I have dealt with them for over 20 years and am very satisfied with them. Always quality parts. Thats where I go to get my parts and never have had a problem ever. A quality parts store!

Not being able to shop after I clicked on a $10 discount it would be worth $10 dollars to not even have to worry with the site trying to finish my shoping for me and making me pay for what I had got.I still have got to get more things and have to hassled with that @#$%^.I guess I can go stand it line and catch CV or go online and have it delivered from amazon.
Called auto Zone because there was a couple parts I got from there store . Worked on the truck for hours had trouble finding where the part was located. with he help of Bryan this person was tons of help he definitely needs a raise. Customer service definitely five stars I would recommend anyone to go to this store..

Needed a battery replacement and within about 10 minutes they had the new one installed in my car! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but he was extremely helpful! Great team.

Today was a good day. Guy at the desk was pretty helpful. Nice and even tho we chatted a bit he never stopped doing what he had to do, sell me what i needed. In and out. That’s how pleasant it was.

Flo was amazing and I am going to write corporate to let them know.My car was overheating bad. With her help I was able to diagnose the issue a a bad thermostat. I was driving cross country and had to repair my car in the parking lot. Flo was tremendous in helping me any way she could. The best customer service ever!

We were driving from Phoenix to Las Vegas and our brakes went out in Kingman. We found the nearest auto zone and spoke with the employees who were incredibly helpful. We bought the part needed and replaced it in the parking lot. The brakes still werent working properly so we went back inside trying to figure out what else could be the problem. The gentleman came outside took a look for us and was able to walk us through the entire process of fixing the problem. The employees here were incredible. It took us 3 hours to fix the problem but we did fix it and were able to continue our trip and that would not have been possible if it wasnt for the guys at autozone. Thanks again guys we really appreciate it!!!
12-29-2020 There were 3 male staff members working. They all played an equal role in helping with my engine diagnostics, finding my part, lending tools, and offering rags and any other assistance in me repairing my car in their parking lot. Got it fixed and made it the 1800 miles home to Georgia. I really appreciated their help.
Very kind, patient, and helpful with what I needed to do. Spent the time to explain it without being impatient. Thats always a peasant surprise.

No one in this store seems to want to be nice. Once in a while you come across a helpful employee. Ive had the manager get really rude with me cause i asked some questions cause hey its your car thats what were suppose to do. Then the very next day be pleasant and helpful. So have patients. There busy or understaffed.
This place is always busy always have to stand in line for at least 5 minutes. On the bright side though most of the employees are knowledgeable

Accused someone I know if theft because the associate says inventory was just done and there was only one missing... This person was bringing back a product and the inventory that was being brought back was taken out of my friends hand and placed back on the shelf... May I add that my friend is a minister who would never steal... I hope this isnt autozones policy of how people are treated.
Great, needed new windshield wipers and they even came out and put them on for us.
A long line of people 2 people working the counter 1 with no customer at the commercial counter 2 employees out front taking a smoke break laughing about the line of people and talking with one another. They were on their smoke break for over 45min. This is why I wont be back.
Great prices and the staff is always willing to go the extra steps. They even installed a headlight bulb that I purchased elsewhere, with no side eye! Very helpful!

Usually understaffed and stressed employees, but I dont blame anyone at the store level for that. This is a box store. They do treat their customers well and most have a good knowledge of whats going on. As having 20 years of retail business management experience, I can definitely see the disconnect from the corporation to the front line employees. The good thing is, these guys will take the time to help get you what you need. They try to provide the best answers and locate the products, weather ordering or in stock.
Doesnt matter which state you go to. Autozone is the only place to get quality parts at a great price

They back their products. I purchased a break caliper. It blew out the seals I took it back and got another one on warranty. Unfortunately it happened again and it destroyed my rotary. They replaced the caliper and the rotary at no charge.
The only people that I called who had the part I needed. At the time I needed it. Didnt really understand their core policy on master cylinders but, Id rather be ignorant of these things than become accustomed to them.😁 If you know what I mean.
My favorite auto parts place due to knowledgeable staff doug and the dark haired lady plus one other lady have gone out of their way to help solve problems.
These people make me afraid for our species! Their website said they had a part I needed. I gave them the part #. For 20 minutes they all ran around the store and had no idea where to find the item. I went across the street to OReilly, who had it in my hand and out the door in 5 minutes. 🙏

Thursday Feb 25Kingman AZ AutozoneAbout 3 pm on last thursday I called the Autozone located on Stockton hill rd in Kingman AZ looking for a flasher relay unit for my 2000 Grand Jeep Cherokee.After giving the part number to the gentleman who took my call, he informed me that he had one in stock, and then he asked if I’d like him to hold it for me.I replied yes.He verified my name and number listed on my autozone account, and I told him I’d be in that evening for it.A trip to to your closest store location is 50 miles.On the way I decided I might as well make the trip worthwhile and pick up enough oil, filters and other misc items in order to do an oil change on my Jeep as well as my F250 7.3 diesel pickup.Around 6pm I entered the store and loaded up my cart with the needed oil and filters as well as a bunch of impulse purchases.After a good long wait in line I made it to the counter.When asked how he could help, I told the guy I hd called earlier about a blinker relay.He looked at his computer, then asked, Joe?I said yes, that’s me. He told me to hang on while he went in back to retrieve the relay.After a good while, he returned seeking the help of a female co-worker, who I assume was the store manager at the time.They both went in back together.When he returned, he informed me that he didn’t have the part.Naturally I was a bit confused and agitated.I told him that when I called I was told it was in stock and would be held.The the woman that had tried to help him find it chimed in and asked who I talked to.I told her I didn’t know, but it should be there on the computer, but that shouldn’t matter because I was told that you had it.She said that sometimes a call center answers the call, and they don’t really know anything.I went on to voice my disappointment on making a 100 mile round trip for nothing.She then went further to try and make it my fault by telling me that before I make that long of a trip that I should make sure that they actually have the part.I said to her that’s what I thought I had done.I called, was told you had the part, and here I am, what more am I supposed to do, drive here and make sure you have the part before I drive here to pick it up???I received no apologies, nor offers to order the part or anything.As I was I was being rung up for my other items, she continued with her excuses seemingly wanting to argue with me some more about it.When it came time to pay, I was not only angered by the foul up, but even moreso by her attitude and wanting to put the blame on me, that I decided I no longer wanted to continue the transaction, and left empty handed.This is no way to run a business or treat customers!There are a number of auto parts stores in Kingman, and Autozone will most likely be placed on the bottom of my list for places to call or visit for car parts in the future.

Had a gasket kit on hold. They didnt have it in. Manager very disrespectful and rude. She didnt know anything about the auto business or customer service. Not worth it!
I been using Autozone for years. Usually knowledgable. But today of course not so much. Go in. Give the year make model, you know standard run down for parts. Get home and start working on the car, and all the parts I got was wrong. Now i have to reassemble everything, and go back to store. Stand in line and attempt to exchange parts for the correct parts. Long story short, due to poor training or just flat out employee incompetence, i was unable to exchange the parts so Im stuck with them, AND had to buy the proper parts that will fit. So got to spend 2x as much because employee was either poorly trained or just flat out incompetent.
This was one of friendliest AutoZone I have ever been in. I would give them 10 stars.

Staff was very helpful. Seems like a friendly place. We were just passing through and they still provided the equipment to find out why the check engine light had appeared. Seems our Chevy pickup really likes Arizona gas because we drove it to almost empty. We filled up near Williams and the light went off. Awesome.

One of the employees tried conning me into buying a three or $400 vacuum system for the AC and then a customer suggested something smarter such as bleeding the system the same way you would with the brakes Im sure glad theres honest customers out there even after I purchased the freon he had the audacity to sit in his car and watch the loyal customer guide me through this with success I might add as soon as it worked the employee took off after explaining to me he is a certified AC expert looks like the loyal customer proved him wrong

Autozone is one of a caliber and scope of service and reliable consistent quality products, with easy returns on most items. Most of the time they can even walk you through basic installation of your part. They are also great at telling you what you simply must have in order to complete your installation like gaskets or special tools, lubricants, seals, and such. There is nothing worse than getting home tearing your only vehicle apart and realizing you neede other stuff that you cant go get now! GRRR! Well, Kingman AutoZone has got your back!!!

Had the belt I needed in an emergency to bypass the AC compressor. Oreillys didnt. I was able to get a loan a tool serpentine belt kit, but it didnt help, had to buy a tool, but was able to get the belt changed. Which was a big deal as I am homeless and was miles from where my trailer was.

Purchased a part and was the wrong part. I told them what it was and still gave me the wrong part. They didnt want to match it with the old one. I ended up paying more because I was doing a fix on the side of the road and had to pay 3 x more from another company.
