The store is beautiful and staff is amazing they had a product I wanted that had been out of stock at two other locations which made it even better. I would 100% recommend this location.
I looked at Tiffany & Co, Cartier and David Yurman. While the other two offered abrupt stereotypical high brow service when looking to spend almost 20k, Nina S. was the epitome of luxury service. If you are looking at engagement rings or wedding bands, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with her.If you work for Cartier or David Yurman, I would advise you to poach Nina and make her your sales manager. It would be a quality investment to improve your sales service.

Large, beautiful store with lots of beautiful items to look at......unfortunately no one can be bothered to show them to you! This was my 4th time in the KOP store and everytime Ive had the exact same experience. Im always greeted as I walk in the door and then once Im in.....nothing. The sales associates are either not paying attention or just standing and staring at you. Ive never been asked if Im looking for something or if they can help me find something. Ive always had to approach someone to ask for help. My first visit to the store, I was looking for a handbag that I saw online and was hoping to see in person. I asked one of the associates if they had any hangbags on display and she didnt even know Tiffany & Co made handbags. It took two associates to figure out if they had any. Then once they found them, she told me they didnt make the one I was looking for. I had to bring it up online to show them, and then was told they didnt have any in the store. During my most recent visit, I wanted to inquire about the same handbag to see if they received any in (it had been over a year since my previous inquiry). I had a hard time locating an employee and finally found 2 young women that were standing and talking in the middle of the store. I assumed they worked there, so went and asked them about the bag. They both just stood and stared at me. I apologized and said Im sorry I thought you worked here....finally the one girl spoke up and said we dont have any and they went back to chatting about their dinner plans.Totally disgusted that a store like this can have such horrible customer service. This store needs better management to train employees and work on greeting & assisting customers.

I came here a couple days ago to look for a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. This was first experience in the store as an consumer. Normally, I would go with my father and just browse as he makes his purchase. As a consumer, I received a completely different customer service than he did. For an example, the sales rep introduced themselves to him. I did not know who was helping me by name. Secondly, they were trying to help my father pick out a good gift for his wife. I did not get the same treatment. The sales rep told me that, “It goes by style not popularity”, when I asked what are you most popular necklaces and bracelets. As a secret shopper, I had the worst experience here compared to NY. The purpose of my visit was to experience customer service(by spending amount in other words you spend big you get better service), attention to detail(I had to return twice for a bracelet that I did not request and given the wrong size despite my request for another size), and overall experience. I hope your store will provide a better customer experience going forward. I wish you the best and let’s do some better coaching managers.

I tried ordering a pendant to be picked up in-stores. Their current order-online-pickup-in-person method requires; one call to the store to confirm the order and then receiving a call from them afterwards to get your payment information.I was told I would receive a call within 30min to pay for my order....they never called. 7 hours later I called again to follow-up; they apologized, retook my order and said I would get a call in 10 minutes to process my payment as before...they never called. Not even the following day.Not sure whats going on at the KOP location but to forget/ ignore a customer trying to get an item during the holidays....truly surprised and disappointed.
Black people stay away from location. I had a horrible experience and would never return to this location ever. I got treated as if I was invisible I got ignored by staff who preferred to help other people. I will stick the location in Tysons Va. This location is horrible!!!

The Tiffany store at King of Prussia is very nice. They have a huge selection of items including their most recent collections. Youll be able to find rings, pendants, charms, watches, wedding bands, home collections and other accesories.If any of your favourite jewels need maintenance they will also take care of it. All the staff members very professional and charming.We no longer need to go to NYC to find a Tiffany store. This one has become our favourite spot.

I went there recently to pick up a NEW piece of jewelry that was being engraved on an early, not busy, Saturday morning, shown directly to the back and waited 40 minutes, NEVER offered to see the piece prior to handing it to me, then given it to me in the “blue bag”, and sending me on my way! Extremely poor service, management and most All of not what I would ever have expected from Tiffany’s! I would’ve expected at least the box it originally came in and perhaps the bag. My final conclusion ... too many other stores that offer better service and a better product so I’ll definitely be, without a doubt, taking my business elsewhere!!

Only 2 sales associates in the store and they could not take care of other customers when they’re busy even without any courtesy. We were there looking for an engagement ring. Well, we chose Harry Winston over Tiffany’s for a better service. At least they said hello.
They have great customer service here. About 15 years ago I was discriminated against for my age at a local jewelry store in Marlton New Jersey called Family Jewelers. I went there to get a bracelet for my girlfriend at the time and Family Jewelers insulted me for the budget I said Id like to be around. Even though I ended up spending nearly triple at Tiffany and Co, the staff treated me with respect and educated me on the quality of their jewelry. After dozens of purchases at Tiffany & Co, I can confidently recommend them as a great jewelry brand.

Big store with good selection. This was my fourth Tiffanys Ive been to and by far the worse. Walked in and was greeted by a store ambassador who walked me to the case where a particular collection was displayed and told me he will notify an associate to help me. Store wasnt busy at all and nobody ever came after about five minutes of standing at the case. Walked right out of the store. Youre better off getting attention at Piercing Pagoda where it is busy.

I want to this location December 26th due to a product I purchased here breaking on me. I was very upset Nicole and the assistant manager were very helpful, they made me feel at ease. After I left I was very pleased with the outcome. I will be returning. Thanks ladies keep up the good work.
I have met the best sales person at Tiffany & Co in King of Prussia - Beth! Shes so down to earth and has a no pressure sales approach which allows me to feel comfortable making my purchases. Beth and Tiffanys are the best! 🤗😎

The products are beautiful, but the service was lackluster. The staff member who helped us was very polite and pleasant, but we had to go to three different registers before we could check out. Then we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to had her necklace cleaned. Not the level of service I would expect from a place like Tiffany.
First time there, products are worth the price, selection is ok. Attendant was nice.
My favorite store and place to shop. Custom service is always on point. Friendly and alway professional. The door concierges are always pleasant and friendly. Visited last sunday and Ms. Catherine and the concierge made my friend and I felt so welcome in the store.

Stopped in sunday before Christmas 2018 the security guard was the nicest most accommodating individual there. Service beyond his responsibilities. Made the visit a 10. Young lady who took care of myself & my daughter was also very nice. I will say I almost walked out after being treated a bit rudely by another employee. Glad I didnt, this is owed 100% to the security guard. We love shopping at tiffanys.

Heres what I adore about the Tiffany & Co. at King of Prussia:•employees give the same courtesy and respect to the customer who is clearly just browsing as the one ready to drop $10k•customer service can polish most jewelry on the spot. And, if they have to ship it out, turnaround time is reasonable. (FYI - this is a complimentary lifetime service for all items Tiffany)•employees make an effort to know their customers, even those who frequent the store for monthly polishing and minimal purchasing•on a good day, they will serve you a mimosa🍾🍾•yoga pants allowed 😁. Tiffany & Co.s location in the new portion of King of Prussia is that of the ultra $$$ luxury stores - diane von furstenberg, and the like. Lululemon, wonderful as she is, not appropriate shopping attire...with Tiffany & Co. being the exception - you dont have to dress to shop.

My boyfriend and I went in, as he was planning to buy me a ring for our anniversary. We had been running errands all morning, and wearing casual athletic wear. Upon walking in, we got stares from the employees- no hello, no how can I help you, just stares. We knew what ring we were planning on getting, I just wanted to try it on so we then had to wait 10 mins before anyone bothered to ask if we wanted help. Finally we got a “oh did you guys need something?” Much to my surprise, the rings are stored in plastic baggies in a box under the cabinet. The employee dumped the box out in front of me and scoured the pile looking for my size. The whole thing was so lackluster- Tiffany is extremely overpriced, and their employees should treat all customers equally, regardless of age or dress. I’m sorry the woman in the Burberry coat was more worthy of your time than I was!
