Great product, very poor service. My wife wanted a pair of Christian Louboutin shoes. We went to this store today and barely got a hello. After looking around for 20 minutes and never being approached we left and bought Christian Louboutin shoes at the Neiman Marcus right around the corner. Not sure we will ever visit the Christian Louboutin boutique again, such a shame after so much anticipation for such a legendary brand.

Been in a few times, each time sucked. Everyone’s too “good” to say hello including the store manager, unless you come in with luxury store shopping bags, service isn’t going to be that good.I’d rather shop online or else where.The girl who “helped” me only started talking to me more once I told her where I worked, then I became interesting, but coming in wearing gym clothes, you’re judged so definitely not a store I want to be in.

I had a WONDERFUL experience everyone greeted me and made feel so welcomed. The vibes are always so positive.

I absolutely adoreeed everyone in that store! They were all so attentive, personable, and kind. They went out of their way to assist me in every way possible. If it wasn’t in store they were searching online for it! On the scale of 1 to Chick-fil-A the customer service was on Chick-fil-A level.

The store is very well organized, I was greeted when I walked in the store. The staff answered every question about a particular shoe that I liked for my husband but the shoe wasn’t in stock. I will return to purchase for a pair of shoes for myself.

I was look for a special boot for my event that was two days away. The boot was wayyy in Dallas. Karl managed to get them since to me destination because I arrive and the way in ATL. Thank you Karl

I havent even made it there but Im beyond disappointed at CLs lack of customer service and accessibility. I have called the K.O.P. store at least 20 times today and have been unable to reach ANYONE. My wife and I have been planning our afternoon to visit there and I have been planning to surprise her with a FEW pairs however, one thing I will NEVER do is beg anyone to take my money. Good Luck Christian Louboutin, you just lost a sale and someone just lost a decent commission!

A zero rating would be an overstatement for the level of customer service this store represents. Pam was the worst and I believe she was the store manager. This store openly profiles, I walked in was not greeted, no one offered to assist me, in a store of this caliber for more than 15mins and was made to feel like I didnt even exist.I have a very aggressive presence so of course I made them feel uncomfortable about ignoring me! Im a well established professional AA Woman with a salary that exceeds 125k per year, I had a budget of 10k to spend and was forced to walk out this store. BP these folks dont want our business, they have no interest in earning our business or giving us the same customer care and consideration they give WP, we have to wise up fam! Our dollar is the most powerful, groups like this do not deserve a single cent.... Pam should be fired..... Do not patronize groups that dont respect us....

I love Christian Louboutin. I shop in the area frequently! In fact, it is very easy to locate. We conduct business in a tax-free state (DE). The only downside, I feel that PA taxes are very expensive. This should not interfere with my five ratings for Louboutins store or brand. The store is very organized and well-stocked, better shopping online.

I had a stellar experience, Tommi is outstanding. My first visit was in early October and have been looking to 1. Get fitted and 2. Find the Kate black suede 85mm. I was nervous because as many know, a fair amount of these high end stores tend to have unjustifiably snobby sales staff who make you feel as though your money is no good to them. This was not the case, the security guard greeted me kindly and the sales staff were more than welcoming.I was fortunate that the day I picked was not busy, they offered my friend and I water. Then proceeded to ask what our needs were. I mentioned what I was trying to find and that I was unsure what my size would be, they let me try on a variety of styles and did not pressure me at all. Tommi worked hard to get the exact pair I was wanting and also showed me an amazing clutch to match. Yes, they are expensive in there but you should know this prior to entering the store.It is fun to look however, these people have a job to do as well and being a serious purchaser who asks questions and is respectful makes the entire process better.Once I received my shoes I was worried they were not fitting properly. Tommi had texted me asking how I was enjoying my purchase, I voiced my concerns and she was happy to help. I live about an hour from the store so the day I spoke to her (Monday) she ordered another pair a size smaller to be ready for my Saturday visit. I was greeted with smiles and upbeat demeanor despite the store being extremely packed. She took the time to make me feel valued, gave me a quiet spot to try my shoes on and looked at my current pair, offering suggestions and giving me real advice. In the end I kept the original pair and used gel inserts which fixed my minor issue. This pleasant experience has been shared with many people and I highly recommended visiting the store and supporting the brand.My shoes and handbag get a lot of compliments. I like knowing I can go back to this store and not be pressured, be shown respect and can have a realConversation with the staff. I cannot say that about many of the other luxury stores.

I visited the boutique after receiving a pair of boots for Christmas that were the incorrect size. They didn’t carry that specific boot in store, but I was given several pair to try for size and to see if there was another pair I might like. In the end I truly wanted the original pair, so they ordered them for me. They were then shipped from the boutique to my home and are on my feet one week after visiting. Our saleswoman was Gabby, was sweet and incredibly helpful. The other ladies were also knowledgeable and friendly and the service I received was as awesome as one would expect in a high end boutique. Beautiful store, great service, and red soles...it was a terrific experience!

Buy it online, don’t waste your time! I live an hour from the mall and called these guys a week in advance to get a particular shoe in which I wanted to try. After paying in full for the shoes and signing a docusign they promised me it would be there when I arrive and it was not! Considering the price of their shoes, this is completely unacceptable! Now they are shipping them to my home and I could have done that myself however I wanted the option to try them on in the store, see other options, and make my decision then.
