I told the Service Advisor: If the car checks up, I will get a service. He went ahead and ordered the service. It cost me 250 dollars for a lousy UCI. Especially since the car has RUST DAMAGE, and has been involved in a flood, or weather event that has covered the bottom half of the car in rust. Plus, the invoice states the car was washed/vacuumed. THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN TOUCHED. LEXUS of Kingsport lied to me, and ripped me off.

Patrick Adinolfi and sales staff were amazing. Felt comfortable from the moment walked into the showroom. It felt more like meeting with friends to discuss vehicles - not pushy in anyway. Communication was great always keeping us informed of the process - never felt pressured. Dustin in financing was wonderful to work with again felt like talking with a friend. However, the detail department was not up to the same level. Never spoke with them nor did we ask for anything to be corrected but interior of the vehicle was not as pristine as you would have expected from a Lexus dealership detail. Even with that I would highly recommend visiting Lexus of Kingsport for your next vehicle purchase.

I think Lexus makes a great vehicle and we have purchased another one in the last few months from another dealer. What I dont like is the dealership starting with the General Manager and I feel they have an attitude that they are better than the general public and I guess its because Lexus is a high end luxury car and their attitude is if you dont look like you can afford us, then we will not give you the time of day and this practice has been going on for years (my opinion). I guess when a customer service class was offered, they elected not to attend. Maybe Rick Hill and the family needs to invest in customer service classes for their employees starting with the General Manager at the Lexus dealership. I can give a 5 star for the vehicle, however I can only give the lowest 1 star for the attitude of the dealership.Amy thank you for responding, however if the problem hasnt changed by now, and with all due respect why should I expect any different. Fix the issues in my opinion and then we can discuss. I will be waiting, waiting and waiting.

I only saw two 2021 sedans on the entire lot. A white IS 250/350 and a black ES 350. Everything else were RX and GX(?) SUVs. There were not a good variety of vehicles to look over.

We drove 2 hours to purchase this vehicle because the customer service we received over the phone from Lexus Of Kingsport was better than all the other dealerships in our area. When we got to the Kingsport Lexus store, we received the most outstanding customer service! Our Salesman, Don was top-notch and so pleasant to work with! The GM, Chuck was the sweetest man and made us feel so welcomed. The finance manager, Dustin spent SO much time going over all of our options making sure we understood everything and helped us make the best decision for our family. I hardly ever give five stars especially to car dealerships but I have to say this place was hands down the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of doing a deal with. I was looking for a Honda Accord Sport at a specific price and found it here. They treated me like royalty the moment I stepped through the door. Fixed any of my complaints about the car and inspected it and detailed it one more time before I drove off with it. I have never had a dealership take care of me as good as they did! Our salesman was great however the process of signing lease agreement, transfer of tags, etc took too long in my opinion. Too much talk and not enough efficiency. Overall I really like this dealer and would still recommend. They just need to work on making the process a little more streamlined.

No runaround, no last minute additional charges, no let me check with my sales manager....etc....The pricing was fair and Brian took the time to explain the new features of the car. Just buy theirs straight out. They dont pay anything for trade in. I bought a Jeep Wrangler and I have a 2014 rouge which values at 11000 to 13990 and they offered me 4000.00 for it. Same as ever the want you to buy theres and give them your car. But I like my Jeep jeep.

I scheduled my LX 570 for a seatbelt recall about a month ago. I drove from Morristown, TN to Kingsport, TN and sat in the waiting room for about 40 minutes before someone came out and told me that they had ordered the wrong part. They told me they’d call to reschedule when the right part came in and that when I came back for the service they’d give me a free tank of gas since I’d made the hour and 15 minute trip for nothing. When I went back to have the recall fixed I was not offered a loaner car while they were working on mine so I sat in the waiting room and waited over 2 and 1/2 hours while it was being done. The recall notice I received from Lexus said the job would take approximately 40 minutes to repair. When I finally got my car back they had NOT given me the gas. I went back in and mentioned that they hadn’t done what they said they would and I was told that I should have mentioned the gas and that if I had 10 more minutes they’d give me a tank of gas. I could not wait any longer. So after 5 hours driving time total, and about 3 1/2 hours of sitting in their waiting room total, I decided that I’ll go elsewhere from now on!!

I normally dread the car buying experience but was blown away by Lexus of Kingsport and our sales consultant Brian Vleminckx. He was very genuine and really helped us get the exact car we wanted, not what they were trying to sell. Our 2 year old was with us acting crazy as they do but he was patient and played with our son. Heres the kicker, our son lost his matchbox car somewhere in the dealership and a week later Brian found it and mailed it back to us in Kentucky. He didnt have to do that, we already bought our Lexus, which is an outstanding vehicle, but it just says something about the service they strive to give.

Treated me like I was at a Kia dealership. Wouldnt appraise my Lexus trade without knowing my payoff. Then only offered my payoff. I beat their best price by over $2000 in Knoxville on the same new model vehicle. I wont waste my time dealing with this place next time.

Check engine light came on for my Lexus and they charged a $65 diagnostic test which is understandable but I told them I thought it was the fuel cap and after the $65 they still charged me an additional $25 for a fuel cap. So me knowing what the problem was I still got my money taken away from me.

Hands down, best buying experience we have ever experienced. We won’t buy anywhere else.

Crooked bunch of people you cant even get the owner to call you back these mechanics blew up my car blamed it on me because the spark plugs were changed refused to honor my enhanced extended warranty. I have told everyone I know and lexus of Kingsport will NEVER get another penny from me or anyone I know the public is disgusted with this place. Sorry dealership.

This would be the 4th time I have attempted to trade and purchase with these guys with 0 luck once again! Its a shame when you have to go out of town to buy a car however I didnt expect a positive experience going in. Patrick was an awesome salesperson I will say...he went far and beyond everything he could do to try to put this deal together but with poor management backing him there wasnt much he could do unfortunately!

Lexus of Kingsport was nice on my first visit, but things changed! I called, let them know I was coming to test drive a new lexus IS250, already completed financial application and approved!! I went test drove one there, and loved it. So I said find me the one I wanted with the options I wanted. Never heard from them again! Wow did not want to sell a car that bad did they. Maybe they thought I wasnt serious, dont know how they got that! Well I bought one, going to pick it up tomorrow, sorry lexus of Kingsport you lost a sell!!!!!! and I will not recommend you to any one else. Also another thought, I had a friend to buy a lexus and she tried working with lexus of Kingsport and they didnt take her serious either! She bought one as well at another dealership, lost 2 sells!!!
