Very great service and very good ice cream and drinks!!! The girl that made my drink, has a broken arm and all and the drink was still good. She was very dedicated and knowledgeable of the products. Would go there again.

Me and my father go to get a smoothie and ice cream after walking for 30 mins to get there and they close at 8 but there was nobody there I called 3 times and it was 7, terrible service

I enjoy the ice cream, however the people working the day I was there were rude. I stood right in front of the cash register, right in front of two employees who were talking to each other and didnt even notice we were standing there. So we went to Cold Stone.

Was told that they weren’t allowed to make waffle bowls at that moment. Then proceed to make a fresh waffle cone. Waffle bowls are on your menu, if you can’t make them or are too lazy to mark it out. Will never go back, and way to overpriced. Just go to cold stone.

Loud musics playing Ignorant and rude it wasn’t about rules of ordering her entire delivery was completely out of line .I never in my life been talk to so badly over what was the so called rules.I don’t know what angry me more the fact that she had no since of professionalism or the way she talked spitting over the ice cream cones The way she made that store look so bad and than she had the nerved to refuse service use to be one of my favorite stores to visit.please bring the other girl back she use to be the sweetest

Horrible Customer service, asked for a quart of their Belgian chocolate n the girl serving was clearing not interested. Her name is Armani. My husband asked to taste one of their flavors n she rolled her eyes back at us. When I confronted her about what’s the need to roll eyes at your customers n said I don’t want to get ice cream anymore she went along saying she does not care . Clearly they are not interested in getting any business . Not a busy night too .sad coz buying icecream should be a happy experience.

Really good ice cream, really hard workers. Jeff and Carrie-Ann (the two managers) frequent my Wawa on their way home and are always polite and courteous, so I stopped by. They actually hooked me up with ice cream, Carrie-Ann even brought some to my store for me to try (shes a sweetheart).Ive never really heard of them not working, and theyre the managers. I didnt really go there, even though Id always kind of wanted to, but they both convinced me. Actually, I think Ill stop by today, see them and buy a bunch of ice cream.

I have had my fair share of milkshakes in my life. I have had some good ones, some OK ones, few bad ones. The shake I had here however, is the best milkshake I ever had as of yet!Its just unbelievably delicious and perfect. You have to try it to believe it!

The ice cream is good but expensive. Its never busy. If they lower their prices a little, they would have more customers and make more money.

Horrible customer service. My wife was in line for 30 mins while I was with our kids, she wait for more than 30 minutes after all that the dude told her they was closed and that he wasn’t going to serve her.

Tried getting an ice cream, waited 5 minutes but I guess the people at the counter were not really interested in serving us. Horrible behavior, horrible customer service.
