I only am giving it 3* because it tasted good. I ordered at 12:02 and at 12:30 I still hadnt received my food. When I asked (at 12:28), they told me it would be another 7-10 minutes, despite only 4 people already there waiting when I ordered. I watched several people come in and leave with the food they ordered.When my food arrived, it was wrapped to go even though I said it was for here as it was over 90° outside. When I opened the bag, there was some sort of liquid all over the outside of the container. I ended up leaving with my order at 12:35. By the way, my order was not fancy or complicated. It was 2 standard items directly of the posted menu (a med. Vitality bowl and dragon smoothie).5* for taste, 1* for service = 3*.Im not sure I would go back. Definitely dont go if you only have a 30 min. lunch.

This location especially is persistently perfect in the creation of my favorite bowl (nutty bowl). Also each member of the staff is warm and personable. I have never had a bad açaí bowl in my life but there is a first time for everything. Fruits were tart and very sour, pitaya was bland and my pineapples were frozen not fresh. This was made much worse because I bought about 10 for coworkers as their first bowl needless to say they think they don’t like açaí bowls. I will not be going back there

I’ve been going to this place for a while... and i love it. But today they used Tazo chai tea to make my chai tea which has tons of additives and preservatives. It’s literally a sugar filled chai tea... not natural at all. There menu says they dont use fillers, additives or preservatives....

The waitress was very patient, friendly, and caring. She prepped my açaí latte to perfection. I would highly suggest visiting Vitality Bowls in King of Prussia for Breakfast, Lunch, or Coffee/Tea!

Vitality Bowls is a real nice concept that caters to the health, fitness and super food enthusiast. This place has a lot of options and a completely customizable menu. Everything is freshly made once you place the order, with special care taken for orders marked with allergies.Every bowl is a burst of flavors and a rocking party for your taste buds. you can actually taste the freshness in every morsel.My favorites are Superfood Bowl, I love my bowl with extra dates, matcha powder and almond butter added in the base while topping it with some extra blue berries.Vegan - they got you covered, Allergic - they got your back. Love savory - you’ll love their savory menu.Highly recommend this place.All items are made dairy free, No added sugar or GMO or fillers. Pure food.

I didnt like how my bowl was prepared or the taste of theyre food.

I have tried the Acai bowls a few times - mainly the tropical and the warrior bowls. I ordered on line for pickup with a 30 minute wait. It was ready when I got there, but Im not sure why it took 30 minutes. The bowls were good. I would order more frequently, but they are a bit overpriced.

What makes you think its ok to not update your hours online i came here for nothing waste of time and gas

I come here all the time for a healthy treat. Everything is delicious and prepared from scratch with the finest ingredients. Above all, the staff is so friendly and accommodating, you feel like family when you leave! Highly recommend!

Just ordered this for the first time for breakfast through door dash, the food was delicious, allergen friendly, clean eating and priced competitively. I am debating getting them again for lunch ! HahaFantastic!

The co-owner of this establishment was very nice. He offered suggestions of options to choose from regarding the acai bowls and the smoothies. I got the temptation smoothie which was so amazing with peanut butter added.it was a great deal and its a great size for a smoothie and multiple healthy options to choose from at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this place as the food and the smoothies are worth it!

Great food. My second time in here and too bad I dont live close by otherwise I would be here everyday. I come for work in the valley forge area and this is the 1 place where I get excellent food and on top of that a great customer service. For an acai bowl place the prices are very reasonable specially when everything is made fresh and healthy. Lots of organic ingredients.

First time trying Vitality Bowl and it was great!! The staff were very patient, kind and informative! The bowl I tried was the Vitality Bowl...go figure lol it was great!! I will definitely be back again!

We got two smoothies and a bowl to share; for a afternoon snake (skipped lunch & needed a little pick me up) it was perfect.I plan on getting breakfast here soon!!The gentleman working was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.I highly recommend, but am honest it isnt cheap for a afternoon snake (reasonable for a the unique variety tho).

Folks working here are so pleasant and helpful explaining the menu. It is a big menu and I needed help navigating it and what some ingredients were. They explained it all. Very tasty too! Good job!

The owner was extremely nice, everyone there is really friendly. Service was great. And the acai bowl I had was really delicious. Will be going there whenever I’m in town. I highly recommend this place

If you get food to go, check it before leaving. Ive received wrong food items at least twice. Paid a higher amount for an item and received one that was wrong and ultimately cheaper than what I paid

The bowls are great but the staff has messed up my order on more than one occasion. Our office liked to order there but since they kept messing it up we have stopped. They offered to refund me but it never happened. The manager was supposed to call me back and never did. My co-worker had a similar story about them saying they would refund but never doing it. Dont go there when they are busy, they will definitely mess up your order!

Acai bowls are INCREDIBLE and the staff is super nice, always greeted with a bubbly personality and smile. And the app makes it very easy to order and skip the wait

Just shy of the 5 stars as i love my rewards and if you use a delivery service, which you have to as they do not deliver it does not count towards your card and the bowl rewards, and you pay a hefty charge in addition to the bowl and no reward not a good business program.

Update your hours because I just came here for nothing.

Best açaí bowls I’ve ever had. Actually healthy instead other places that treat açaí bowls like more of a dessert. Smoothies are ridiculously good too. Staff is extremely positive and amazing. #MadeWithLove

First time trying this place out. We went in with my group of friends and we really loved this place. The customer service was top notch. We tried many different smoothies, bowls and paninis.I liked the following.The Matcha Madness Smoothie - this smoothie has organic açaí, almond milk, match, hemp seeds, Kale, dates and bananas. Love how this tasted. It was really good.Veggie Panini - mozzarella cheese, smashed avocado, sun dried tomatoes, Dijon, pesto spinach, red onion.Overall service and food was good. I will have to come back when Im in the area.
