Dont even think about buying from these people!Sadly, I cant say anything positive about this company. I tried to purchase some expensive kitchen items and have them installed. After accepting my order and payment they dragged me along for 4 months missing every delivery commitment, blaming others and offering lazy, irresponsible excuses. After they finally received the items they were not competent enough to arrange for installation and again they ignored multiple commitments and made lame excuses.When I asked to speak to someone senior in the company they decided that customer service and meeting commitments was not something they do. They canceled my order and refunded my payment.My strong recommendation is to stay away from this disgrace of a company. Shop at a merchant that respects its customers and its commitments. This is not that merchant. Dont waste your time or hard earned money.

We needed to see a new model Cafe refrigerator drove two hours to see the one that only they had. Loved the showroom and care they take to present very nice appliances. We could not purchase here because of our distance, but were treated as though we were a customer with great information and conversation with Jen. Really appreciated her willingness to help and advise on our choice of product.

I needed several gas connections and some gas line run for my new outdoor kitchen. I called and got on their schedule (very busy in December). The guy came and l showed him what I needed, and then I had to leave. Upon my return, everything worked perfectly. The work area was left clean and orderly. Price was as expected.

We buy all of our appliances here. They will meet or beat the larger box stores, and the service is much better.

I bought a double oven, range top, hood, dishwasher and microwave from Cumberland Gas. The customer service was fabulous. I was able to buy exactly what I wanted for a great price. I even drove from Jacksonville to get them.

Great local business that can definitely meet or beat big box stores prices!

Went to Cumberland home hearth & gas to get a simple propane tank filled and was kept waiting with no one in the store. There is no concern for customer service.

Horrible service and shoddy work. I will never use again.
