We were just looking for ideas when we went into the store. Cary greeted us and explained their Labor Day Sale. Cary let us browse freely, and was able to answer all of our questions. We found a couple of chairs and a small table that were perfect for our needs. The price was right, and Cary’s customer service was superb, so we bought the items and arranged to collect them later. Thank you, Cary, for helping us!

Worst customer service in the industry. Customer service is unresponsive, cant call the store - no one answers - cant leave a message for customer service, they dont respond to emails. Am supposed to have a table delivered today. They were supposed to call yesterday to confirm. No call, dont know if table will arrive. The only way to get in touch is to visit the store in person, which is the way I found out my outdoor table was in. The store clerk asked if the store got in touch to say the table was in. I said no they never got in touch. Would never shop there again. BEWARE!!!!!!

We were at this store at 10:30 and they opened at 11. G came out and allowed us to go in early 10:48 while she was putting out the cushions on the furniture. When we were asking questions, her response was, I am answering the other question now and will get to yours. She was not warm or inviting or even interested in what we were doing. I told her I just put a 12x40 deck on my house and am looking to furnish it. My partner asked what the carry it out the door price was because there was a big sign on the windows that said clearance sale(don’t waste your time), G said I would call the police. Really, then he asked if we paid for the rug could we pick it up later and she said we don’t hold merchandise. Her tone was extremely snotty. We left and will find somewhere else to spend our money. I don’t need to be treated like this. While I am sure that it was her problem, not mine, I don’t need to be exposed to that kind of negativity.

We were very pleased with our experience. Our saleswoman was very pleasant with no pressure. From my research, pricing seems competitive as well.

I purchased a table and chairs almost 2 years ago and Cary, the store manager, was great.I went to about 5 places on Sunday after having gone to Fortunoff last week. Georgann was very helpful last week and guided me to the purchase I did over the phone today with Cary. He takes care of his staff and his customers.Save your gas and go right there; good quality and they stand behind their products.

As new homeowners we were excited to go backyard shopping - so excited that we went in December of 2020. Placed an order for over $5k as a first time visitor.Fast forward to April 28 - deliveries were pushed back weeks and now months. They delivered a table (no chairs or sofa) and the swing chair without the frame.Then they delivered the sofa and 2 chairs. No cushions - oh and they took back the swing chair because no more frames are anywhere to be found.Still no cushions, still no refund, no concessions (just excuses) and multiple messages left without response. If youre ordering now - beware of their suppliers delays.

Great selection of outdoor furniture, purchased an outdoor dining set and fortunately the one we wanted was in stock and being delivered in 4 days and they are having a great Memorial Day sale

Shopping at Fortune off was a total delight. It was safe, easy and I was helped to the nth degree. It’s made it easy for me to make a purchase and leave totally satisfied.

I had to go to two of their stores to get exactly what I wanted. The staff at the Springfield, NJ store was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It was worth the extra miles to go there! In the King of Prussia store, the saleswomen were very nice, but I found the manager very rude and off putting.

Nice store in KOP. Went there recently during the quarantine. The store was clean and they had hand sanitizer right at the entrance. They were running a great sale on umbrellas. The pricing was better than big box stores and the products felt like good quality. I got a 9ft umbrella for $80 and a base for $100. It was a close out color (light blue) originally priced at $500. The staff were very friendly and the gentleman that help me was very informative. Good number if selections and I was able to walk out that day with what I wanted. Overall, I highly recommend this store for outdoor furniture. Support our small businesses if you can.

My husband and I went to the King of Prussia store over the weekend. We found a patio set we liked for our backyard at the shore. Georgann was very helpful to us, especially with trying to make sure the fit would work for our outdoor space. She was very knowledgeable about the products. We enjoyed our experience shopping at the store and would highly recommend them to anybody looking for outdoor furniture.

Love, love, love the store and the service. Wasnt in the store 30 seconds when Nancy came to say hello and not in a pushy inauthentic way. I told her what I needed and she spent the time showing and researching until I was completely satisfied. There is a trust element about Nancy, which you can sense immediately. I will return for all my balcony needs since I recently moved into the new abode which has several outside views to decorate.

White glove customer service exceeded my expectations.High end price points BUT you get what you pay for.Ive purchased several other seasonal items and have never been disappointed.Reason for 4 out of 5 stars is due to limited selection for furniture covers. Could not get custom cover for a storage unit that I purchased from them. I had to settle for a table cover. Not perfect fit but reasonably close.Great place to shop, just bring your checkbook 😎

Lawrence was very helpful in helping with my purchase. He kindly spent the extra time necessary to make sure the right items were ordered and found options that would allow for quick delivery. The quality of the outdoor furniture is similar to what I previously found at the now closed Waterloo Gardens in Exton. I highly recommend Fortunoff in KOP.Update- August 2020- Lawrence once again helped me when I needed additional pieces of outdoor furniture. He was very patient and helpful. All safety measures were taken and I felt comfortable shopping at the store. Our furniture was delivered quickly and the quality remains outstanding.

It took a few trips to various stores to obtain all of my cushions but I had the help of Georgeann and Nancy at the King of Prussia store coordinating all of it. The quality of all of the chairs, swivels and glider loveseat and all of the cushions is excellent. We’re still waiting on 4 end tables that were on back order but I’m sure they’ll be perfect like everything else!!

Just bought a beautiful fire pit and 4 ridiculously comfortable chairs with cushions and a heater. Our sales person Nancy and the store manager Bob were terrific even though we went twice and changed our minds. We got the highest quality for less than 1/2 price which is why we waited until November to purchase these items but were still thrilled.

Fortunoff Backyard was the perfect store to shop for my client that had just moved from a house of 40 years to a new retirement community. We purchased a bistro dining set in the fall at a floor sample sale, and then discovered a great sale with an additional 15% off and free delivery recently, so that we could complete the space within budget. The furniture comes in a variety of traditional and comfortable styles, and are offered in standard colors and patterns that are in stock and available for quick delivery. Our sales associate, Katrya, couldnt have been more helpful, accommodating and friendly. We worked with her both times, and she is a pleasure to work with.

I love the merchandise but they are not very eager to greet customers. I bought many items that were in the store but if a product is on back order, you will be the last person to know. I checked on a item and was told it was on back order until July. Well its July and I had to check on the order again and now they tell me October. If I wasnt consistent with checking on my order, no one would have taken the time to inform me.

Great store with a wide selection of high end furniture sets (pretty pricey though). Sales people were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in helping us spend a couple hours in finding the set we wanted, even when we completely changed directions to a different setup.

They have a great selection of outdoor furniture but are a little on the pricier side.

We purchased over $3,700 worth of patio furniture. Bob Kressler told us we would get a call to confirm our delivery. We did not get a call (Wednesday ) so we called. Needless to say the day we were told (by Bob) our furniture was promised (Thursday) had been in error and we could not get it until some time Saturday.. We had family arriving to visit for the weekend and this company was not willing to get the furniture to us by Friday, so we cancelled the order.

Great quality furniture, expensive, but definitely worth the price as it will last for years to come. :)
