Came in ready to get some advice and purchase some clubs. Emailed the store couple of times before I came with no response. Felt like I was talked down to and the gentleman had no interest in selling me anything. He must have had something better to do in the back. Drove 17 miles and got fitted for a new set of Pings same day, their loss!

Dont show up in your work clothes. They assume your poor and provide zero help.

The cranky old man behind the counter was extremely rude and has no business working in customer service. He had no interest in helping me or the other customers around and when I tried to ask him a question, told us to leave. I will not be returning and I will be making sure to let everyone I know not to go there either.

Great shop! They were fairly busy when I came in, but once they were slower Carl was nice enough to help me out and ask me some questions about my needs. He gave me a great deal, got me what I wanted and stayed in my budget. Would absolutely recommend them!

Had mixed feelings about this place. Have had good encounters but have went in and been ignored while the guys working behind the desk were busy chatting with some buddies. Would have bought some things but the business didnt seem important to them

Ive seen some rough reviews for this place and always try to keep an open mind, but Ive been to this shop several times usually just to browse and dream a bit. Ive always been treated respectfully and courteously by the owner, Carl and his staff. They have always been helpful and helped answer any questions I may have. I bought a couple used clubs before and the prices were competitive for the caliber and brand. Trying out clubs is usually never a problem if theyve got a demo available.Today, I traded an older set of irons for a new set of Mizuno irons. Carl gave me a very fair price for my trade and an even better price on the new set (he was around $100 cheaper than the closest competitor). He even helped my son who is new to the game get a good used set at a good price and suggested some things he could do to learn to hit his driver better.Not discounting others experiences but for all of our visits and purchases here, weve never experienced anything untoward. In fact, its been far from that every time. Good, locally owned golf shops are fading away fast to the big box stores, so I feel we are lucky to have this store in town.

Beginner to the game here but went in yesterday looking for an inexpensive driver and The younger guy Ben (I think is his name) helped me tremendously. Took the time to help pick out the right driver, adjusted it to fit my needs, let me hit some balls to make sure I liked it, and was even taking the time to help me improve my swing. Those guys down there are extremely knowledgeable and very patient and willing to help. They will definitely be getting more of my business as I continue to get newer clubs. 5 stars all around.

We went into this establishment with a current player to purchase some used golf clubs so he could introduce us to the sport. I was using the net to decide what size would be a good fit when he told me to stop playing around and to buy something or leave. All I intended on doing was buying a used driver and a couple irons to get started, but we were told to leave before we could make our selections. He treated individual who had mental disabilities disrepecful like they were children when they simply wanted to learn about the game and find clubs in their price range. We will have to locate another golf store to find used beginner clubs now.

Ive been to the store multiple times, bought a set of irons and a 3 wood in the past. But after today I will never return. I witnessed the shop owner making fun of a group of people in there trying to learn about the game. Two of them had disabilities and were with their caretakers. After he walked away I approached the group and they seemed very distraught, one of the guys was actually on the verge of tears due to how he was treated. The caretakers were very confused because they were quiet and polite the entire time they were in the store just minding their own buisness. I can attest to this because they came in after I was already browsing the store and they left very shortly after the incident. I can NOT condone this behavior so I shall never return to this store again and I urge you not to give this cruel man your business as well.

Jacked up prices, poor quality clubs, shop owner was rude and hateful, making fun of less knowledgeable people in the store. Yelled at a left handed golfer for looking at left handed clubs, when it was brought up that the individual was left handed he ignored them and walked away. Took one look at an individual and told them they werent golf material
