Nice customer service but beware of lower quality parts. About a month ago the screen of my old iPad mini 5 cracked and I brought it in to be fixed at this location. The folks there were nice and it did cost less than it would with Apple, but when I got my iPad back I noticed that the colors were all muted (especially reds-oranges-pinks). I tried to put up with it but a large reason I have a tablet in the first place was for digital drawing and painting purposes, and I just couldnt use it for that if the device wasnt showing a good portion of the color spectrum. I called and even brought it back in but after a week they called me to say that there was no way they could fix it since Apple keeps their replacement parts under lock and key so CPR uses lower quality replacement parts. I think the clerk I was talking with said they had that information on their website but I couldnt find it anywhere. In the end I got my situation sorted out (but spent Way more than I planned on) and Im including a picture of the old muted iPad vs the trade in I ended up buying. If youre an artist, or care about the color quality of your devices in general, Id recommend just going to apple and spending a little more in the short term, instead of spending Way more in the long run.

Got my phone fixed there (iPhone 8) the screen was cracked. Paid $99 and to be fair the screen isn’t cracked anymore but my phone is super sensitive now. I can’t talk on the phone without using speaker because I can’t hear and because if I hold the phone up to my face it clicks buttons and that’s super annoying. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do.

Took in an IPad to have a cracked screen replaced. The repair was completed quickly but I did have an issue causing me to take the IPad back again. They were very responsive and repair was completed perfectly.

My fathers Galaxy cell phone had a sound issue; no sound. I tried everything that I knew to do, but had no luck. I called CPR and told them the issue and took it to them the next day. They researched similar issues before my wife got there and was able to fix it in 10 mins. No charge! I will definitely use CPR again for any cell phone, pad, or laptop issues.

Had a hardware issue with a laptop hinge that broke. I left it there for 30 minutes while they took it apart to see which part needed replaced. They let me know that the part was not available anywhere, but tightened some screws as somewhat of a temporary fix and charged me nothing even though it took up almost an hour of their time.

I didnt end up using their service. Kid dropped phone in toilet and screen worked, but only intermittently. The technician was honest shared my options. I didnt feel pressured to pay for the $35 diagnostic or more expensive repair as she made it clear a good outcome was not super likely. They also didnt attempt to push sale for a replacement phone. I appreciated their honesty.

Fixed my phone like new. Broken screen and digitizer. Initially they didnt have the screen and digitizer in stock so we had to wait till they got it from the Willow Grove store a day later. Then the day after they fixed it by early afternoon.

Very helpful and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. They tried the low cost route to repair my broken rear camera on my Galaxy S9 to keep my costs down, but after that attempt failed proceeded to replace the camera. More cost but it was necessary, I appreciated that they tried the low cost way first, and the additional repair only took another 30 minutes - I was in and out of the store in 90 minutes (went and had lunch while they did it!)

The customer service was outstanding and the repair work was also outstanding the tech did a great job it was overall a great experience I hope I never have to break my phone again but Im glad they were there to help. My experience with CPR cell repair was perfect. My phones glass was shattered (fell off of a moving car bumper) and like everyone else, I need my phone on a daily basis. I was there when they opened and the glass was replaced and working perfectly within no time. I appreciate how quickly and professionally they addressed my problem. This place was extremely professional and courteous. I went in with issues with the charging port on my phone, fully expecting it to be broken beyond repair and that I would have to buy a new part. Instead, they told me all of the possibilities and were able to fix my phone with a simple cleaning that was only ten dollars. They easily could have charged me the one hundred something that it would have cost to have a full repair but instead, gave me the best outcome while saving a ton of money. My Google tablet was broken so I took it to CPR for an evaluation. They told me up-front that spare parts were not available but they made a best effort to determine if the unit could be repaired as is. Unfortunately the problem was with the system board which are no longer available. I was pleased that they kept me in the loop and gave me a full explanation of what they did. They advised me that there is a market for working screen. I have the keyboard which also is in demand. They charged me a fair price for their work. To me prompt and honest communication is what matters most to me. I would recommend them for component service work.Good communication, manners and promptness are always valued.

I wish I knew of this place sooner for cracked screens - what a find! Made an appointment online, dropped off my iPhone and in about one hour they put in a new screen. My IPhone 6s Plus screen was shattered on top my phone kept freezing out of no where. So I figured it was due to my phone not being updated but after updating it was doing the same thing. So I left and tried to find another alternative and CPR Cell Repair showed up on google and I thought i didnt have much to lose so why not give them a try. Well I am so happy I did, one they were very respectful, sweet and easy on the eyes!! But they definitely helped me, gave me knowledge on what was wrong with my phone,and what needed to be done in order for my phone to be fixed. I didnt care how much I had to pay because I needed my phone repaired. I paid a reasonable price that probably wouldve cost me more at another repair shop or even Apple. Came in completely unannounced with an extremely cracked galaxy screen that barely was able to read taps, broken camera, and all that. Elli at the desk after a wonderful conversation of the dos and donts of cell phone handling assured me she personally would be able to mend my phone and to my surprise she did! Gorgeous looking new screen, front and back replacement, all functionality was restored it was like getting a brand new phone! The price was reasonable for the fix and she even offered to let me come back if the mic or screen was acting funky afterwards. 10 out of 10, nice place, would recommend 👌🏿

I needed to get the rear camera on my phone replaced, but they were not able to locate the part. Fortunately, I was able to find the part which they installed for me at a reasonable cost. The whole process took less than 2 hours from the time I dropped it off until I got it back. Great service!

Ample parking and seating for customers waiting on repairs.I was able to walk in without an appointment and get the power button of a Nexus 5 phone replaced in just over an hour. It cost $90, which is higher than expected, but reasonable for such a quick turnaround.

The owner worked hard to track down my replacement parts and organized the repair seamlessly. My sons Galaxy Note 8 was massively expensive to repair, however, and the online estimate of cost bore no resemblance to the actual cost (which is why no 5 stars). Importantly, fast and perfect repair.

Brought in a broken xbox that went straight to troubleshoot screen when started. They tried all of the options that the troubleshoot screen offered (which i had tried at home already), did nothing else and then charged me $47. Didn’t even attempt to open it and diagnose what was wrong or fix it. Absolutely terrible service, avoid this place.

Did everything I asked, very professional and courteous. My laptop was repaired in the timeline that was issued. Even had a hiccup and they let me know. Great place! I will be bringing all of my electronics there for repair when needed.

The girls working were great the phone works great. They were done way before expected but unfortunately when they were going over the testing the front facing camera was blurred so she had to take it off and start over but luckily I wasnt too much of a hurry.

I cracked the screen of my one year old Samsung Note 8. After having a less than 5 star experience speaking to the carrier about repair/replacement options, I decided to bypass them and use CPR in King of Prussia. I am giving CPR 5 stars because they returned my phone like NEW, in under ONE hour, and for a FAIR price. I was very pleased with the results and speed, but also the customer service. Ellie did a great job explaining to me what solutions were available, the cost, and even offered additional advice on how to keep my phone like new. I decided to purchase a new type of screen protector and not only did she apply it for me, but she also registered it for me online. Yep...thats five + stars !!!!!

My dad went there to get his phone fixed. When he dropped it; it stoped working. So we found CPR and they did an awesome job, it was like a brand new phone. They service was amazing we dropped it off and in a hour it was done.

My beloved LG phone fell to ground and would not turn on. I came in 30 minutes before closing to get it looked at. The folks at CPR were very upfront about the prognosis but agreed to check it out for me next day. They did some testing and tried a little magic but alas reparo was not to be. I picked it up next day and they were also very helpful advising me how to recover my data so I could transfer it to a new phone.Now for an update because CPR just made my day. About 10 days after my phone was returned to me as not repairable I got a call from the young woman at the store (Ally) to let me know they had just gotten a phone in like mine that they could use for parts. (OK I was really impressed that she remembered me and my phone 10 days later and that she could find me in the records to contact me!!) Ally was certain it was just the on/off switch in my phone and certain that she could repair my phone with the switch from the acquired phone. She was so certain she told me that if it did not work there would be no charge to me. So I dropped it off that day and the next day I got the call that it was repaired. So CPR and Ally saved my phone and I got all my data back. WHooHoo! Definitely a 5 star experience

Just took my iPhone and ipad to the store . They were hit by a virus .The young lady at the front desk took care of the problem immediately .She cleaned both up I was out of the store in 15 minutes with both devices working .

I cant recommend this shop highly enough. There are 4 things I want in electronics repair: (1) competence so they can fix anything fixable, (2) speedy work, (3) reasonable prices, and no gouging, and (4) they are friendly and communicate well. Usually, you have to give up at least one of those, but CPR does all 4 well. Ive taken 3 phones and a laptop to them, and theyve fixed everything that was possibly fixable. One day turnaround is usual. Ive always been pleasantly surprised by the prices. They answer the phone and communicate via email quickly. Usually its Natalia who Ive talked to, and shes always straightforward and positive.Most recently, they replaced a laptop keyboard for $79.50, which I thought was very reasonable. CPR is a franchise operation, so Im sure quality varies from location to location, but the KoP one is great.

I had my camera and microphone repaired. iPhone 6 s plus. Excellent fast service. The price was better than reasonable. Also the phone was bent. That was also fixed. The screen and touch were not working. Total was $58. I will always come here. The employees are great. And knowledgeable.

Excellent! The charging port on my iPad stopped working and needed to be replaced. I went to the store and was given a very fair price. Less than 24 hours after dropping the iPad off it was repaired. Extremely nice staffs. My iphone 6 got a stripped screw when changing battery myself. They helped me to take out the bad one and replaced with two new screws. I was trying to pay for it but they just said no worry about it. Great place and Ill recommend it to my friends.

Got an LG G2 screen fixed here after dropping it. Really pleased with the service. Staff was really friendly. I was especially pleased that I didnt have to wait three days as one of the other shops quoted me. In fact, I was able to grab some lunch nearby and it was done when I returned.Its outside the mall, so you can avoid the mall traffic, which is a bonus.

Went there to get my iPhone repaired was welcomed into the store by tech Devon and asked how could he help. Told him the issues he asked to see the phone he reviewed it and gave me the issues and that he could fix it. I have had 4 screens replaced a this place over time on several phones. One of them needed to be adjusted after we got it home. Eventually that screen stopped working. When I took it in to be fixed they said that it didnt have cracks or liquid damage but something happened to it that wasnt natural. They did not cover the warranty. When I asked what it means to have technology break naturally she couldnt answer. It seems to me that if something breaks with no apparent cause then it broke naturally. I will NEVER go here again. Buyer beware. The warranty is meaningless !!!
