I go to Tom Thumbs at MM 105.Yes, bathrooms, but very dirty.

Been stolen from in this gas station by a fat black female cashier. She claimed my debetcard wasnt working and asked for a mastercard. result, even without a PIN she managed to charge on my debet as well

Clean restrooms, wide variety of drinks and food. Super polite clerk.

Do not stop here. Stopped here one morning bought gas and Dunkin. 4 hours later a different speedway 300 miles north tried to fraudulently charge my card for $40. Had to cancel my card and dispute the charge. Just a bunch of crooks.

Trash all over the property. Dunkin Doughnuts has no mobile ordering. Overall a terrible place that just pollutes the local community.

I had two separate purchases one on a card and one with cash. I did the cash one first, bought a drink and paid with a 20. During the 2nd transaction she held onto my change like it was hers while my card went through. Than after everything was done, stood there like I had no idea she was hiding my change under her hand and than threw it at me when I asked for it.

Bathrooms were dirty but overall a decent place

This is by far the worst speedway Ive ever had the displeasure of going to. The credit card processor at every pump doesnt work so the guy needs to hold onto your license while you pump. The restrooms are dirty and the floor was sticky. The diet coke in the fountain is flat!

Avoid at all costs unless you like being yelled advertisements while you pump gas

Tried to cash the prize for lottery, was told that machine is broken, wanted to buy cigarettes with $50 bill and was told that they have no change when I asked about the phone number to the manager the guy told me he can not give me this information, they treat customers like some kind of intruder
