This is the best UPS Store.The employees are always extremely helpful and very courteous. I recently had to file a claim and the owner and her mother went above and beyond. If anyone has an issue they need to go elsewhere. These women are the BEST. They go out of the way to make sure you are taken care of.

Great customer service. Ive never had to wait in much of a line there. The employees are polite and friendly people while also being efficient.

I posted my experience with this branch and just as I thought the owner responded with lies to make herself seem like a victim. I was told by the owner on multiple occasions that the package UPS lost/damaged was shipped correctly and her comment was and I quote “if we would have packaged it we would have used the same box” . Their representative that files their claims also told me that she 100% agrees with my claim and also confirmed I used the same “ 200lb crush box they use”. Please look through and read all of their negative comments because there are a lot. Do not trust this branch, the owner WILL NOT take care of you as a customer.

Store is always clean and the workers are helpful and polite . But to charge $3.00 to print a mailing label is a ridiculous . I Mail so much always in this store ., I bet i wont go again . $3.00 to print a dam label

They Never deliver my packages correctly. Ever!They just take my mail back to the UPS office in the next town over and then I have to wait a whole next business day in order for me to attempt to pickup my mail at a ups store. This is rediciculous. How lazy can you be!? There is a housing office on your way IN and OUT of our home location. U mean to tell me that it was a problem for you to leave the packages at my door step or in my housing office? Really? This is why I hate UPS, USPS, and FED X.

I do alot of business here, whenever I get the older lady there is NEVER a greeting or thank you.

Apparently you can print but you cannot scan documents on your own anymore. Well, while I was in there the computer it restarted incurring another 2$ charge and then it would have been a dollar per page to scan documents as well. How overpriced for scanning which I could easily do myself if they would hook up the multifunction printer right next to the computer. What could they possibly be charging one dollar per scanned page other than highway robbery?!

Had a package delivered. Instead of leaving it at my door like every other mail service, they took it back. The next day, when I went to the store to pick up package i was told that the delivery person had not dropped it off yet and i would have to wait to get my package. This is a very irritating way of handling business. I will not be using UPS in the future. Outdated practices need to be remedied.

Sam was incredibly helpful. I needed to get a funeral program printed and folded on a deadline and Sam put forth extra effort to make sure we got everything we needed. Give that girl a raise!

Closes before posted time. I arrived at 625 and doors were locked. Plan to arrive before 630.

UPS lost my package that was shipped, it’s now almost 4 weeks later and the owner of the branch refuses to refund me my money. They blame it on UPS not approving a claim but assure me my package was shipped correctly. They fail to understand even the most basic concepts of customer service. They have had ample time to correct this issue and they refuse to do so. Do not use this branch, I will go out of my way to the next UPS or Fed Ex.

Spoke to the owner regarding their self-imposed fees which are undisclosed prior to shipping to this location. Be careful when using this franchise location. Additional fees are not advertised.

Do not use this location 😡 ..I will never ship anything threw this location in Camden again ..my package was supposed to be delivered on a certain date I took my package on a Saturday ..my package was not delivered on my agreed date ..did not leave this facility until after 6 pm Monday

You are always having to wait. Sometime they only have women there, and I dont how she manages those heavy packages. They have so many things to do, weight, mradure, pack, find destination, etc, they difinately need one man with a woman.

The management at the UPS location go above and beyond in a very professional manner,after reading some reviews, I disagree with the negativity portrayed, as it certainly should not be a negative reflection on the management .
