We were able to go in and pick what we wanted and it was ready to pick up in 1 hour. It looked great and the birthday girl loved it!

First of all, if I could rate this over a 5, I would rate it a 10 and above. My son works at Kingman, AZ. However, we live in Hawaii. I have been searching all over the internet trying to find a place that can do a same day delivery to him at his workplace. All I can say, is that the staff went above and beyond to help me. They were about to close in 5 minutes of me calling and was able to whip up something to deliver to my son and surprise him for his 21st birthday! Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend them one thousand times. Definitely will be reaching out again!

** Updated 05/13/2020: Contacted Fruit Creations- and spoke with the owner/manager- I expressed my concern and she apologized for any unpleasant experience and was offered a coupon on my husbands next visit.Delicious strawberries. Truly. My husband gets these for me from time to time because he knows I enjoy them, however he expressed that they are rude to him when he goes in and makes him feel uncomfortable- he’s been sending his sister in law instead-I finally told him that I don’t want them if they treat him that way. Makes me a little sad and disappointed in their customer service. Esp when he spends up to $50-60 for strawberries for me.Hoping they will rethink how they treat ppl esp when they buy for others.

Barbara is outstanding! Great service! She was able to go above and beyond at last minute notice when she could have easily just said I can’t have it today I’m sorry. She made some phone calls and was able to get me a delivery! Mind you I’m from Texas just here for the month working on business and it was someone I’m working with bday and we wanted him to feel special and not with ordinary cake! Ordered a fruit creation from California to send to my grandmother on her birthday (Feb 22). And instead of sending birthday balloons she got Valentines Day balloons. I called to complain and they offered me a credit. Here we are a year later and when I callEd in to take advantage of it, they had no notes to indicate there was ever an issue.Needless to say I was advised they could honor the credit I was verbally offered and not given a credit... they’ve lost my business.
