We went in for a couples massage. It was absolutely terrific! My partner had a headache as we were going in. That was gone afterwards. He also fell asleep, twice during his treatment. I was sooooo relaxed and really enjoyed the calm, no stress environment. We are going to try and fit in another session before we return home, if not I know we will be back in the future.

No privacy, this massage place should be closed down. couple massage a joke 317.00 dollars later . i should have paid more attention to reviews . you have no privacy anyone who enter the front door can see u dressing an undressing the reception an massage room is one only a sliding door between you. plus you only get a hour message for a charge of 1.5 a bottle of champagne and strawberries from the grocery store and wimpy Roses given to us to take home as we exit the building . No romance . People listen please dont waste your time and hard earn money its not worth it believe. i feel I have to alert you. This was not a Romantic Massage its a Joke!

They were nice but not a very good job done. We went for a couples massage “beachside” but when we got there instead of the beach it was right in front of condos, not very private. Leaving a bad review because not only were we not told this but we paid over $300 for a 90 minute massage and they barely did 60 minutes. The massage started at 930 and ended at 1026. I wouldn’t mind if the massage was atleast good, it seemed like they were doing this for the first time. I didn’t bother complaining about the full 90 minutes not being done since the massage was so rough to begin with..I don’t ever leave bad reviews but such an expensive massage should be handled better

I’m writing this review for people to be aware of the experience you get here. We did a couples massage and when we got there there was construction right outside the door which should have been told to us before arriving. So all during the massage there was construction and then a huge loud fan going in the room. Also the room was not private and intimate which is what we were looking for. People could see right in as they walked by and not only that but people who walked in the front door could see right back. The massage itself was super rough and not relaxing as which I asked for after telling her I was very sore. Pretty disappointing for the money. The lady did give us a discount but still wasn’t worth even my time there.

I dont normally leave reviews but I was having some discomfort with my jaw and after the massage I had ZERO pain in the problem area. Thank you so much!

This was the worst massage I’ve ever experienced. We had a booked 3 massages and once got there the place was dirty and they were not prepared. The massage table was broke the table was a narrow, travel one with no privacy and people walking by could see right in. This massage was $170 each and it wasn’t worth $25. We traveled to Hawaii to experience a relaxing place we did all the covid testing 2x and have taken all precautions with wiping down everything and there was no health or CDC guidance or follow through.I would NEVER recommend this place.

Naomi is incredibly skilled. I had a deep tissue massage and it was the most effective massage I have ever had! She is very knowledgeable: for a very tough knot, she tried three different techniques until she finally softened it. All without pain. She also gave my daughter a deep tissue massage. My daughter has scoliosis, and Naomi not only relaxed her back and neck, but suggested some long-term treatments she should try at home. Naomi is a great masseuse and a very nice person.

Wonderful relaxed but aesthetically pleasing atmosphere and convenient location on quieter north end of busy Kihei.Parking is easy, right near beach. Male and female therapists are available, for light or deep work, or facials or body scrubs.

I received a 1 hour massage, body scrub and facial and my skin looked amazing. This was the perfect way to start my week in Maui. Linda was great and also provided excellent information about the island. I cant wait to go back!

I almost hate to complain because my therapist was very nice, but the overall experience was just not good. I just think she must be new to massage? Honestly, the worst spa experience I’ve ever had. My friend and I tried to find a luxurious resort spa like experience at a slightly discounted rate. What I got was a discount massage at a resort spa rate. My friends was better than mine, different therapist.When we arrived, the door was locked and it was confusing figuring out what we were supposed to do. When we entered, the place was tiny. No bathroom. I had to walk outside to a neighboring pool outdoor bathroom. Got lost first trying to find it and asked a stranger for directions. Not very spa like.The therapists seem to have no idea what packages are on the website. When I mentioned the one I wanted, my therapist seemed to not get what I was asking for. The website goes into great detail describing so many packages and we spent so much time trying to decide which we wanted, but once there, it was like the special packages didn’t exist. The packages supposedly came with a latte. But they didn’t.There was little privacy between lobby and treatment area and even little between clients. Noise from road and bar next door.Okay, so the location isn’t the fault of the therapists.Well, the massage was not great. She was so nice but seemed inexperienced. Used way too much oil. Kept walking away, I’m not sure what for? To get more oil? I don’t know? But usually therapists try to nearly always have a hand on you. Once she had to leave my massage to tell someone trying to get into the door that they were busy. Didn’t use proper bolsters. She forgot one leg, thoroughly massaged one and barely touched the other. Overall didn’t go in a normal pattern and seemed to miss areas. The scrub was just odd. Comparing to my friend who was also there, her scrub was performed differently than mine. Facial was not great. There wasn’t even a mirror to check and fix my hair after the massage.Just so disappointed. It was my final day in Maui treat and so disappointing. Again, she was so nice. But the whole experience was very lacking.

Here in Maui for a weekend of love to see our dear friends get married, the Massage Maui team imparted the perfect Aloha to settle us into the islands!

Renee worked her magic on my back and shoulders and will definitely be a repeat customer. Great locals rate. Clean rooms and friendly staff!

Rachel was amazing. We did the romance and roses for beachside but the weather was uncooperative. They didnt miss a beat and we have a fantastic time. Certainly a favorite stop on this island and highly recommended to all travelers.

Made one phone and both of us were on the massage tabled two hours later. Bia and Susan were great and polite. The hot towel treatment at the end was fantastic and really made getting back into our clothes much more pleasant.

Got a couples massage here, the ladies did a wonderful job! Got us in last minute too which we really appreciated. Only reason for 4 stars was the sub shop next to it was noisy.

I don’t often write reviews but yesterday my wife and I had the best massages for our 10th year wedding anniversary! I’m a massage therapist from Washington state practicing massage since 2007, so I know great massage when I get it. My therapist Melanie was able to give me the deep tissue massage my body needed while at the same time creating a perfect balance of relaxation. She was very intuitive and It showed.I could tell she had an excellent knowledge of anatomy/kinesiology. I also loved the trigger point work she incorporated throughout with a fabulous flow.My wife had a lomi lomi massage that she said was the best she ever had. I give them full stars! We will be back again for sure!

Massage Maui was my best experience in the Hawaiian islands. I set up an out call massage after my long flight and have never felt better. I have been going to the doctor for years for treatment for my plantar fascitis but was amazed that one treatment cured my pain that I have been dealing with for years!

The outcall service you provide was so helpful and helped my injured foot get relief sooner than later.I appreciate the professional knowledge base & healing touch, that brought instant release. My wife and I had a couples massage here while on vacation. Our massage time was at 5:30pm... We waited in the lobby for 20 min and then we were alerted that they were waiting for the previous client to wake up. We were cool with that. Then we were alerted to the fact that they didnt have any sheets so they were going to use towels to cover us. (Ok I can deal with that too). So by the time we were face down it was 6pm. I told my therapist I had patches of eczema which she thought was a sunburn. She kept commenting on it which was odd and it became apparent that it bothered her. Which it shouldnt cause in massage therapy school they teach you about various skin disorders and that its an autoimmune condition and not contagious. Instead of rubbing my skin she began to use a towel on top of my skin and rubbed me through the towel. Which was so irritating to my skin it felt like she was giving me rug burns. She did not ask any history or any injuries I had which is something I have discussed with all of my previous massage appointments. The reason I mention this is that I have a left shoulder injury which at one point she pulled on with a ton of force and out of its normal range of motion. The only reason I know this is because of my doctorate training in chiropractic and kinesiology. At this point I was wondering if she had ever been to massage therapy school. The entire massage was horrible and it felt like my 9 year old daughter was doing it. At one point I realized that she was texting when during the massage she dropped her phone on the floor. At the end of the massage she just left and I sat there wondering if we were done. I got up and got dressed and went out. It was 7pm our massage was supposed to be for 1 hr and 30 min. She charged is full price even though I pointed out that we didnt our full time. Absolutely horrible experience. I dont write this for spite but to let everyone out there know to avoid this place at all cost. Absolute low point of our vacation. I paid another massage sports therapist to correct my shoulder pain that I continued to experience after she was through with me. My wife wife wasnt happy either and she has loved every massage she has ever gotten. AVOID THIS PLACE LiKE the plague. Unprofessional. I would give zero stars if Google allowed it.
