Generally a nice store to visit, drink is normally made correctly, but can be hit or miss depending on who is working now, I would assume they are short staffed as drinks can sometimes be slow to come out, but they are always working hard to get the drinks out. Most of the staff are pleasent and helpful to be around, but occasionally some of them seem aggressive. The last few times Ive been Ive seen one of the workers appearing to be aggressive towards the others. I believe her name is Cat, but I may be wrong (tan skin, wears glasses). It was pretty easy to tell that the people working there felt uncomfortable around her, and it made it awkward for me while I was waiting to get my order.

I had to upgrade the stars I gave them from a four to five stars. Ive been there multiple times ( no surprise there) and every time my order was correct. My coffee was hot or cold (depending) and the staff, no matter how busy, was always friendly. Good job guys. Keep it up 🙂

Waited about 20 minutes or so in a long line this evening....then was informed that they have no grilled cheese sandwiches (or any lunch sandwiches in stock). They were also out of pumpkin loaves as well....I was disappointed.

This store needs to figure out a better drive-thru system. It shouldn’t take me 30 minutes to get through the line. The line is so slow, cars impede traffic on an already atrocious intersection. If you mobile order or go in, which going in isn’t widely advertised, good luck parking since the drive-thru is blocking most if not all available parking.

The team here does a wonderful job to efficiently prepare orders to keep wait times to a minimum. The parking lot has a terrible set up so I recommend parking in the lot just over the grass, especially during high traffic times.

Yall if you havent tried the Pink Drink, do it, you wont regret it. But if you like chocolate cover strawberries then make sure you ask for the Pink Drink with Mocha Cold Foam. Yall will fall in love

As always extremely slow service, backed up drive thru, the traffic flows onto haddock and blocks the road way. The location is absolutely terrible with an odd entrance that only allows one side of the traffic to come in. The other has to brake the law to get in. This place needs to move somewhere else because this corner sucks. The lobby is also always closed so good luck beating the backed up drive thru since theyre slow with overpriced coffee.

This Starbucks is great. All the employees and owner are super nice. My drinks are always great and I’ve rarely had mistakes made. Sometimes the wait can be a few minutes because they are busy a lot.Also, like most Starbucks seem to be the parking lot is pretty tiny and not very functional because of the drive thru line.I think it’s really cool this a military store as well, since there is a navy base in town.

I’ve been coming to this location for my daily caffeine needs for a couple months now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Ari, Chelsea, Sarah, and Anthony are always so nice and make my visit memorable. They are very personable here, which I haven’t seen at other locations. Even during a shortage of their supplies due to weather in Tennessee, they were very accommodating and offered suggestions on other things I could try similar to my “go-to” order. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations that I’ve been to!

I watched some guy make 8 pitchers of lemonade. Umm could I have gotten mine at of the one pitcher first? Before you made the 7 others.

Workers are nice but… why in the world is your lobby always closed?? The lines at the drive-through are out of control. The pandemic is no longer an excuse. You need to open your lobby already and activate your curbside pick up.

They didn’t have apple juice so they had to make my drink a different way and I don’t like it and I saw a new drink and I wanted to sample a taste and they make you pay for a full-size drink. 7/21/2021 ALERT! The place has flies everywhere (?) My spouse and I went in and ordered two venti lattes. When asked ab the flies, the person in charged said, its ok (?) ...unfaced ab the organic decaying material flies leave behind. Then, I went to the bathroom and toilet paper was all over the floor and to top all that, there was NO SOAP!! GET IT together guys! We are in the middle of a Pandemic, PLEASE!! HYGIENE is essential.

They are very nice here, so they get three stars, but this Starbucks has some organizational problems. They’ve been “new” for many months now and are still figuring out how to be a Starbucks. They always close the lobby when they get busy. They turn off the mobile order option and curbside when they get busy (even though they have curbside parking spots). They make everyone go through the drive through even though this location isn’t built to have cars wrapped twice around the building. Yes, you get lots of customers because the town had been waiting for Starbucks for a long time, but by now they should’ve adjusted. Starting a business isn’t easy, so I’ve waited a while before posting a review, but when you start a business with a national brand it comes with expectations and it’s going to pull lots of customers from day 1. They need to get the people down at Chick-fil-a to give them a crash course.

I’ve been in town for a couple of months, here for my sisters maternity leave. the staff here are patient and always super friendly and nice. today i even received a “have a great day!” message on my sandwich bag. i love the energy here! thanks for being awesome. I’ve loved getting to talk with Chelsea, Ari, Sarah and Anthony. They have all been so wonderful, truly brightening my mornings. and the baristas on bar always make my drink absolutely perfect!

My first experience at Starbucks I was not disappointed. The store design is pleasant as well as the atmosphere. I enjoyed the lemon loaf cake which is sliced extra thick and the Chestnut Praline Latte in the size grande. This was more than enough for breakfast for me. It was very filling without finishing my coffee and my cake.

This store cant keep consistent hours, drinks are often wrong and items are always sold out. The drive thru line is out of control, blocking traffic sometimes even. The staff is typically nice, but that is just not enough to keep a location going.

My 1 star is reflective on a quite negative customer service experience at the drive thru. I ordered my drink and pulled forward to the window. When the staff saw that I had my dog with me, they couldnt believe I didnt order a pup-cup. An older gentleman tried for several minutes to persuade me into getting one for my dog, who loves people and was so happy and crying for attention at the window, and disregarded me saying no twice and that my dog didnt need the dairy and sugar. A younger woman saw my dog and grabbed the cup they put the whip cream in to show me how small the amount of it is to also persuade me into giving my dog a pup-cup. As my dog is wagging his tail so excited to see people, the older gentleman says see he wants one and then to my dog says Im sorry your mama is being mean. EXCUSE ME for choosing to not give my dog a small cup full of dairy and sugar. I personally dont give my dog any people food. Me saying no was not respected at all and then Im called a mean mama for it. I felt like the employees wanted me to give him some for their entertainment of watching him shove his snout into the cup. Sure, itd be cute, but I shouldnt feel like I have to apologize for wanting to keep my pup healthy and ensuring he wont suffer in old age later. When I only ordered a drink for myself, I didnt forget to order a pup-cup for my dog. I chose not to. In all contexts, no means no. Dont attempt to pressure me into adding to my order for your benefit.

It was alright. Clean and brand new. Only been open for a few months. My order was right. The tables needed cleaning but it did seem busy bc they had some kind of delivery that day. Staff was mostly professional except one guy tossing paper at another while he was doing his job. Ive been here through the drive thru. It is quick and if they get something wrong they fix it immediately.

Always loved Starbucks, team members are always friendly and know me by name. The past few weeks the lobby and mobile have been closed. That’s very inconvenient for those that have to go to work and have to wait 30 mins for a Mediocre coffee. Stop hiring teenagers and hire adults. (They have told me me they are under staff and can’t get ppl to come in) Also HATE that they tell you to wear a mask when the lobby was open, when Yulee and Fernadina don’t make you. I have left 3 times bc I’m not wearing a mask. They could learn a thing or two from Chick-fil-A with customer service and staying away from politics. I will use the rest of my gift cards and switching to Ellianos, or Dunkin.

Nice store with super friendly people who are happy to help you even if you arent sure what you want. When I didnt like the drink I selected they swapped it happily for a different one that I ended up loving. I only wish that they had a bigger shop selection as its a very limited selection that sells out super quick when the new merchandise comes in.

My husband and I just stopped at this Starbucks craving a Frappuccino but due to height restrictions we could not go through the drive-thru. I do not have the app so I called and asked if I could do an order over the phone? No go! Thanks a bunch because Dunkin Donuts down the road was more than happy to help us! Kind, friendly, and made us the best caramel chocolate frozen coffees with an extra shot of espresso Ive ever had! Im done with Starbucks forever!

It’s okay, they could be better. They run out of stuff a lot. One employee will offer you a puppacinno for your dog, while the next will say “we don’t do those”...so which one is it? For as expensive as Starbucks is I expect more! Also, the parking lot is way too small!

Update 3: The older man (veteran) is absolutely fun to talk to. He is very friendly, personable, and you can tell he is authentically a kind person.Update 2: Slowly getting better and rating is slowly going up. Still lots of issues with the lobby closing due to short staff (call outs). The drive thru has gotten a lot faster though (not sure yet if its just because ofUpdate 1: Kat kinda redeemed my perception a bit but not much as one person can only do so much and the rest of the staff really need to follow suit on her example.Original: Probably the slowest most inefficient Starbucks Ive ever been to, and thats saying something as Ive literally been to 50+ Starbucks across the country in my travels through the years. They constantly disable mobile ordering and close their lobby leaving only the drive thru as an option which wraps around the store literally all day and youll wait in 20-30 minutes. Most of the time they mess up my drink and have to remake it, which leaves me wondering if thats why it takes so long to get through the drive thru. Definite improvements in processes and hiring need to occur at this location.

I asked for 6 extra pumps of caramel and extra drizzle, I was very specific about the fact that I wanted a lot of caramel in the bottom and lining the cup. When they gave me my drink, there was maybe a drop of caramel at the bottom, yet they still charged me for all the extra. Drinks are great but they never give me enough caramel.

I have been a dedicated Starbucks connoisseur for many years. I love their capacious menu of drinks, friendliness, and efficiency. I live in Folkston, Ga and typically pass thru the Rivercity, Jax location on my way to work in downtown Jacksonville every day. Once the Kingsland, Ga location opened, it was advantageous to my morning commute. However, now on several different circumstances, Starbucks in Kingsland has failed me as a customer FOREVER. I had my final straw this past Friday when I started my usual Friday routine.I went through the drive-thru around 10am; apparently was a new feckless employee working. I asked her to add a gift card to my gold card app. She said okay and scanned my app. It pulled the cost for my drink. No big deal usually, however, I did not have the full amount on my app. She then advised me the same, which I was aware and is why I originally asked her to add the funds to begin with. She perversely refused to listen to anything I had to say and cut me off several times telling me she was new and didnt know how to do that. Another employee heard her becoming curt with me and then stepped into help. I explained the situation and she immediately realized her empathetic employee had erroneously charged me twice. The store manager could not figure out what happened at that point either and ended up having to give me a gift card back to try to refund her mess up. I completely understand mistakes happen. We are ALL human. However, show some empathy and try to abdicate your mistake to rectify the situation.The Friday before was not any better. I always use the order ahead feature in my app since I travel to Starbucks first, then to my childrens school in Florida. I ordered ahead with a 10 minute window. This is my typical algorithm to avoid traffic and assure the kiddos are not late for school. This last Friday was horrendous. I waited 33 minutes for my order to be fulfilled. Both kids were late for school and to top things off, the cavalier attitudes from the understaffed employees could have exasperated anyone. I remained reticent to avoid my hyperbolic thoughts that would chastise their attitudes. I COMPLETELY understand occasionally being understaffed; however, this is an ongoing issue. The MANAGER should take the initiative to see the line being wrapped around the building and shut-off the mobile orders. He should be sagacious enough to not overwork his staff and avoid any potential frustrations on the customers and staff. There were 4 customers standing along with me while waiting on their orders as well. One woman, infuriated, spoke up asking how much longer my order would be filled since she had been there already for 15 minutes. Had the mobile order option been turned off, I would have never bothered stopping to avoid the potential possibility of my children being late. This was the second time this has happened to our family in the past month. PLEASE hire more staff or turn off your mobile order ahead feature.I will absolutely drive out of my way to go to the Yulee location or River city moving forward. I have several other instances that have occurred in the past several months but its superfluous to even mention. PLEASE get it together and strengthen your relationship with the rest of Camden County before you lose a lot more business. Its much more convenient to come to your location but is extremely irritating!
