Great service. I was on vacation and one of my tires was low. My daughter saw the dealership and said i should stop there to have it checked (i have a 2020 Kia Soul). One of the mechanics was outside when i pulled in. I told hIm the problem, he pulled the car in, checked the air in all the tires and found a bolt in the tire that was low. He pulled the bolt, patched the hole and we were done in under 15 minutes with no charge.

ANGELO at this dealership is the most unprofessional salesman Ive ever dealt with. When we first met he smelled like a brewery, which was the first red flag. After giving us numbers on a lease that were well above the promotion Kia was offering in their promotion, he told us the car would be there almost two weeks ago now. At first it was a silver vehicle, which he last minute changed to orange without any notification. Today we go in to pick up the vehicle, and were put with another salesman, who then told us the promotional price we were promised upon agreeing on the car is no longer available and the monthly payment has gone up by $40. Just so happened, they finally got the car ONE day after the promotion ended which we were not aware of, and ALEX would not honor the previous agreed upon pricing. I would highly recommend steering clear of this dealership unless you like getting manipulated and lied to.

Jeffrey and Angelo was patient with me during my process of looking for specific things in specific cars. They sat me down and pretty much went through many ways of getting what was needed. Franklin was very helpful with the servicing aspect of the vehicle and keeping me updating on what was happening at the moment. Overall the Key West Kia team was very helpful to me when it was needed. I would give more stars but this is all Im capable of giving.

I received excellent service and I had the same experience on my first maintenance visit. I informed them that I was having surgery the following day and I was especially concerned about covid-19 and they took extra precautions and assured me that it was no inconvenience whatsoever. Also I pointed out that I have a very slow leak in a tire. They checked it twice and couldnt locate the leak and since I cant drive for a couple of months the service manager assured me that if I need they will come to my home and take care of it if my tire is to go flat. They said not not to worry, they have my back. The staff there from the service staff, sales people and management are exceptional.I am very pleased that I made this purchase and I recommend KIA to all my friends. Best place to buy a car in key west, honest and great service.

We leased a Sorento from this place a few years back. I admit its my fault for not doing my research. It was our first car, and I was too trusting. Our sales person told us we could apply the amount we had paid for the lease towards the purchase of the vehicle at the end of the lease. Once the lease was over that was not the case. However, its true that all car salesman are scummy liars.

Alex was very helpful today, looking at new vehicle. Its hot out there but he was taking care of three sets of customers in the heat.

The service department is beyond outstanding. Have been taking my car here for five years and each issue is clearly explained and attended. My operating cost for my car is a fraction of what I used to pay at another off island dealer. They will notify you when normal service is needed if you wish. Kia is perhaps the best value to be found when combined with professional service. I have recommended this place to three people who have purchased and are as pleased as I am. Part two: had a question about AC unit and called to express my concern and to make appointment. I was asked to immediately come in as they had checked everything but would not want me to drive with AC down. The issue was taken care of in twenty minutes and I was amazed that they were kind enough to get me in. In all my years I have never experienced this quality of service before buying a Kia. Part three: had issue with battery and called to make appointment and was asked to immediately bring in so they could make certain all was well. They took my car in on arrival. I continue to be amazed at there outstanding concern and service quality.

Although I can’t get my car mechanically services here because it’s under warranty I ALWAYS come here for my tires Damian is the best! Before I had my car I used to bring my truck here and any parts I needed he would tell me he either had or he didn’t and would tell me how much it would cost if not find someone who could tell me very friendly upon walking in especially when my brain isn’t at its best and is truthfully worried about his customers he will let you know the truth of something so you aren’t in a rough spot I will always come back her with any of my cars as long as he’s here!!

Drove in to the service department with a rental car that had a nail in the tire. Rental companys service department had a 3.5 hour wait time. These gentleman squeezed us in, got it done in 10 minutes and didnt even charge us for the fix. Got us back on the road for our 7 hour drive. This is high quality customer service that is rare nowadays. Thank you men.

Hassle-free and haggle-free car buying! It was my first time buying a car (always leased) and got a great deal on a KIA Sorento. The salesman was very nice and easy to talk to. They forgot the floor mats that were part of the deal and had them to me within days of picking up the new car. If any criticism could be given it was that the salesman was a little too easy going...I sometimes like all of the features to be pointed out and explained. Havent had to bring it in for service as its a week old but I have only heard great things!

I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. Ivan is the best. His customer service is impeccable. In fact, the truck delivering a shipment of cars (post hurricane Irma) arrived at 6 pm. Even though they close at 7pm Ivan took his time showing me all of my options within the inventory. My co worker too his sportage in for brakes and to check the ac. They got the car back with some type of liquid stained and looks to have eaten thru the clear coat on the drivers side quarter pannel and front bumper. To which the service member who barely speaks english said it wasnt them and it washes off with water. Lmfao its still there. Sad sad.

Weve had a total of 4 Kia through these past four years. So weve been visiting the dealers several times, in Miami or in Key West as well. Key West Kia is really a different experience. People there are friendly, but mostly extremely efficient. The last example that would come to my mind is an episode I had with the battery on my Optima: minor problems, one time only, that I mentioned 3 or 4 days later, while doing a scheduled oil change: battery was tested on the spot, it failed the test: replaced, under warranty, not a single question asked. It is always a pleasure to visit these guys, car is taking care of, then washed interior exterior, I mean.. reaaaaally cool. Ok, Im gonna make ONE criticism, so you readers dont think Im paid or something, Chris (the boss), if your read this.. get a Wifi. :o))).Seriously, best dealers in town.

Kia of Key West has the worst service dept lied about work done on my car. Hung up on my phone call and during the phone call nothing but swearing in the back ground the time I lived in Key West it was nothing but bad service from Key West Kia. Many things recalled on my Sportage and they lied about things so they dont have to cover them.
