By far the best Metro by T-Mobile store I have ever been to. Very professional and helpful!

I dont usually leave reviews; however, this week we had a wonderful experience at your store! We were so thankful for Ryan and his excellent customer service skills. He was friendly, had a thorough understanding of the products, and was able to assist us with the questions and concerns we had in a timely manner.

Normally I wouldnt stop by this location because I have bad experiences in the past at this location. Interacting with Ryan has made me put my trust back in this location. He constantly goes the extra mile to make sure all of my needs are met as well as my wants every time I come in.

Friendly, nowledgeable and helpful employees, well educated about the stores products are services. Got me in and out in minutes with an upgraded phone. Thanks

If I could give no stars I would. After speaking with someone about the earlier dissatisfaction. There were some improvements. Now it’s worse than before. This visit was 9/2/21 went in to purchase my mom a new phone. There were merchandise left out on the counter, that must have been there awhile, when we walked in there were 2 ladies behind the counter, one was assisting the family before us the other doing nothing. This young lady has a very bad attitude to be in customer service.I went to the MetroPCS located at 1601 Highway 40 in Kingsland Georgia. After my elderly parent was treated unfairly. She went in to get the pictures from her old phone transferred to her new phone because she had to mail the new phone back. The person at the counter started to help her then stopped when 2 gentlemen walked in. My parent reminded him that she was still here waiting. He then told her that was not his job to do. This is a very poor customer service we will be closing work her account with them.

Unfortunately the staff is rude and uneducated in their job. Signed us up for an entire new line, when we only came in to upgrade a phone. Thanks!!!!!Really hope we are not stuck dealing with a mistake on your store part. Please educate and inform employees, the difference between an entire new phone line and an UPGRADE

I actually drive from Yulee because the employees (one in particular) are not at all polite or helpful. She answers the store phone as if its her home phone by sayingYeah Ive given her multiple times to redeem herself, only to realize that she thinks its acceptable behavior. So I stay away from both Yulee and Fernandina Beach stores. So Thank you to the employees who are polite and curious. You guys are doing a great job...

I have been around the country and for various reasons have had to go to my metro dealer. I have always dreaded it.When I went here to replace a phone that was given to me for Xmas, that I dropped and broke, I was expecting an argument or to pay a ridiculous price. None of that happened I was given several options and walked out with the same phone and felt appreciated as a customer for once.

This specific store is not being run by someone who is willing to take accountability for their actions. The things that are going on in this store right now are unacceptable. It’s sad because it’s costing them business.

Ryan is great and he goes above and beyond in giving help. I only go to him. If he is not there I will come back when he is.

Store hours listed as open til 8. Drove all the way there to purchase a new phone and doors locked at 5:58pm on a Thursday. Open sign still on but small sign on door said closed be back at 5:30. Called, no answer. Waited 10 mins left, you lost a sale.

They helped me set my smart watch to my phone and got a new upgraded service all for freeeee!!! Yay cant wait for free upgraded phones....

Great Customer Service but, never have what youre looking for on Stock. Every time i go they never have phones or its accessories. Its the first time Ive seen this on any metroPCS Store.

Horrible just horrible. Go wait in line going to be new customers and NO PHONES FOR THE SPECIAL THEY WHERE RUNNING. How do you as owner or manager go to bed friday night knowing there ARE NO PHONES FOR THE PHONE STORE FOR SATURDAY MORNING. Unbelievable. The girl working there had someone drop her kids off while she was trying to sell......sorry take care of customers who wanted to pay their bill....HORRIBLE. Went to ulee they had a ton of phones...

Im in front of their store at at 11:15 a.m. the store has a big sign that says open at 11 I drove 45 minutes to get here to get the new phone.
