To all Lexus owners and future owners!Ive had a brutal experience with this business service department.....I can only imagine what the rest of this business is like.Its a long story, so Ill give you the short version.While I still had warranty (within 4 years) on my vehicle, I went to this dealership with a wiper sensor issue. A mechanic was called to the front, looked at my vehicle in the visitor bay, not the actual garage, splashed water on my windshield, the wipers moved and he said everything was fine without giving me any paperwork (my mistake.....should have asked for one.....should not have TRUSTED them).I left the garage and on my next road trip, to NB, the wipers acted up and I realized nothing had actually been fixed. The diagnosis was really poor also, obviously.I ended up being in NB for 4 months for personal reasons. Upon my return, I drove to this business again to explain my issue. I was told there was not much that could be done since, now, my Warranty was expired (how convenient).....lol real joke. After putting some pressure on them, I was told they would change a sticky pad that cost about $7. I was told that was the problem. They did, but it wouldnt stick to my windshield......yes.....Im dealing with the Lexus dealership directly, here. Amazing uh?!I ended up going back and forth 5 times to this dealership......250 minutes of driving time, let alone gas and mileage.At the end, during my last conversation with the Service Manager, he advised me that after another conversation with the mechanic that the mechanic noticed a clip that was apparently bent on the sensor unit. This clip is apparently meant to apply pressure on the sensor to keep it stuck to the windshield.....laughable! Why didnt he notice that when I first visited them? When I still had a warranty? And apparently youre a Guest at Lexus, not a client!Well, at Lexus Kingston, youre apparently neither.....seems like your more an opportunity for them to take advantage of you some how.Now I have to bring my issue to Lexus Head office!Hell, I left Ford for this kind of poor Service.Be warned folks.....there are other dealerships out there! Save yourselves the headaches!

I just bought my beautiful Lexus from Mateemn. I have been looking for a used vehicle for about 18 months. My last car purchase was 12 years ago, so I am not an impulsive buyer. I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt Mateemn deserved one. Ive never been a dealer guy but Mateemn was genuinely fantastic and exactly what I wanted from one. I told him exactly what I wanted, and he got it for me and for the price I wanted it for. His explanations were right to the point, open with no bs; didnt use any demeaning dealer nonsense, no calculator magic, no cheesy nice guy, and even gave me the break down of the fees without asking. In the end I liked him so much that I decided to drive 3 hours to kingston and just make a day out of it. The guy even took his time being patient explaining all the buttons to my mom, and my mom is very happy with the truck.Cant say much else about the dealership since it was just him and another guy chilling on saturday, and the other guy was cool too. Mateemn is a young guy so give him a shot, and I wish the best to Mateemn

I was on a 2 month search for a super clean 2012 Toyota Rav4 V6...guess what...my dream car showed up at Lexus of Kingston as a trade in.One senior owner and dealer serviced with low KMs.!These cars are sold so fast it makes your head spin so I acted fast and dealt with Mateemn. Purchased it over the phone trusting Mateemn that it was a high quality car as he told me.He had it ready for me as promised and also picked me up at the train station as I live 5 hours away (on his day off no less!). The car was presented to me in a huge heated bay while we inspected it together over a fresh brewed coffee.The purchase process was smooth, well documented and very comfortable with Mateemn. The car was better than I imagined ...super clean and tight almost like new. My trust in Mateemn sure paid off for a fussy Toyota junkie like me. He took care of all the details and surpised me with a full tank of fuel before I left.The 5 hour drive home was wonderful enjoying my new ride and the great experience at Lexus of Kingston.Thanks Mateemn...keep up the good work!
I took my vehicle Lexus RX 350 to this location. They charged me $999.94 without being able to resolve my issue. I had to bring my vehicle from their location to another location. They charged me for a part, sparking plug and confirmed in their invoice that they replaced the sparking plug; however, after a few weeks I found out from other mechanic that the Lexus Kington did not even replace the sparking plug even though they charged me for it. It is a clear malpractice on the part of this dealership. Only after I notified and complained to Lexus Canada about this, Lexus Kingston refunded me for the part; however, charging someone with the full knowledge that the part was never replaced was a clear malpractice. Lexus Kingston would have never refunded me for the part had I not escalated this matter to the Lexus Canada customer service. I am truly dissappointed with this location. Be aware of using the service of this location, Lexus Kingston and make sure you check their invoice properly before you pay them.
I can honestly say that Lexus of Kingston is the easiest dealership in the world to deal with - both as a customer and as a business owner that does regular business with them. Top notch.

Went there for test drive on Lexus ES 350, but the price wasnt happy with, so we put an offer on that car, but they didnt even trying to counter offer back, lucky I have changed my mind of getting a different vehicle instead of went back.
