I called about a lock for my door. I didnt have any information on the door. The lady who I spoke to was absolutely amazing and just such a sweet person. She was able to help me identify the door on video chat and order the correct part. I will never use another company for windows and doors I highly recommend them to anyone and the coverage you get is incredible!
Dont waste your time with this showroom. My husband and I were excited to finally go in person to see the products, colors, options, etc. and I had a list of questions to ask. I was at the very least hoping to leave with paint chips and a paper brochure, after having spent hours looking at the online brochures and websites. We left with nothing, did not see any of what I was hoping to have a look at, and were told to maybe try Lowes. I left frustrated and very annoyed by the whole experience. We now have no idea if we even want Pella doors anymore because we dont know where to start.
We recently had some of the Windows replaced in our house. From the start, we have had a good experience, beginning with the sales representative who was well prepared and knew the product and the pricing, including advertised discounts well. I was really sold when the sales rep brought a sample window in to demonstrate the quality of the product and its features. After the initial sale, another technician showed up to measure the Windows more precisely since all windows are manufactured afterwards and are not stock items. An installation dare was then scheduled.A few days before the scheduled installation, we did have to call to verify, and we did get a follow up call.We were very impressed with the installation team. They were here on-time, friendly and worked well together as a team. Their workmanship was excellent and they were very efficient in doing the job. They cleaned up afterwards. The Windows are very nice looking and so far (although only a month old) work very well. The house is warmer and its appearance both inside and outside is much improved.Based on our experience to date with the sales and installation process and the quality of the Windows I would highly recommend Pella.
I outfitted my home with Pella Windows about 10 years ago. In short order they began to fail, aka not able to open or close, essentially what you hope a window will do. When I went to ask about the problem they said they knew there was a defective part. After 8 months I received replacement parts for one window. I went back to see what the problem was getting the rest of the parts 6 months ago. And I hear nothing. This is pathetic/unacceptable service. I cannot even get the name of the place that manufactures the part so that I can simply buy then and then pay to get them installed.
