Vala is wonderful, but runs to 3-4 locations. I can only get an appointment on one day a week, Wednesday - which leaves me having to cancel with my morning client ( losing out on that pay) and disappointing my client. So far, I have had my hearing aids (from Beltone) for about 2 months. Overall, my hearing is so much better with them, but... still working on the charger ( not charging properly?), the hearing aids falling out of my ears-masks? tubes too long? I think I need to have fully molded pieces for insertion into my ears-still going over that...

Nice people to deal with. Not too pushy & Usually very helpful & understanding. Only criticism- Where offices are located could be better.
