Rented a unit online. Went to use it on Sunday when office is closed. I was supposed to find a lock in the unit, but did not. I put my own lock on. They called me on Monday and welcomed me. I explained the lock situation and they agreed to credit me for their lock which they never supplied. So far, so good.

Very nice and professional staff. The couple in the office was very accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. They went above and beyond to help us into a new unit and make our move easy and stress free. I recommend this place for anyone in need of a storage unit. 😀

Although a corporate company the wonderful couple that run the daily operations, speak and treat you as if they own it. You’re always treated respectfully and they go out of their way to make sure you’re extremely satisfied.. I have used the facility for about 3 yrs and recommend this location .. great experience !

Seamless and professional experience. Staff was helpful and patient as I needed to change the unit the next day to a larger one because I had so much to store. All spaces are clean safe and easily accessible. When I was in the office they told me they were 98% occupied and I can see why.

I recently visited Extra Space Storage in Kings Park to better understand the options for storage . Immediately I was greeted by the managers who were incredibly helpful and hospitable. Having utilized storage facilities in the past and experiencing less than stellar service and prices I was completely elated by my experience. The prices are fantastic and the facility is spotless with immaculate care. I had such a great experience, I was thrilled that I had found such a great place to store my familys belongings.

I have been looking for a safe temperature controlled space to put all our belongings while we’re in between homes. I picked extra space storage because of a recommendation I received from a friend. They also happen to be the best value in the area. We have been moving our stuff in all week and I feel safe no matter what time We go there. It’s also very clean, there’s always a cart for convenience. I recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a place to put their belongings and memories and not worry about them.

We had a great experience. Its a storage facility. We had the top floor, in a 10 by 15. We stored our stuff for eight months in anticipation of a house sale. I would not hesitate to use facility, it was very close to home so we could come and add stuff or remove when needed. Price was very reasonable, but does increase after 6 months a small amount based on market conditions. I was lucky to have a nice place close to home. thank you team, until we meet again.....

Have had this unit quite a while. The office staff are very informative and professional. The facility is kept clean and neat. I go at odd hours to retrieve and drop items off and have found the gates in working order as well as all access and egress from the premises.

I don’t often write reviews unless I truly feel that they’re worth writing. The staff at Extra Space storage in Kings Park off of India head Rd is absolutely phenomenal!! The customer service I received from Yanina and James was so beyond five stars in my opinion!!! They were beyond helpful and bent over backwards to accommodate me with a unit with such short notice! Moving from the city back out to the island or from anywhere for that matter can be very stressful and having the pleasure of meeting the both of them and being helped by them made me feel at ease. James even went as far as to call a moving company for me to set it up which is above and beyond I’m so grateful and thankful for all they did and I would recommend this storage facility to anyone!! The facility itself is immaculate and I know that my items will be safe, secure at all times and I’ll never have to worry. Kindness at a time like this speaks volumes so again, I can’t thank Yanina and James enough for helping me. Water leaked into our unit through the concrete wall and damaged some boxes and files i had stored there. The employee working there suggested maybe I shouldnt store them so close to the wall. Very rude

Charged me $20 for late fee even though I never received a call back when I tried to pay. They force $11 insurance charge every month and registration fee. Not happy go else where.*Update* they decided to raise my rent 25%(without proper notice) 4 months after signing up. With covid-19, people unemployed, kids out of school you think they would be more sensitive to the economic situation we all are facing but they chose to be greedy smh! You can find less expensive alternatives nearby.

Workers are very nice.But is an outside unit and leaked water from the back and had crickets spiders. Yes I asked for my own trouble by putting it in storage. But the worst part was it went almost $100.03 months after I moved into it

I give them 4 outta 5 stars just for minor reasons but the staff was friendly helpful and when I had a slight problem they made it right which made me happy. I left another store place because not just me at that moment 2 other people left there units because they doubled the price. So this place was cheaper and closer to home. The only dumb issues I had was I don’t like the key pad to gain access inside feels outdated and its location is too far left and my second issue was the lock set up on the lift gates. I prefer a different style but that’s just preference. Overall it’s a good place.

While the facilicities are clean, well lit, and secure, its the management team that makes this business special. Theyre both professional and caring people. They listen, offer helpful advice, and always have a smile for whoever walks in.
