Service dept not that good. New mower was back firing and the exhaust was louder than normal. Took the mower back after 5 hrs of use. They had it 4 days. The only thing was done was the gas throttle adjusted. So when I moved the throttle, I had to move it past the half way point get get the motor from idle. After talking with the tech days later and told him it still has the same issue, he told me how to operate the mower. Well I finally found another toro dealer and they fixed it. The 2 nut fastnersfor the exhaust was missing. They readjusted the gas throttle correctly and the mower does not backfire and sounds normal.
Henry was excellent in helping us finding the rite pieces of equipment to fit our needs
Have had a great experience working with Chris! Would highly recommend working with Parker Farm Service!
Henry in sales was awesome. This is our second purchase of Kabota equipment.Sales department did a great job and very helpful and follow through was excellent. Delivered our purchase the next day. Made everything so easy.
Sales group is misleading and manipulative. They quote repair work at prices below others in the area but are unable to perform. Parker service has a history of being difficult to work with between other dealers but this seems to have spilled over to their customer service as well. I’ve purchased multiple pieces of equipment from them they now refuse to service because they switched brands of equipment they stock. Very unprofessional and difficult to service anything after sell.
Josh Guffey was great got me the mower I wanted and made sure I had it the next day as promised and the delivery guy Rodger was great to he came after work hours to deliver my mower. Thanks again guys. GREAT A+++++++++++++++++++++++
Great Customer Service!!!!Go see Josh and he will help you in anyway he can. I will most definitely be back in the future!!
Bought a used tractor site unseen and it was exactly what the salesman had said about it and looked just like the pictures. Had the tractor delivered 3 hours away from the dealership with a low delivery fee. We started using the tractor in the hay fields that afternoon and it quickly became the tractor that everyone wanted to drive. The company is so great to work with we dont mind the 3 hour drive to view their large selection of tractors and attachments!
Due to their tarpans feelings of being greater then all.I bought a new Tractor in Tennessee (7hrs) away. It was $5800 cheaper, free delivery and they had a great attitude. I wish them no success! The parts counter individuals feel they own the word.I would be disgusted also if I made $12 a hour working there.
We recently purchased a NEW diesel RTV for around $14,000 from Parker. We absolutely LOVE Kubota products including our newest purchase!Even though they had a POOR rating we talked to the salesman and we were confident that the reviews were being worked on and their after sales attitude was changing!HOWEVER, after the sale just as the reviews stated the parts department was less than what the reviews stated. The sales person was fairly knowledgeable and clearly indicated that I was inerrupting his rather slow day.I was NEVER told about the $20 shipping fee for parts NOT in stock.I ordered $19 dollars in minor hardware that ANY tractor company should have in stock, a couple of spacers and a couple of washers! They told us that it should be about 3-4 days to get the parts, its been almost two weeks and the salesman finally dropped them off on his way home. When i told him about the charges he told me, well I delivered them didnt I and left.We actually gave them a good review when he delivered our NEW machine, but that is where the niceness ENDED!I will NEVER darken their door again! Id rather drive two hours away to a better place than deal with these people again. And ANY accessories I want for my NEW RTV I have to go to a website, pick them out, call the salesperson, who then orders them (probably with a minimum $20 delivery fee) then maybe in several weeks I might get my parts.I wanted a simple rear view mirror, went on-line found it elsewhere for a heck of a lot cheaper and delivered to my door in two days with NO shipping or delivery fee
I never leave feeling pleased, but I never leave completely disappointed. Its kinda like customers arent really the focus of the business, for example they sell lawn mowers and said they dont really fix lawn mower tires, but for $65 an hour they would try 🤔 Ill just order my parts and take my tire elsewhere. I wouldnt buy a piece of equipment if tire replacement there isnt even simple. Its kinda strange because the people are very nice 🙄
Henry Miller is a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman at Parker Farm. No pressure, just good advice and recommendations. And did I mention prices? They beat all surrounding dealers; worth a drive to Kings Mountain.
We bought a sub-compact Kubota from Parker Farm Service (Kings Mountain, NC) in April of this year 2019. The service from them has been outstanding especially with the help of their sales rep, Josh Guffey. We are first time tractor owners and Josh has been there every step of the way making sure we are well taken care of. From the beginning he answered all of our questions, delivered the tractor, taught us how to safely operate it, checked in periodically to make sure we were still satisfied. Josh has also been able to come to our house (same-day) to help us with any concerns we have regarding the tractor which has been a huge help.He is extremely knowledgeable and has the patience and experience to answer questions without making you feel embarrassed. We would also like to thank Chris, the service manager at Parker Farm Service for his continued support and their mechanic, Ray for helping to get our tractor serviced in the most timely manner.
They have what you need if not they will get it
I would like to thank Parker farm service, and Craig Youngs for his help, and going above and beyond to help me buy a new zero turn. Not only was he very professional, but even stayed after 5 on a Friday for me to pick up my mower, when other local companies would not. Also the quality they sale is unmatched.
Worst customer service ever !! Quantity over quality is the way of the world now and it sucks!! Greed is ruining the world.People wonder why brick and mortar stores are failing just stop by this place and you’ll see why.
I have a Kubota L3901 that I paid right at $30,000 for (with a couple implements) sitting outside that won’t even run. It has 20 hours on it and is brand new condition. It is dead in the water and I can’t get them to even return my calls. The only dealerships that will even answer my questions are ones that I didn’t buy it from. I regret trusting them and spending my hard-earned money at their so-called tractor dealership. Take my advice, don’t spend your money there.Chris McConnell
Bought a zero turn toro mower.for $5,577.99. We are operators of large commercial farm and familiar with machinery and proper maintenance along with ability recognize a business of integrity when a problem arises. Parker manager/owner does not fit that description. After 275 gentle hours both back wheels leaked hydraulic fluid. Obviously a lemon. Mr Billy McHenry, owner was uninterested in assisting in a reasonable resolve along with extending a most rude and unprofessional demeanor after we traveled from hendersonville to kings mountain for them to access the mower. There are businesses who appreciate and prefer return customers....this one does not qualify. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.Disappointed but hopeful when we arrived...disgusted when we left!! Sad example of a business.
I took my Kubota tractor to Parkers with a large oil leak that occurred when the tractor was ran. After several days they told me there was no leak, that I had overfilled the tractor with hydraulic oil and oil was blowing out the breather on top of the transmission looking like a leak. They said they ran the tractor for multiple days and found no leak. The charge was $130.00 for Labor.Upon picking up my tractor and attempting to use it, the oil leak was worse. I telephone Parkers and they insisted there was no leak. I expressed my dissatisfaction but they did not volunteer to refund my money. I then took my tractor to another repair service and they found the leak and repaired it.I have previously purchased equipment from Parkers (tractor included) and found their service adequate. Since the change in ownership, the service is terrible, and I will not purchase from or use Parker Farm Services for repairs again.
Very good salesman, very poor service! Bought a tractor from them that included a certain loader and brush guard. Tractor arrived with wrong loader and no brush guard. After filling the tractor with fuel (not done at dealership) we found a defective fuel tank. They ordered one, and set a repair time once it came in. Two weeks, yes two weeks passed with no contact from them. When we called to ask we were told they were busy and hadnt been able to get to it. After the call it was delivered the following day, without any fuel...again. The loader is another story, lets just say it still has the origional loader on, not the one requested or ordered. They admit there was an error or mis-communication somewhere but seem not to give a flying rats tall about anything now that the sale has been made. I strongly suggest you stay away from this dealership. Salesperson again, very nice but caught in the middle and by the way he, not service department is on his way to get 5 gal of fuel for us.
Im a truck driver and I delivered here and I wanted to purchase a new Stihl ball cap and Mr. Youngs give me the new hat off of his head! Please give them all the support you can!
Do not deal with these people. They do not stand behind their products. I purchased a Kubota GCK23 grass catcher from them in March of 2018. The unit has never preformed satisfactory . The grass clippings catch and plug the inside the grass catcher feed lines. This results in my having to stop and get off the mower, disconnect the feed lines and physically remove the clippings. I returned the unit to Parker several times, they supposedly fixed the problem yet the problem persists. I finally had enough and request they take the unit back and refund my purchase price. They refused and referred me to Kubota. I called the Kubota help line and they told me only the dealer could refund me my money for this defective product. (I guess this is a real catch 22).
Amazing customer service!
Great place to work
Don’t expect any friendly help after you buy a zero turn. Parts department very rude and act like the customer is nothing but a bother to them. Will never buy another part from them
Very disrespectful. They must make too much money.
Good experience.
