Dependable. Good value. I have worked with Coastal Floors both with my own home and for my work as a Realtor. They carry quality stock. I know when they give a quote it is accurate and the work will be excellent and on schedule. They have a beautiful show room and can even discuss the contents knowledgeably. You just wont get that at a Big Box Store.

Ashley is the manager and walked us through all of their offerings as we selected our wood look tile flooring, carpet, bathroom tile and back-splash with their grateful assistance taking the time to make certain we were completely happy with our color and style selections. They were so patient as we laid all the items on the floor and walked through the floor plan room by room. We could not be any more pleased with our choice to partner with Coastal Floors. Wish they would call back when they say they will ... been waiting for over a week for them to come out and fix my doors ... they were suppose to call on Monday to make an appointment with me ... and He promised me he would ... and here it’s Thursday ... and I still haven’t heard from them ... and today they promised Lowe’s again that they would call me today ... and guess what ... still no call
