What great management and staff!! I was on the way to Dallas from Florida, with a hurricane quickly approaching, with high winds and rain and an hour before they were set to close. My vehicles emergency brake locked up on the Interstate and I was able to - barely limp into the shop. While they had other customers, they made me (with no place to run to) a priority - got it on a lift immediately and pulled out the busted parts of the emergency brake. (regular brakes worked fine). And - they charged me $20.00! What nice people! Best repair shop I have ever visited!!!

Quick in and out for a set of lawn tractor tires

Due to the experience I had at Kilgore tire and auto 3/31/21 while having work done on a 2011 Cadillac CTS I will no longer be using any other shop for my alignment needs. Not only are they great to deal will but they will do what they can to go the extra mile for you as a customer so I will recommend them every chance I get and the will be the official alignment shop for Crazy Car Guy Auto

Great customer service. Helped me out in a serious bind and they were quick about it.

They where professional and somewhat fast in alignment of my vehicle. The only issue I have is that it cost the same to align my truck as any other vehicle, that being said I have an 84 Chevy K10 the only adjustment is toe end, no caster or camber adjustments. Shouldnt cost. $87.95 for this.

Bought tires there, just had a change of temp tire deflation, very accommodating. And very customer oriented.

No one else could find the leak in my tire that plagued me for almost 2 years. Kilgore Tire worked me into their schedule, found the small drill bit in my tire, and patched it right up for only $15. Now thats a good way to run a business! Great staff at the counter as well, very kind! ALSO, no more leaky tire!

My experience was awesome. Rare tires were needed for an old John Deere axle set (last changed 18+ years ago). Called them. They didnt have them in stock. But they said they could get them by that afternoon. I said Id bring in the rims but I couldnt get the rusted bolts out so they had their roadside tech bring the tires and he unmounted and mounted the tires right at my house. Technician was informative and extremely professional. I will take my personal car tire needs there too.

Worse place ever do not take your vehicle there major work. They do good tire work thats it but do not trust the alligment nore the brake work so I give the tire work 5🌟

Took my truck in to have the rear brakes adjusted. Over $300 and half a day later the parking brake still wouldnt hold. They marked up the brake drums by almost 100% and I can live with that but to bill me for parts and labor and not fix the damned brakes is unacceptable. I spent my last day off adjusting the brakes myself which defeated the purpose of taking it to the shop to begin with.

Slow service, I was the only customer and to replace four tires took over a hour.

If you want your car to pull to the right and your traction control lights on before leaving the parking lot, take it back up there with in 10 minutes. They fix the trc light and say we set them to pull to the right on porpous...no thanks they will never touch my vehicle again
