Louise is a passionate professional with his vast knowledge and recommendations.Very nice to have met him as a go to man.

Always thought Napa was expensive until today. The two other stores in town cost more and had to special order. Napa had part in stock 5 dollars cheaper. Funny thing i called one store to cancel the manager said they price match but not on special order. Whay is special in the Ozone places is regular stock for Napa.

NAPA in Kingsburg has a great staff led by a great manager. Its my go to place for parts and help.

Went in looking for a specific feeler gauge they did have it but they didnt know they had it but thats okay I found it it was in the store he looked at their stock and said they had it on the shelf and they did worked out well.
