Not ok paid over 3000 to fix timing and misfires... I had to test drive truck 3 times to figure out not fixed.... dont pay until you test drive yourself.... new mechanic does not even know owners name left out bolts in engine. .. poor business 😢 also request all old parts to validate their broken! Now Ive driven justunder 900 miles and check engine light is on! And 100 miles out of a town. Thats considered stranded in my book! 📖

Smiley was very up front and honest about the work that needed to be done- I didnt feel like we was trying to upsell me at all. He was able to find the problem and even fix it for cheaper than he originally anticipated. He also accommodated me by driving me to the shop so I could pick up my car as soon as it was finished. I would definitely trust Smiley Mobile Mechanic with my car in the future!

We hit a rabbit & sent it off to heaven but he made a mess on the undercarriage of our trailer & damaged the brakes. We took a chance & called Smiley...best decision ever! Reliable, competent, efficient & friendly! Did an excellent job & sent us on our way in a timely manner to eventually brave the Alaskan Highway! Highly recommend this establishment!

I had to have something installed in my vehicle this morning and now it wont start and I can not get ahold of anyone!!! Not very satisfied with their service and hopefully theyll correct the issue!!!

Recent repair did not fix problem and subsequently found out that the part that I was charged $215 for sold at a local autoparts store for $115. Very disappointing, very inflated price for part.

He took over 9 months to overhaul my Camaro engine and his mistake on the rings has cost me a new block. The engine has @ 2,000 miles on it. I would not recommend him to anyone. I told him about the problem and he has not offered to do anything to make it right. Not a good experience.

Hes been my mechanic for many years and he does exceptionally good work very conscious and very knowledgeable and has a wonderful shop.

These guys know what their doing, great prices, great atmosphere and wonderful all around service.
