I love shopping at the Dollar Tree. I find all kinds of useful items. I also get lots of craft project items from there and lots of ideas.

Nice store but very cluttered! The store needs more cashiers. One cashier was trying to check out a line of 15 people. However after waiting awhile, another cashier finally stepped in.

Store was a mess due to inventory Im guessing.check out Staff was friendly. Some employees including manager on personal cell phone calls while on the clock. I am not a fan of that.. your getting paid to work not chat on your phone on the company dime. 1st time in that store. Only check out asked if I found everything ok. Everyone else nothing when you walked be.

They seem to be struggling with short staff, but despite that, everyone was friendly and helpful.

I love these stores but this one seems to continually stay out of stock. Maybe they need more help??

Super great place to go to find marvelous Bargains for a dollar. The only problem is the check out. You wait longer in the line than it takes to get your items.

We had a good shopping experience at Dollar Tree. We found everything we were looking for. The customer service was good,the cashier was friendly, asked did we find everything we needed. Had a good checkout.

Ok so the past three times Ive been in there one cashier present and nobody else in sight that worked there cashier was doin his job today at 345 PM on 2/13/2021 and the line was down the isle and waited forever it seemed and people was leaving so I recommend if u go to dollar tree make in the morning cause they on point but night shift is messing up and a few weeks ago I was shopping there and went towards the back near the restrooms and i heard moaning and groaning from the bathroom and soon after a little female and a straggly older man came out the same bathroom i dont know what was goin on but i it was disturbing for me and children.

I wish I could give this -1 instead of 1. The people who work here are useless. And super rude. 🤮 get new women staff. The men are alright.

Just cant live with out it. The Kingsland store is a lil different than the st Marys one, it can not sell cold and frozen food due to its close location to w d. But both are awesome.

Love Dollar Tree, do not love waiting in a long line with only one register open during the lunch hour. I work and often ran to Dollar Tree to pick up things on my lunch hour. I stopped going that time of day because there was almost always only one register open, and a slow cashier.

This Dollar Tree did not have a wide variety of things. I will not be going to this store again. I will go to St. Marys store from now on.

This Dollar Tree looks like all the others. Of course you can spend a ton of dollars on the large variety of items. Maybe its the small town atmosphere but customer service is great about helping you locate items. Great place to shop for seasonal decorations too.

Has a lot of cute stuff for Halloween and Christmas

This is my go-to Dollar Tree in the area. Of course they rotate stuff not only seasonally, but as things come off and on to the shelves. Always gotta look for the stuff thats new and probably wont be there next week. Grab it while you can if its something you really like and that they dont carry often. Its a bit cozy in there so mind the traffic inside.

I often shop here for small plastic containers and storage boxes. The store is well stocked and maintained for one of this type of business model. The same model seems to keep it understaffed, but theyre friendly and courteous even under stress. The location next to Winn Dixie makes it an easy quick stop.

Disrespectful staff. Too busy chatting to assist /check out customers standing at register. On break watching 1 line get backed up with over 10 customers. Then speak nasty and throw thing into bag. This store is dirty, cluttered, never stocked. Made mistake coming in thinking it had changed in few months. Apparently not..

Nice little store although it does not have a freezer section unlike the one further down in Saint Marys. They usually keep it pretty well stocked although you can always ask any associate for help & they are super nice about doing so

Nasty, dirty store. Shelves unorganized and jumbled. Stank of cigarette smoke. Not worth the effort it takes to drive to this store.

Useful and decent service

Usually large quantities of commodities, especially closer 2 holidays. As items are generally $1 each, it lightens the money pit for holidays.

Good CS, things are for the most part always in place. Very busy store but i am not in a rush when i go in, and would recommend the same for others, sometimes there is not enough cashiers i do not have an issue with that but there have been plenty encounters where the customers are very rude and loud about not being able to pay for their goods in a min. silly people.

Very nice things for only a dollar

Fairly good selection, but when I was trying to shop they had a big cart on 3 different aisles blocking the walkway which made it very hard to manage shopping with other people trying to get thru too. They should be stocking aisles before or after store is open or at least when the store is not so busy & crowded!

Good Custom service just wish they didn’t sell out of items so fast.

Dollar Tree is a wonderful place to go to I do some of my shopping there and between them and Dollar General

Its a cool store to have here in Kingsland, GA. We love shopping there. And the employees are always pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Its a good place to find easy products for cheap. It could be alot bigger tho. More stuff the better

I only gave 3 stars because they didnt have any buggies available. No one bothered to get them from parking lot and secondly because isles were blocked with boxes waiting to be unpacked and shelved.

Im a huge fan of Dollar Tree and Ive never had a bad experience in this location but, I ran in there today to grab a lint roller before an interview and the minute I walked in the door I was overwhelmed by a rancid stench that was so bad that I couldnt even shop there !
