Repeat costumer here. My favorite go to place when I need custom balloons. Extremely satisfying when you walk in the store and your order is all set and ready. Very talented and friendly people.

This store has very unrealistic standards on their return policy. I bought a costume from here yesterday and I came today to return it because I had a change of plans for my Halloween event. I wore it once inside of the store to make sure it fit and they allowed. Keep in mind there was no damage, all parts were present and Receipt in hand. And as far as having a sign stating no returns in Halloween day or after still I couldn’t return it. The lady who assisted me was rude the first time I came and the second when I came for a refund to purchase a different costume from them.

They did Amazing work! The balloon tower I got for my daughters baby shower was Stunning! Highly recommend!

Love our lama balloon bouquet. They chose the perfect colors to compliment the party. The event was December 7 and here we are February 17th and the lama is still floating on the ceiling.

Fabulous, friendly staff and super cute balloons. I get the balloons for my sisters birthday to decorate her cemetary plot and they are always gorgeous and last for at least a week. Awesome service and all the party supplies you could think of orcan imagine!!!

I purchased permanent balloons, advertising my business. My order was just as I expected. The employees were courteous and helpful, I would not hesitate to do do business with A Super Party. Love the service.

I am posting 1 star because they have the WORST policies ever. We bought a balloon not even an hr ago for a birthday, went to go pick up the cake at the store, took me 15 mins, came back to the car, and the balloon had expanded with the heat and popped. Tried to get a replacement or a refund, was declined on both, and told once it leaves the store its a done deal, because we have so much control over this heat wave? We had to wait almost 30 minutes as it was to even GET the balloons in the first place (it was just 2 balloons) just to be told im basically screwed on a balloon. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone after this encounter and will not be returning to the store. Be weary. If you look at the negative reviews youll notice the owners never take the time to attempt to alleviate the issues other potential customers have had in the past.... That says a lot about a business.

I called to get a price on balloons was told one price went there and it was almost a dollar more than quoted. Then to try and sell me there balloons when I had bought balloons in from somewhere else to be filled there they told me that they were bad quality and wouldnt hold the helium for three hours. They quoted me their prices on balloons and tried getting me to pay a ridiculous amount. So unhappy with the store. I have shopped there several times before and never had a problem today was awful.

I have been all over the Tri looking for something fiesta and finally found it here!!! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! A Super Party will be my go to from now on!!

Terrible customer service, they do not care about their customers to be a local bussiness. Highly suggest getting your party supplies else where that appreciates their customers.
