Ice cream was old tasting. They were out of most kinds. Trash in parking lot and outdoor seating area. First and last visit. Employees were nice though.

This is the third time I’ve gone in there and their service is horrible. They don’t except the coupons from the app they gave me a broken ice cream cone that was melting I asked for a cup they didn’t give me a spoon and I didn’t think about it because the lady flustered me so much so I couldn’t even eat my ice cream since I was traveling an hour home. That’s it, three strikes they’re out!!!! I’m never going back again.

Stopped to get a milkshake and 2 hot fudge Sundaes and they tell you at the drive thru they dont make sundaes anymore. What?? If you cant offer a sundae then why be open?

Everyone was super kind and helpful!! Even talked us into trying some of the Bagel Minis :) Went in for a few donuts, had ice cream and left with donuts and minis! Great team there, go see them!

Very rude here my wife and I told the employee to wait a minute because we didnt know what we wanted and she kept saying what. Anyway after we ordered we were not told our total so when we got to the window the employee was not very nice nor did she ask if we needed anything else. Overall not a great experience

I went there and didn’t have the best experience, Fist time there. Took 12 minutes to order and what I ordered was a small vanilla ice cream for my puppy, and a 2 scoop mint chocolate chip for myself. We pulled up the the window and got a small pistachio ice cream. And pulled away without knowing because it was in a bag. I was very disappointed

We only got 2 milkshakes and we waited for almost 45 minutes without another customer in the store.. never been so frustrated by so many employees sitting around doing absolutely nothing. The cashier lady finally had to do our order for us since everyone else was too busy not doing their job. Bad experience.. Good luck to anyone else who walks in. The drive thru seemed to get all the attention.

The staff is either short or untrained. Ive had multiple issues with DoorDash orders.

Counter service was fast and friendly. Very limited selection of donuts (6pm) expected. Very excited to go back for dessert. 🍨🍧

Just left.😟 two chocolate sundaes - milk with ice chips.😝 cup of sherbert.... without a spoon. One in our party decided to completely forego ordering after going inside. Not only extremely slow and disorganized, but entire shop lacking in general cleanliness. Not going back ever!

You pretty much know what youre getting with Baskin-Robbins. Quality ice cream, dont price. This place looked like it was closed but wasnt (and the signage made it clear it wag open). The staff was friendly and helpful.

Out of Butter Pecan. Understandable as its not a super common flavor. I then asked for vanilla. Out of vanilla as well. An ice cream store with no ice cream. Management needs to be upgraded on how to properly order stock. Its not hard.

The ice cream tastes excellent. The only problem is that special machines, like the soft serve machine, are broken often. When you have a soft serve, its a treasure. They are also very often out of flavors.

Very Yummy 😋 Go at the end of the month, I believe it is the 31st and you pay only .31 for a scoop of ice cream. Military Appreciative 😁👍

Worst ice cream experience ever! No flavors and when we settled on vanilla they pasted off frozen yogurt as vanilla. Where is a DQ when you need one!?? Zero stars should be an option.

Ice cream is always good. Service is always terrible. If you go inside expect to be waiting a long time as they put drive thru first. I get it I work fast food but they dont even acknowledge you until the drive thru slows down. Today had to have been the worst though. Went in to get ice cream with family and it was a mess. 6 employees but it was a joke. My husbands ice cream was barely on his cone. He asked for a waffle cone and was told they only had the ones with the sprinkles, even though the sign says if you buy a double scoop they will make you a fresh one. I got the one with sprinkles and it was so stale, so I guess husband dodged a bullet there. This is where it gets ridiculous. We were carrying our 11month old baby and after getting our ice cream we were told we couldnt check out on the baskin robbins side, we had to go to the dunkin donuts side where the line was growing by the second. So we stood in line holding our baby our ice cream and our wallet while our icecream is melting. Guess we should just use the drive thru or find a different icecream place.

There is no better example of a straightforward traditional chocolate milkshake. Yum.

They were out of A LOT of stuff. They only had 10 flavors of Ice Cream

If I could I would give a negative star. We waited for ever for 3 drinks. When I ask what was going on, they said they forget them. They were to busy waiting on drive through, while everyone inside waited.

Dunkin has the best coffee hands down

They are always out of product like they never get a truck and the little smart mouth employees being rude to you will never go back and dont advice anyone to go worse experience!
